Jessika has always been in Danielle's group but switched to Jennas for the first game due to Yuko being out for the game. If you check back to the night the groups were originally announced she was in Danielle's group. I am not sure if it is permanent, Shelly I am sure could shed more light on that matter.

Thunder went off without a hitch! Great moment for this squad! Hoping for a great 4 quarters and a cowboys win!

Yuko is leaving Saturday to finalize her visa, she got approved for her longer visa. Highlights were obviously thunderstruck, group dances, and show group. The squad photo reveal was very special as well, lots of emotions! There was 36, Kelsey was in the dance and alumni Emma filled in for Simone.

She did indeed, Yuko sat out with Simone. Though Kelsey made a lot of mistakes. Specifically a mistake in every dance.

Tonight was a great success! The ladies did amazing and for the most part are game day ready! Some of them still had missteps but was probably first performance jitters. Big day tomorrow in Dallas! First game and last day of CMT!

Last I was told there will be no solos. It is going to be Thunder, Show Group doing the hip hop number, and each group performing a dance each. Its a shame though, the solos and other show group dances were some of the best parts! Excited for Thursday!

Wow...these comments about Sam are downright annoying. Lets not assume anything until she has declared what she is choosing to do and has made it formal. She is 18, has never outright said "I want to be a DCC", and the times I have been around her has shown or spoken no interest in even wanting a spot. She is aware of this forum and again she is 18 and doesn't need to read about herself looking bad or not having dance skills from people who have never fully seen her dance and don't know her. Sorry just gets on my nerves she didn't sign up for the show so in my opinion should be left alone.

Well you sure had a lot to say ha! They don't put the girls down for ratings and I know they don't intentionally say things to hurt peoples feelings either. They are extremely professional in that sense. Yes they aren't at every single practice, BUT they do know who they are picking and do know the talents of the girls. There is a reason the DCC staff is larger than just Kelli and Judy so when nights come when they have their own personal lives and family events they can go and enjoy them and not have to be at the studio till 11 after getting there at 8 or 9 am. The girls not filmed are still under watchful eye, just because its not mentioned on the show doesn't mean it isn't said in the studio. As for the "fair shot" for the three you mentioned, I believe being invited to training camp after not having the style down and skills shows they were given a fair shot. Ashley was still stiff her second time she auditioned I again was there all three rounds and she just doesn't move her body like other dancers do. Vocally she is precious and a doll dance wise she's still a gymnast. Taylors kicks were terrible at finals and were not any better at TC. They gave her as much time as possible but with as much criticism as the girls get from here and other social media do you really think her kicks would have gone unnoticed? Colby was sweet but also not getting dances and the style down whatsoever. If anyone was to be the definition of noodle arms and legs it would be Colby. Yuko was not told it was ok she missed. Kelli and Judy gave her a specific time frame to go back and fix the visa issue and be back on a certain day for training camp and she did it. yes she missed two days and two days only, but if Kelli and Judy didn't trust she could make up for the time lost they wouldn't have given it and obviously she was able to and she earned her spot on the team. They did not tell Amy not to audition next year she is choosing not to do so. She was called in once, but she was constantly given corrections after every dance and would come back with excuses every time. I don't believe Kyndall was bitter at all. I saw her closing meeting with Kelli and Judy and her exit interview and we were impressed with her maturity and respect she gave to them both and the organization as a whole. I will say their reasons are not "bs". I stated earlier that a lot of what happens in the studio is not seen. The amount of dances they do a night and mistakes that are made are rarely shown so for some it truthfully does mean take dance classes because they are not skilled in that area or aren't fluid enough. In the past yes girls have been cut for weight among other things. This season however no single girl was called into the office for weight on camera. Kelli made it a effort this year not to make the girls weight a subject on the show. Some girls are cut due to looks as well some just don't have the look and that as well was taken into consideration for the girls. So if some think there is a "BS" excuse it could that Kelli and Judy are saying it to spare the embarrassment and feedback via the fans of the show who lets be honest can be very brutal at times. Kelli and Judy don't attend every practice like I stated before but they do attend on non CMT nights more than yall think. The proof is on social media itself with the number of videos shot in the studio without CMT there and Kelli and Judy sitting at the front taking notes and giving corrections. As for the primping assumption again not spot on. When the girls are warming up and stretching yes they are doing quick interviews and last minute touch ups but after its time spent in the studio. Even when they are on vacation they are getting updates and videos from camp to see who is progressing and who isn't, so I am sorry to say there is no acting on the part of anyone involved. Again you can choose to believe as you wish but coming from someone whos been around for years and seen the emotions from the candidates and Kelli and Judy both in situations it is far from fake. As to the show being canceled the producers and CMT want to take the show for 15 seasons. That has been the goal for a while now and being the MTT is CMT's longest running and highest rated show I don't see it going anywhere. That being said the fear of so many spoilers and info getting out I don't see as an issue. There is a handful of people on this forum and millions more who don't know about it and watch the show knowing nothing of what entails at the end of TC.

I don't think anyone "deserves" anything. I do believe Kyndall earned a spot, yes. she was given strong praise all of camp and was called into the office just to be given praise and encouragement. I do now think Judy having CMT tell them that it will help Kyndall make the team points toward the assumption that they wanted Kyndall on the team over Kelsey.

I will be bluntly honest, I am still in shock Kelsey made training camp let alone the team. In my own personal opinion she isn't ready. The power and style aren't there. The night the team was announced she was getting called out for her kicks not improving and still being bent, low, and tight. She hasn't made I through an entire run of Thunderstruck without mistakes. She needs a solid year of DCC training not Ice Angels or any other semi pro team. In my honest opinion she made the team thanks to CMT. Every other girl that attended Melissa's class was cut besides Kelsey. CMT couldn't have Melissa's segment looking as pointless and ratings thirsty as it is. So for that they searched for flaws in Kyndall, Heather O., Auto Amy, Milan, and Jessika. Do I think if Kyndall had attended the workshop she would have made the team over Kelsey? definitely. Though I think I any girl would rather make the team off skill not being "Melissa's Girl". Especially since that has seemed to be the kiss of death since Melissa joined the show along with fan vote. I am not shocked Kelsey was taken out of Thunder, I hope for her own personal embarrassment she can get it together and be put back in. Though at the expense of the team if shes not ready I wouldn't want to see her on the field. I don't see the fans caring that much considering they haven't seen her dance and she to me is more pretty face than talent. Just my opinion though.

I will assume neither of you know Sam at all by your assumptions. She is far from a "hanger-on" or "dying to be in the uniform". I personally have been around Sam at auditions and she talks about things other than DCC. She and Cassie are night and day when it comes to the passion of DCC. I don't think her having friends on the squad automatically makes her using them for privates and things of that matter.

Rebel does not make the uniforms. The DCC have used the same seamstress and uniform manufacturer for years, I don't see that changing anytime soon. Girls do outgrow their uniforms and their bodies do changed in the span of 4-5 years so that could the most logical explanation as to the shorts discussion. Rebel is only contracted for their practice and warm ups attire, but from what I have seen them produce for many programs and organizations I wouldn't define it as skimpy, just my opinion though.

She is still on SG. She was just taken off of the Oxnard trip.

I mean absolutely no offense when I say this, but this line made me laugh. ha! I would dare to say none of the girls would ever want to wear that, let alone the Cowboys allowing that. The fabric is very rich and soft shockingly! It also has never wrinkled from my recollection. I am not sure if the why Megan wasn't at Oxnard question has been answered, but she was taken off due to weight. I don't think that is a shock to anyone though. I also believe Kelli and Mandy were asked to attend due to the lack of blondes in the show group as well as their talent was needed! I have seen the new headshots and some are once again better than others both veteran and rookie alike. Some of my favorites were veterans Holly, Jenn K., Danielle, and Erica. Rookies, Selina, Jessika, Madeline, and Kelli. I am anxious to see who gets to perform a solo at Meet the Team though! my guesses are Madeline, Mandy, Holly, Jenna, and possibly Melissa.

I've had time to ponder and go over things. I must admit I am not a fan of this squads look. I think there are a few unfortunate looking girls who I don't see having the style. After having seen them dance and met several of the ladies, and I am sadly not a fan. I think majority of this rookie class will not return. They wanted diversity this year and they definitely got it and then some extra. I respect Judy and Kelli to the upmost, but I do believe several mistakes were made. I do agree with Amy being but I could see others and I am sorry to say including Kelsey, Milan, and Tasha being some of them....I hope they change my opinion at Meet the Team.

Tonight was a surprise, the team was announced. Squad of 37. 2 more cut, I won't reveal who was cut out of respect, I'll allow y'all to figure it out. Please don't ask who, I'm going to be respectful of the two ladies who didn't make it.

Patience ladies patience, it will pay off I promise. It is quite possible that some of your previous statements and wishes for this season might actually come to fruition. You will know in the next 24 hours or less!

They are new boots but not in a color or design sense. It's the exact same boot they've always had in that aspect. The only thing that changed is they made the soul of the boot more flexible. You can move it and bend more than you can a ordinary boot. They also added grippers to the souls instead of having to put new ones on every time they dance or have a new performance.

Hmmmm Yes, I believe there will be 3 more cuts. Yuko being one since she has till today to be back at the studio with new visa in hand.

Wednesday. Yes, Veteran Megan.

Was Kyndall invited to the session? Yes. Was she unable to make it? Yes. Did she give ample warning to CMT that she couldn't attend? Yes. Did she bad mouth Melissa's teaching? No. Did she see counseling from Vets and Alumni if it would be bad if she didn't attend? Yes, they told her it would not be a big deal. Were Jenna and Jinelle two of the vets? No. Did she work with an alumni to get the same amount of help? Yes. Was she poked and prodded by current vets about not attending? Yes, a current RC told me she witnessed Megan going up to Kyndall at Tuesday's stadium rehearsal and saw her question Kyndall about not attending like a parent would do to a child. After Kyndall explained the situation Megan she continued to poke at the topic and walk away and tell other girls about Kyndall not attending and basically spreading gossip. Do I think it will hurt her? No, she has progressed and shown improvement. I personally don't think Melissa's sessions are helpful I think it's mainly for ratings. I believe Sarah I. or an alumni who isn't a media and reality tv seeker that still dances and is involved with the dance world would be the better choice for a mentor for the RC IMO. I have heard nothing but kind and amazing things about Kyndall and I do hope she makes the team. I believe she would be an asset and positive influence in the locker room. Also yes, she was let go from her previous job because her boss was not supportive of her pursuing DCC. That's why last year she wasn't ever filmed in the office it was through the glass doors. She took a smaller position so the hours would not conflict with each other. That being said he still found reasons to find issues so she was ultimately let go not because she was a bad employee but because she is trying to achieve her dream.

I am ready to see who makes the team.

I have been debating the same course of action for some time. I think it is time to bow out gracefully for the same kind of reasons and some others as well. I do appreciate the kind words some of you have shared with me as well. Like DalGal I might return once the team is announced but for now I am going to step away. I hope for the best for you all in the future and hope you enjoy the show this season. Who knows I might see some of yall at Meet The Team, a game, or maybe Oxnard for some of you westies.
