I'm just going to say it: I'm pissed at Bay. You don't go around lamenting to everyone how you always get cheated on and then turn around and do it to someone else! I actually like Bay and Emmet together, but I wish that happened without her cheating on Tank. I hope the show doesn't try to make them be friends, because I'd like to see Bay deal with the consequences of cheating and acknowledge that she did a terrible thing, even though she's generally a good person.
Iceland is an awesome place, and I'm glad that Toby is taking some time to figure out what he wants.
