  1. My (long) take on the, "Where Are They Now?" episode.

Steve and Noi will continue to go back and forth about living arrangements, kids and finances.  They'll eventually
    figure it out.

Olajuwon and Katina "appear" happy with one another.  "O" does seem less over the top than earlier.  We'll see if it
    lasts.

Micheal took the leap and agreed to confront Jasmina about her Reunion accusations.  Little did he know that Jasmeanie
is a skilled detractor.  And she will continue to live and die with "her truth".  I tend to believe Michael.

Mark and Lyndsey are so much better off divorced and living on separate coasts.  Mark's new friend (Crystal?) seems
very nice and is actually quite attractive.  SHE was the one who initiated meeting, which was co-signed by Steve and Noi.
I thought it was nice to see them holding hands at the end. I hope it works out for him.  Everyone seems to truly rally
    around MTS.

It was nice that Lindsey handed out a few apologies. I think she's not only enjoying her California hot yoga and new
job.  Lyndsey's is probably secretly benefiting from some California therapy.  I find it hard to fathom she just all of a
sudden had some epiphany about boundaries.  Someone's helping her. Her father knows this and was quick to remind her not
to say much at the divorce. To just sign the papers.

Chris said it best in his talking head after his conversation with AlySSa.  This apology felf much more sincere because it
it was void of all the qualifiers.  Similar to Lyndsey, I think someone's been in AlySSa's ear and emphasized how much
of a bad look she displayed.  Last night was damage control...........well, sorta.

On a previous thread, my opinion was that Chris, Mark and Michael all dodged bullets and were MUCH better off.  I'd
like to amend my list. I'm adding Ryan to the list.

"Cowboy".  You, my friend lucked out before it went too far.  AlySSa is a "victim".  I can understand her not being a
fan of Lyndsey.  They'll probably remain mortal enemies forever.  But I did NOT witness any type of dishonesty or betrayal
on Ryan's part.  AlySSa has some issues of her own. Her demands are unrealistic.  She needs to continue working on
    being "A Good Person".

On behalf of everyone else in the Great state of Texas, stay where you are AlySSa. We don't want your kind around these
    parts.

Ryan, if by chance I run into you around Houston (not likely with over 6 million people in the area), I'll buy you a
round or two.  Stick with your "Barbies".

Yes to everything you said.  It’s very simple, so no one should sugar coat it.  Alyssa did not like Chris’s Teeth the minute she saw his smile.  They are crooked in the front and she wanted movie star perfect teeth.  There, I said it.  Everything she said was false and bullshit.  She did not want to say the truth.

This is the game AlySSa was playing.  Apparently, she didn't draw the correct cards and ended up with a "dud".

  3. I'd have to say that my favorite moment on the show was when Chris said that if he'd seen or heard earlier, ANY of those secretly filmed shots of AlySSA lashing out and "hating" not only him but the "experts", he would've tapped out sooner.  And that he knew they'd set a record for the show.  But he would have broken THAT one.

    Also.  Another thing of note:

Not one post as of this moment regarding Olajuwon and his past verbal beat downs of Katina.  Maybe he did have some type of self-reflection.  We'll see if that holds up after Part 2 of the reunion.

Is his mom still alive? If so, that would be horrible. No way.

Anyone see Paige tonight?  She was always pretty,  but she slimmed down and looks fabulous!

Yes. I mentioned to my wife that Paige looked slimmer.  Of course, being a lady my wife said, "Yes.  She DID lose some weight.  But she's wearing TOO much makeup.".

We men will ALWAYS check out the face and body.  You ladies will ALWAYS check out the entire package.  LOL

See, Noi's is the one that makes me want to punch myself!

So, are you "like" saying "like" you don't "like" care for "anNoiyings" voice?  Or, "like" is it "like" how many "like" times she can "like" use the word "like" in a sentence?

"Like", I'm "like" just asking if this "like" bothers anyone other than "like" me.

"Like" GOODNESS.  It was "like" hard just "like" typing this.

Since Mark got married, he has suffered a series of loss. First, he lost his apartment, then his job and now his cat is sick. Poor guy! He must be under a tremendous amount of stress.

That Michael and Jasmina had to think about whether they have ever held hands, doesn’t bode well.

My wife and I made the exact same comment while watching.  We came to the conclusion that the common denominator is............................................HIS WIFE.

The cat was doing fine with Mark, then she comes in and wraps cat in a blanket.  Leave the guy alone already as he was having a moment with his dying cat.  She always has to interfere and do what she wants.  She would drive the devil nuts.  How many men have dumped her?

    ALL of us.

That was brutal the way Tommy took the first Irish hitter out. The poor guy didn't even get his happy ending. 😏

Oh, okay, Diamond knows how to take care of business. Bye, Blaxton. You shouldn't have been so obvious

Meh, it's Kate. Lock up everything.

Jenard has a nice place. Straight out of Town & Country. 🙄

Tommy, JP, and Darnell all have Kate's chin.

How easy are the Serbs if Jenard was able talk them off of their deal with Tommy? Pssht, seems like those guys go whichever way the wind blows.

Heh, Tommy and Diamond created a circular firing squad with the Flynns, Jenard, and the CBI crew. But why would they go to the meet just with handguns? Guess they were counting on Liliana to take everyone out from the rear.

Oh geez, Liliana. Why was she not wearing Kevlar? People out here acting like they're bulletproof.

"He's like a ghost." Lol, not really.

Crap, if Blanca goes to Chicago that'll be even more mess. Isn't she going to be in conflict with the FBI or will she quit the DEA and join them next?

How did we get to the end of the season with Walter still alive? How? What does it take to kill that guy because apparently a critical illness isn't enough.

I like PB III, mainly for Raq. PB IV needs some tightening up plot-wise but I don't rank it much below PB III. Tommy and Raq are two of the most charismatic criminals on TV right now IMO. Good job, 50.

Agreed.  But, although I know how she turns out and eventually ends up, I truly love "young" Jukebox.

Yep. Because he doesn't want to live his life like that. He got a vision of their life together during the fight on the plane and mentally he's been out every since.

I know Mark isn't perfect. Lord knows he isn't but I don't even think we are seeing much of him as genuine spouse because he's checked out.

Olajuwon and Lyndsey's friendship gives me the side eye.

I can't with that Steve and Noi leopard print monstrosity. Steve looks like a sleazy 80s tough guy.

Katina and those damn cat suits. Looking like she is going to fight crime.

Olajuwon and Lyndsey apparently get along very well.  Do you know why?  Because they're exactly the same person(ality).

They're just male and female versions of each other.  Loud. Outspoken. Thin skinned. Dramatic.  Judgmental.  I could go on.

I'm (slightly) confident in Mark opting out of this farce on Decision Day.  I don't share that same confidence about Katina.

As a matter of fact, I'm concerned for her in the future.  She appears to be as beaten down as Mark.  But she's still willing to please this man.

    I hope I'm wrong.

    She's more sophisticated than Mark!

    From Merriam Webster:

    From Dictionary.com:

She definitely has more knowledge and experience with all of the above than Mark.  Maybe not much but more than him.  He's a simple guy with simple tastes and (in my opinion) not much wordly knowledge.  He has a trunk full of Goldfish snacks.  He never ate a taco until he met her.

Notice that the definitions say nothing about manners and skill in getting along well with people!  Lots of "sophisticated" chefs and artists out there that would make Lindsey look like Miss Congeniality by comparison.

I was ready to argue with you, until I read this part.

    Moving on.............................

Mark said his boss cut him off due to covid.   So it just happened as they were filming. It was nice that Lindsay suggested that he take time to  find the right job, not just a job. Other than that, she’s just too too much of a personality. Mark is your average Joe, and she’s going to exhaust him.

This breakfast and then wedding day re-creation was the most I’ve seen Jasmina and Michael  smile. I wonder if they will make it.

Steve and Noi are  both boring and immature as possible.  He’s never going to want to work full time for the next 30 years and she’s never going to be okay will him freelancing.

The gesture was nice indeed.  But keep in mind, it came from Lindsey.  In less than two weeks, all she's going to do is throw it back in his face.  "I tell you to take your time and find the right job.  And in that time, all you've done is sit on your @$$ and you haven't even given me the praise and attention I truly deserve for allowing this.  Go back to your $60,000 dollar a year piece of $h!+ job.  And live in your bug infested apartment.  I'm done with this."

Also, am I the ONLY person watching this show who's annoyed at the following two things?

The constant usages of "vulnerable" in practically every conversation between Michael and JasMEANa, as well as Katina and Olajuwon?  And calling it an "anniversary" only after one month.  Anniversary is annual.  The correct term is, mensiversary.  I could even live with the term Lindsey used, "monthiversary".  It wasn't correct.  But it's at least less annoying than the former.

Here I thought Mike was the problem, no. Jasmina interrupts him and talks down to him like he’s five years old.

I had to pause the episode last night and say the exact same thing to my wife.  My observation is Jasmina doesn't find Michael intellectually compatible.  She places him on the same level as her "Early Childhood" students.

Jasmina interrupts constantly.  She tells Michael to watch his tone, when Michael (who IS set in his ways) never appears to raise his voice and appears to choose his words carefully (at least on camera) when he talks to Jasmina.  She pretty much tells/explains to Michael what HE'S thinking.

Michael tries to avoid these disputes (Almost like MTS).  While Jasmina seems to look for anything she can, to turn it into "disrespect.

Danielle is exhausting. She needs a therapist not a husband. As a fellow introvert I can understand why Iayana didn't want to go out. Iayana and Jarette may make.

Shayne's mom was so supportive of all the women when they were dress shopping. I'm also on the Shayne and Natalie train.

The root cause of Danielle's issues can be summed up in two words..........HER MOTHER!!!  I'd bet you dollars to donuts that Danielle has spent the first 28 years of her life trying to please her mother.  And it didn't help that her mother was a "psychology major" in college.  I'm sure she analyzed and prodded that little girl to no end.  As she sipped on many glasses of wine.

That dress was horrible and Danielle did NOT care for it.  The one she actually wanted was shut down with, "No.  We don't like that one".

I agree.  She does need a therapist.  Unfortunately, she has a free one, who's pretty self-centered.

Yeow.  That "social media post" was brutal.

NO!  What was brutal was Lindsey's public restroom, very loud, drunken, scorched earth (poor MTS) tirade.

She makes me laugh (but only with AlySSa).  But I couldn't deal with that.  Was married to one of those before (also a nurse).  And if I'd stayed, I'd either have a bleeding ulcer.  A drinking problem.  Or I'd be incarcerated for murder.

My current wife has shown me that marriage is NOT a bad thing.  Just that the previous version of my "picker" was faulty.  I needed to update my BIOS.

  15. I truly believe Shaina was resigned to, and okay with settling for Kyle.  Not sure how he felt (or if he actually knew) about being her second choice.

But I think as SOON as she laid eyes on Kyle and got a look at his pronounced (elongated ears and protruding forehead, veins included) features, she'd opted out.  She was ONLY using religion and her (blind) attraction to Shayne as convenient excuses.  Those elfish/demonic features were immediately noticeable.  And would be a deal breaker for most people.  Male or female.

So, in both cases (Kyle vs Shayne.  And attraction), Shaina's bases were covered.

Bottom line:  Physically, she was NOT impressed.

  16. What a true gaslighting, police defunding, aggressive and abusive BASTARD this guy is.  How dare he have such a horrible opinion regarding injustices.

But if he EVER shows up in Houston, I'd like to buy him a beer.  And take him to a local place to purchase some boots.

    Take that, ACE.

I was highly attuned to how I felt while Alyssa was doing her farewell whine and eye-dab, and it was rage. Why I felt SO angry is something to discuss with my therapist (LOL) but I am highly sensitive to gaslighting, and man, this bitch works in gaslighting the way Rembrandt worked with oil paint and light.  I would have liked to see Pastor Cal call her out on her bullshit more emphatically, but I agree with the others that for production, the goal was to just get rid of her as quickly as possible.

Chris dodged a bullet here. He's SO lucky she never spent a night with him, or even more than a few minutes with him in a room, because this is the kind of woman who would cry rape just to feed into her narrative. And I am a "trust women" kinda gal -- but not this one.

Does she not realize that Pastor Cal has seen every bit of video that was taken on that honeymoon and had long since gotten wise to her? I'm guessing that production had already decided to jettison her to spare Chris from going through any more of this, and his "decision" was a production decision -- hence Cal's refusal to engage them on how to resolve things. He won't have to pay a penny. They're lucky if HE doesn't sue THEM. It's unethical to cast for drama (which seems to be the case here), but to recruit a psycho narcissistic gaslighter like Alyssa is beyond the pale.

I don't much care about the rest of them, except that Mark seems to be a decent guy with a lot of baggage, both emotional and logistical, that he needs to work out. And for a flawlessly beautiful woman, Jasmina is a profoundly unhappy person.

I completely agree with EVERY. SINGLE. WORD of this post.

  19. I'd be shocked if Lauryn turned up dead.  Not because this show wouldn't have Effie do it.  Mostly because they'd SHOW her doing it.  Extreme violence is NOT something they shy away from.

The ONLY death in this entire franchise we didn't witness was Carrie's.  And that's because it would've been too difficult to have either Monet hanging her.  Or to show Carrie hanging herself.

There is a huge amount of disbelief that needs suspended when watching this show.

I have a feeling Omari gave a big fat, "F**K NO!!!", when asked if he'd be willing to make guest appearances on here.

Yeah, and let's also add that he's a government informant who's using his real name! If he's putting away cartel bosses and other major players, there's no way he would be operating in plain sight. Let's just add this bit of info onto the pile of ridiculousness. Along with this:

I still can't believe the show did that shit. There was absolutely no need to lie about Zeke's age. None at all. And of course Zeke's dumbass doesn't even bother asking why everyone lied about his age. So stupid.

Another stupid thing is Trace flapping his gums about Cane and Tariq. He knows how dangerous Cane is and he's going on about testifying? Bruh. And of course these rich parents continue to be fools as well. Braydon's father is sitting next to his lawyer and encouraging Trace to talk in front of the DA?

I mentioned before that Power was never Shakespeare, but these plot holes are becoming too much.

It has to be a running joke behind the scenes at how non-existent the security is at Stansfield.

EVERYTHING you said here, I completely agree with and I've said to my wife as we shake our heads and religiously watch with our popcorn.
