I am in awe at the love Samantha's outfits get! I have never seem her sew her hems well, and all of her outfits have come across as undone and unflattering. I cannot see how this outfit would look good on anyone, especially that stiff jacket! I was for sure she would end up on the bottom, and I feel if any other contestant sent out an outfit with hems like that they would have been at least confronted about it... It is just so odd!
