Wow! The defendants in one of today's cases are such stereotypes. The kid was playing hockey and knocked an opponent, who is much smaller, down to the ice. The little kid pretty much landed on his head and was knocked out cold. The whole thing was on video yet the Father, Michael Joslewski, insists it was incidental contact and part of the game. Uh, NO, it wasn't incidental. In the interview after the judgement (for the plaintiff's medical bills) Joslewski smirked and said the other kid should take up ballet. What a total dick. His own kid admitted to pushing the other player, which is NOT incidental contact. He's lucky the little kid didn't break his neck! I feel sorry for the bigger kid, to have an asshole like that for a father!,
