how can you compare Kissinger to a manatee? Manatees are one of the most sweetest, trusting, gentlest  mammals in the ocean , and  in my opinion they're kinda cute.

If he gets any money it won't be coming from FEMA. If he has insurance they'll pay him or maybe the French/Dutch governments  version of FEMA will....if they have one.

But it does get rather boring when someone goes on and on and on about their personal opinion about the candidates.
