    Kelly is really good on Henry Danger. I watch it with my little grand daughter. Her character is so different than Sage and I actually like her on this Nick show! LOL

    I was wondering about that too. That actually looked to me as if she'd been trach'd. (sp??). And it also looks like a hospital gown pulled to one shoulder, and the angle of the photo looks like someone pointing a camera lens down at her. In this day and age there'd be absolutely no need to tiptoe around whether she used a surrogate or not. It's all too commonplace. This isn't 1953 after all and it's not as if she lives in Oak View or something. There might be issues if the baby's father is elsewhere engaged so to speak, or she didn't want to discuss this pregnancy in public in case there was any possible health concern for the baby or herself though. Concern on the homefront might be enough to enough to handle without being self-burdened by having to manage it in the social media as well.

     

    The photo I posted (preceding tab) clearly depicts a woman in a hospital bed with a hospital-issued gown on and a newborn on her left shoulder. That or I need new readers.

    I read on another soap board that it was a necklace,a ring on a chain. 

    toomuchsoap posted a different link about 8 posts back, but it's the same pictures.  Can't help but notice she's not in a hospital gown or even a gown of any kind,  I guess it could be staged if she used a surrogate and doesn't want people to know that.  None of my business, anyhow - good luck to them all. Also, Billy Miller has been with Kelly Monaco for a long while now, according to a friend of mine who follows that stuff. 

    Movinon it looks like a hospital gown and a hospital bed.

    OK - guys - I can see that green, black, & white shirt (or what I thought was a shirt, like you would wear with jeans).  I am older than dirt and never saw a hospital gown that wasn't a solid white, blue, or pink.  Even the mammogram gowns are solid colors.  Maybe they make them in pretty colors now.  And - I see what you are talking about on her neck, Valley - looks weird.

    i haven't done any christmas shopping at all..

     

    i will probably start this weekend.

     

    i always buy a gift for the charity hampers that are given out but it is usually for a young child.

    this year i am giving a "gift card" for a teenager to get.

    it was mentioned by various charities that the teens always seem to get left out and i don't know what to get them cause i don't know what they have so i figured a gift card would be perfect.

    We do this at my church every Christmas. It's called Adopt A Family. These are families in need in my community. I try to pick one that has teens.They list simple things they need and it is not a lot to me but I'm sure very important to them.After the usual stuff like body lotions,perfume,after shave,socks,hats and gloves I always add some gift certificates so they can pick out something special that they would like..

    I suffered through not one but two Waltons Thanksgiving movies, and oh how I would have loved to see Melody or anyone else vaguely noteworthy. The only one I recall was that chick from Love Boat. Captain Steubing's daughter. Anyhoo, did Melody Thomas Not-Yet-A-Scott have that lovely long blonde hair or did they make her dowdy to fit in?

    Just now saw your post Glow and sorry for the late reply. Melody was very chic and sophisticated,dressed in the fashionable suits and outfits from the early 40's (I got the feeling it was before World War 2) and was so beautiful with her long blond hair.She was stunning!!

    GS was so handsome and rascally! He does look like Burgess J. Great movie!

    She always reminded me of one of those antique dolls.

    Good description. Her delicate facial features were so exquisite back in the day!

    Actually, her hair is naturally wavy and she's worn it that way previously, but quite a few years ago. She's said in an interview, that she began wearing it this way at the request of the producer(s) several years ago  because varying the style was difficult for continuity, in that they used to film scenes on different days that were supposed to be used in a single episode. Because SK has gone with a one-shot take routine in the last few years, her hair shouldn't be much of an issue regardless of the style - or so it would seem to me. I've read other places that this style (or lack thereof) is the show's preference. The only reason I can think of a producer wanting a gorgeous woman like SC keeping her hair like some blond fright wig is that they're deliberately trying to un-glam her, and my spidey sense is that the last two female EPs, and now Pratt, were/are doing it because they had their own personal favorites they wanted to push and SC is so naturally lovely that they look blah and unremarkable around her. In other words, she's too much competition in the looks department with the producers' faves, so they keep her mired in this doomed, desperate mommy/housewife mode and have her hair and wardrobe look like she's just come in from cleaning out the garage.

    I read that also TMS from one of SC's interviews. And as for your other comments I do believe there is a lot of truth in what you say. On her Twitter page SC is very natural and most of the time doesn't even wear makeup and looks gorgeous! I actually messaged George Guzman the hairdresser a few years ago when he was doing the hair on the show and asked him to confirm if Sharon Case wore hair extensions as I wanted to settle a bet with some one and he messaged me back that she did not and to collect my money! LOL

    I recorded Dolly Parton's Coat of Many Colors last night and Alyvia Lind (Faith) is Dolly!   

    I thought it was a really good movie and the little actress did an out standing job playing the young Dolly Parton!

    I'm waiting for the inevitable Phick redux. They probably know GT will completely carry him and try to spin whatever shit they throw at her into gold.

    I think that is going to happen. KS can not do the job that SC and MS did with him. SC carried his azz for over 10 years and was talked trash on all the time once he got with MS. That's one of the reasons I never want them back together again. Even JC could not carry him. I am sure GT will be up for the task. She is a fantastic actress.

    Sharon is quite orange looking though isn't she compared to the others on set especially in her white dress.  I am starting to see the swelling in her face now too.  She is still beautiful!  Please tell us Marisa is flying off into the sunset with Luca for good!  Another storyline that went no where.

     

    Victoria's white dress was stunning, she has a lovely figure!  And them falling all over Sharon and the baby was so out of character for Victoria and Nikki, GMAB!   

    From wanting to throw her out of Sage's baby shower a couple of months ago to now being all "we are family" is just more of Chuckle's 180 degree turns! My freakin head is spinning like Linda Blair's !

    Yikes, that is creepy and scary all at the same time. LOL. I never read soap sites and just came up with the scenario this morning but obviously others think the same way I do. I am not sure that is a good thing for them or me. Ha.

     

    I assumed that the affair is pre Nikki, otherwise she would not have been so calm about it. So if psycho doc turns out to be Victor's kid in my head she would be his oldest. But yes Slowpokey, please share the details you remember from the other site.

    I know I read this but can't find it. It was in a coming and going section of some soap site and it told that the actress was coming to the show and she would be a soft spoken doctor or nurse taking care of an important person on the show. It said that rumors were she was going to be related to a famous citizen of GC and it speculated she would be Victor's daughter from an old affair and she might be paired with Stitch. I will look some more because I know I read this dammitt! LOL

    Hi guys!

     

    I'm new to posting but not to the forum. I've been stalking lurking here since TWOP shut down. I was a lurker there as well. I've been watching this show on and off since I was a baby. My mom used to watch it after she had me so I definitely grew up with Y&R, and have been regularly watching since Patty first came to town and Colleen died. 

     

    I'm not quite sure what else to say... I'm Canadian, currently unemployed (not by choice, still bitter), and I'm the proud parent of an adorable cockatiel named Steve McQueen, heh.

     

    Anyway, just wanted to say hi! And now I'm going to go hide again, because all you fabulous witty people are seriously intimidating ;-)

    Welcome aboard this snarky little ship of preverts Jewel21! Happy to have you with us!  I loved Steve McQueen so much I named my youngest son Steve after him! How cool to have a cockatiel named after him! They are beautiful birds. Don't hide from us as we love all the different opinions on here and some one's take on a scene or subject might make us all look at it a lot differently. I hope you will post often. Most important of all is just to have fun!!

    Sage is not being drugged like Sharon and she looks loony toons. She's going to end up needing to be at the psych place too. 

    Sage is the one that has had episodes of flipping out and losing her shyte not Sharon. She has a deranged look in her eyes and the weird expressions on her face are very strange.She goes completely bonkers when the conversation is not to her liking. I just can't stand her or Nick! YUCK!!

    Another hospital where no one ever mentioned.(heck they've only shown one room at GC hospital) and if Noah is at another hospital no family there to visit/care for him.

    As far as I know, the baby switch is our GUESS. The signs point to it, and Pratt isn't intelligent enough to come up with an original storyline.

    First, the psycho doc drugging Sharon out of her mind, using the aforementioned pregnancy pillow, then removing it before Sharon woke up, psycho doc visiting the baby at the hospital and so on. I predict Sharon won't even know the baby isn't hers, but she'll be blamed all the same. Sharon's always to blame for anything, even her being gaslighted by Victor. <tic>

    Yes of course right on track Sharon will be the fall guy the one that gets blamed and must pay.
