My favorite exchange of this episode was between Didi and Dr. James:
Didi: "...but this is what my husband wants for the woman he calls his mama. It's hard on me." (The inflection in her voice was so poignant.)
Dr. James: "You lead with your heart...how lovely. Oh, my heart says 'do this.' My heart says 'do that.' Anybody can do that, Didi. There's nothing *hard* about that." (Truer words were never spoken. I sympathized with her, as a woman leader in a male-dominated profession. Making the tough choices in a world where women are expected to be empathetic and heart-driven...it can be a bit of a dichotomy.)
I loved this episode.
