Speak for yourself. 😄  Seriously, though, I had to stop eating Halo and go back to the individual novelties like fudgesicles. That ice cream stuff is the work of Satan, I tell you what.

Me too. I have 2 point Enlightened bars in my freezer now.

I'm kind of hoping for the show banking on us as viewers overreacting to Sophie's call to Kevin and that it's as simple as Sophie reaching out for something other than a romantic reason.

Maybe her husband can't have kids and they want to use his sperm. Then the husband dies or is jealous and can't handle raising the kid with his wife's ex's genes  and Kevin take on a paternal role.

Doug, from Wichita Falls had used meth or other drugs, alcohol, and was still a food addict.    He stopped the drugs, and drinking, and then saw Dr. Now.

There have been quite a few that used drugs, I think mostly prescription drugs that they abused.  RObert (died during the episode) called from the road to have Dr. Now give him a renewal of his pain pills, one of the woman brought drugs to the hospital, and almost OD in the hospital.   Steven A. of course. and I'm sure others.

Ah yes Steve A..I tend to block the brothers out. So awful.

  4. The adults chose to go on this show, so I don't have much sympathy for them. They had to know how they would be portrayed - an older guy who supposedly has money(although why anyone with money would put themselves on reality TV makes no sense to me) and a young Brazilian model. I certainly wouldn't go attacking anyone on social media but have no issue mocking them on sites like this.

The kids, however, should be left alone. They didn't sign up for this. They seem like nice, funny, down to earth kids as well. Anyone going after them on SM is a douche.

Agreed.  And when Deaven listed common Mormon names that she would not name her child, she list "Neveah," a name we've come across in this series, and I guess it was a Mormon.  But some smart person here pointed out that "Neveah" is "Heaven" spelled backward.  Well, that right there gives me pause.  Does that mean "Neveah" is the opposite of heaven?  Then what in hell is Deaven?  "nevaed" spelled backward?  "Nevada?"  God in neveah only knows.

"Neveah" is a name I see on the Maury paternity shows a lot. Take from that what you will.

  6. Marissa looks really good for her weight. Her body is well proportioned. I am short and short-waisted and even an extra 10 lbs make me look dumpy. Glad she is thriving in CA.

Liz OTOH looks much heavier than what the scale indicates. I hope she continues to improve her mobility.

Hard to care about Marissa's mother. I can't see her succeeding unless she dumps Dwayne and opens her eyes.

I'm not one to say someone is something or another but I was kind of leaning this way myself.  And with an older lady (not all....) he might not have to worry too much about the sexual stuff other than some hand holding and cuddling.

I believe homosexuality was legalized in India last year, no?

30 does seem a bit old to be single, at least among the Indian people I know(the ones who live there. Indian Americans are a different story).

She's not giving up or losing her citizenship. Americans move to other countries all the time without the requirement to surrender their citizenship.

Aren't there limits on visas, though? You can't just move to another country indefinitely. My fil's second wife is Argentinian and he spends half the year there. He can only get a 90 day visa, so when he stays longer he crosses into another South American country then comes back in to re-set the clock. I don't know whether you can just keep doing that- he wants to be in the US for the summer here anyway. I know he collects social security.

His wife seemed to get her dual citizenship right after they married, which was ~30 years ago.

Wouldn’t so much say Amy has bad taste but good on Mayim Balik to stay within her beliefs. A lot of Jews were thrilled to see Modern Orthodox reflected on screen.

Mayim was on an episode of What Not to Wear. Her fashion choices IRL were similarly unflattering. She did talk about wanting to dress modestly, and I loved the outfits they found for her in the end. She was delightful!

Loved her suits after her Raj makeover - hated the awards dress. Just too much.

I can live with the finale .  The only thing that was totally off for me is that Mary Copper was not there.

Metcalf has been doing theater in NYC - maybe they couldn't make the scheduling work? I kept waiting for her as well.

The episode was OK. Hate the Penny pregnancy. Good lord, some women do not want to have kids! It's OK!! I'm glad they didn't pair Raj off, as sitcom writers tend to do with finales.

Amy's makeover was probably my favorite part.

  11. I really don't see a downside in the move to Philly. New business opportunity for Beth, closer to Randall's district. Remember when Tess played Snow White in the play and all the white parents were snickering? And how Deja noted they were the only AA kids around? I'm white and live in a very white area, and over the last few years I've been questioning our choice to live here. My son is a teenager and is also very aware of the lack of diversity. I've heard comments and seen behavior that have angered me. I'm glad my son sees that for what it is and has friends who seem like they are of the same ilk, but I've heard stories about kids who make openly racist comments. It would be surprising if the girls had never seen or heard things that made them uncomfortable.

I'm not familiar with Philly public schools, but cities always have lots of options, either gifted programs within the public school system if the girls qualify or private schools. And maybe Deja can go back to drill team.

They've been in that house in Alpine forever and probably have a ton of equity.

    There'

That says Philly, so the one they are moving into. Of course no price but I guess that is a downsize?  4 beds 3 baths. ??

My son had the same reaction. If it's in Philly proper it's likely an older home where the bedroom tend to be small and the closet space laughable. At least they each get their own room, though.

Everyone is assuming Kevin found a wife..I'm thinking he found a surrogate and is raising the child on his own.

Loved seeing Nicky! We all seem to be thinking they're together but it could just be a family thing.

Toby said something about having spoken to Jack and "they're on their way" - who is they? If it's 15 years in the future and Kate is gone wouldn't Toby have custody? If it's 20 years Jack could be living on his own, and be coming with a girlfriend or boyfriend.
