2 thoughts from this: 1) Tess needs more power if she is going to be front and center. Outdanced by Gina and Molly(?), who are right behind her.  2) Meredith has not improved....at all.

I really can’t see them very well to tell who is who, but is Meredith the one who makes a mistake at 1:14?

I clicked the link provided here for Kelsey's IG, but I don't see a single wedding-related photo. The most recent posts are real estate and her bachelorette party. 🤔 Can somebody please post an image or two? My modest life could use a shot of vicarious wealthy celebrating! Thanks!

I believe some  are in her “Instastory”

She wasn’t too poised and polished when she was cut. I really hope she doesn’t but all the evidence points to her trying out again this year.

Hence the reeling in of the crazy side 😂🤣😂🤣

  4. If Malena is actually trying out again, hopefully she has been practicing all of the routines that she learned in training camp last summer all year long. Since her downfall was memory issues, I hope she was smart enough to rehearse those dances over and over all year long. I believe that they reuse many (if not most) or their sideline routines so that would help her a lot. Malena could then focus on any newer routines learned in TC.

I was rooting for her last year. When she’s in her element, she is so poised and polished, plus very knowledgeable about football - a great asset to any NFL cheer team. But she’s gonna have to reel that crazy side in tho 🤣😂🤣

Obviously it wasn't done with bad intent, but it's pretty common for a barbie doll to be a blonde blue eyed white girl so I was making the distinction that she was a gorgeous black barbie since I had both when I was a kid.

    That’s a good point!

Lee Meriwether, she was a great Miss America

Debbye Turner, she was a great black Miss America

    Yeah, that sounds good!👌🏽

Most dancers are used to that. What usually happens if you're on a dance team or in a dance company is you learn the choreography and while you're practicing in the studio (even before formations are set) you do whichever count is closest to where you are. Usually roll offs/ripples are either front to back or left to right so if you're on the far left side in the studio, you just go with the first group, for example. Later when formations are done, the director will go through each formation change and say, "Okay, first formation - everyone from person A to person B will be on count 1. Everyone from person C to person D will be count 2. Everyone from person E to person F will be count 3. Next formation!" And even then, the formations often aren't set in stone. They will be adjusted for various reasons. In high school, there were some dances we did several times throughout the year so before each performance, we would have an audition to select who would get to be in the dance. Then the director would set formations based on how many people were selected. We had a lot more formation changes than the DCC typically have in a single dance (I remember one dance we did had at least ten formation changes) but it was not a big deal to change who was where each time we performed it. Anyone who has danced in a performance setting should be able to make these adjustments quickly and easily. If 15 year old girls who have no intention of becoming professional dancers can manage to change which counts their roll off is on, the Greatest Cheerleading Squad in the World should be able to do it too (and they do).

Totally understand what you’re saying. I danced for over 30 years and cheered for several of those, but never competed in either.  So my experience has been to have a dance or cheer set on us and that was it, unless there was an injury. There were times when my count was changed after I had rehearsed it and sometimes I would revert back to my old count before my body got used to the new count.

For TCC with experiences similar to mine, I would imagine there would me some mistakes (AKA Malena) during the initial changes and that MAY affect some decision making.

Judy: Malena, what number do you go on?

    Malena: Four

Judy: Then why did you go on three?

    Malena: Yes Ma’am

  7. When cuts are made so close to their first performance, don’t formations have to be adjusted as well? Even though they are all doing the same choreo, they may have moves changed to a different count. And with cuts being made throughout these last few weeks, those counts may have changed several times.

That must be challenging for the TCCs and I suppose how well they adjust is something else to be judged on.  I’m sure the DCCs are used to it.

  8. Hi I’m ExitStageLeft and I am truly unSpoiled

That being said, there is NO WAY that Icky makes the team. I think they’re holding out on cutting her so that it’s a real tear jerker - like World Class crying (from K&J, to Phil and even the guy that operates the boom!)

Her shortcomings are soooo obvious that they can’t possibly take her! Yeah, they’re gearing up for an Epic episode - hey, an EPICSODE!

All of the vets who made It through finals are saying that “round 2, glad to be back” does this guarantee them a spot for next season? Are the vets done with tryouts ?

I always thought that it meant round 2 of training camp....not being on the squad.

  10. Please forgive my ignorance, but can someone point out the instances where Cersten states that she is actually a nurse? Did she say she is one, or did she say that she is considered one at her job, or do people use that term when referring to her work position?

I was under the impression that she received her BS in biology and has worked as a certified medical assistant and surgical tech.

No woman wants to be told that she's 'not sexy'. I don't care of the context or how 'right' it may seem, I thought Keyra took the comment in stride, but you could see the pain on her face after it's said. It hurts---this is no different than Holly being called out over weight. Did she know she gained a few pounds? Of course she did---did she want to hear that she's getting fatter? No. Same thing.

I’m going to have to disagree a little here. This woman has not problem being told she’s not sexy. Not all women want to be seen as sexy.

Also, I think that Keyra’s facials were more her feeling like they were about to cut her for not being sexy, not the fact that they didn’t think she was sexy. I think she knows what her “type” is and was trying to fit into the type that she thinks K&J want her to be.

And yeah, any other year, her body type probably wouldn’t cut it. And she needs a better hairstyle cause that lace front thing is booty.

  12. Even though I don’t think Jenna should be cut, I do think that it was very immature to send that text.

Several girls are much more fluffy than I’m used to seeing in DCC world.

Who did Christina pay off? ?

    #TeamLacey

What’s up with those doubles Maddie? Time for some true technique classes.

I used to be so perplexed at the abundant boob jobs. Now I’m like “Grab a cab, come on see the wizard on Park and 73rd!” #ChorusLineShoutOut. There sure are some underendowed girls there!

Question: How exactly are the sideline routines run? I’ve never been to a game so I’m clueless. I always thought that the same songs played for the same dances, but now it seems like the group leader calls out what dance to do no matter what song is playing?

Uh Jenna has done some rule breaking and 'hooking up' in the past, prior to her 21st birthday.  Jenna was not an innocent bystander that was supposed to be Holly's keeper, she was a leader on the team that played the social game with an underage buddy.  Her and Holly were great friends and attended these outings together.  Jenna is not Miss Goody Two shoes, but apparently is quite Two faced.

I have heard rumors about Jenna fraternizing with a player a while back, but what other rule breaking did she commit before she was 21? And are you saying that she actually brought Holly to these clubs and got her in even though she was underage? Because I never heard K&J say that (or even Holly for that matter). Just that Jenna with with Holly at the club. I suppose that leaves a lot to interpretation, but since K&J didn’t ream Jenna a new one too badly for specifically taking underage Holly to a club, I assumed that Jenna was at the club with over 21 friends and Holly was also there. And that Jenna spoke with Holly while there, trying to convince her to leave.

But who knows what defintely happened - only Jenna and Holly I suppose.

I'll make this brief in case my post gets cut. I don't know why, but my post in last week's episode thread disappeared with no notice. Gremlins...?

I feel bad that Holly couldn't suck it up and accept her punishment. She wanted to be a DCC since she was little. Yes, she broke the rules, but Kelli and Judy didn't suspend her, so that should have been a good thing. Yes, it would have been embarrassing to stay with the Rookies, to be cut from going to the HOF. But if she'd stayed she could have had a couple more great years with DCC. Guess she's not grown up or mature enough to do that now.

K&J probably told Holly that they were going to release her from the squad, or that she could save face and just resign (since it looks better for the organization if she did).

What Holly did by entering those clubs was illegal. What Jenna did by not being able to curtail Holly’s behavior and not informing  K&J was only illDCC.

They could ditch Jenna for all I care right about now.  Her sitting in the shade while everyone was busting their asses in the heat BECAUSE of her- girl, bye.

I really liked her when she first started, too.

Since she was on the sidelines stretching, I’m assuming that she was staying prepared for if/when K&J told her to join in with the rest of the team after they finished blocking for the HOF event. Since she wasn’t going to Canton, and this specific part of rehearsal was for Canton, I wouldn’t expect her to automatically know that they wanted her in there dancing with them.

  16. I must admit, it never knew that imitating someone’s accent could be offensive. My bff has one and I will imitate it sometimes when speaking with her. She never said that it bothered her. Then I imitated a coworker’s accent while speaking with her and she became really angry and said she would report me to our boss. That’s when I started wondering if it really was offensive. So I asked my bff if it offends her when people imitate her accent and she said ever so nicely “Well, what can you do?”  I felt so bad because I knew she must have been offended but didn’t really want to tell me because I had done it so often. ?

Sometimes I wonder if I would be upset if say someone imitated my Jersey/Philly accent. I suppose it might be humorous a couple of times but then I’d probably be well over by the 50th time.

I remember Oprah saying that she does this and isn’t even aware of it.

She should have been cut for going out partying with an underage teammate and for fraternizing with players herself.  Much of what Jenna did was cut from the show.

Oh ok gotcha! So Jenna and underage Holly went out together to this club? Like Jenna was cool with Holly getting into the club illegally and they were both fraternizing with the players together those nights? And all of that was edited out but it’s defintely true?

Jenna should have been cut right along with Holly from the get go (and not given the chance to resign).  Now she needs to just go away.  Also the more I think about it as a Kentucky resident I'm really irritated (for lack of a better word) about Kelli's mocking of KaShara's accent.

You think Jenna should have been cut for not being a better leader? As in not succeeding in taming Holly? Or should she have been cut for trying to handle it on her own and not tattling?
