  1. Christine's husband and family really let it be known that Christine has actually crossed a line.  Didn't really expect them to be so blunt!  Wonder if Christine will momentarily cry and read the Bible again because Tim talked again about not forgetting him.  But then in a couple of days will be back to cuddling with Cody, making him paper hearts, and telling him she loves him.

I was raised to use it too. However, that was in Texas. When I moved North I've found people really don't like it- it implies they are old.  I wouldn't say it was degrading, insulting, or ignorant though.

I agree that in the South it's much more common to teach children to use sir and ma'am.  But I know there are women who don't like to be called ma'am because they consider its use should be for older women.  I personally don't mind sir or ma'am.  The one that gets me is being called "honey" and "sweetie".  Again, more in the South.

There is no sky and cloud background in any of the rooms this season.

Yea there is, it's in the LR.  Those are the couches and if you go to CBS' site where they are listing full episodes and look at the pictures for Episodes 13 and 14 you can see the sky and clouds behind the nomination chairs.

  4. Hmmm, wonder if the dart board the HGs were given is what the comp is about (looking at the concentric circles in the middle).  Has anyone been practicing?

Frankie: I wish Kathy Griffin had walked in and said, "What the F is that smell?!" Cody: That would've been embarrassing.

So the houseguests are aware that the house stinks, but are unwilling to keep the place clean -- uggh, these people.

Amber indicated that the house smelled bad.  Kathy Griffin on Letterman last night also mentioned how the house stunk.
