Challenges must be dish created using local favorite and straight up blind judged by local chef. Winner will receive first pick in parking location which show has already secured . Each team will select location in turn according to finish in challenge. Trams would be told the next city and reserved parking locations at same time to allow researching which spot they would prefer. This way they will be competing for location also. No money for winning challenges. Sales alone determine how well each team place.
