But, other than feeling empathy for her for her illness, I still find her a fake, phony famewhore who needs to figure out how to make it look like she's really crying.  That scene with Jen Fessler was cringeworthy with the fake crying with no tears.

I so agree, I wish I finished with my whole un likeableness about Fuda and no chin.

while I’m glad that Juvenile Arthritis is brought up on th show, the messenger was awful

  2. My first comment is about Rachel having Rheumatoid Arthritis since she was young and has flare ups. Unlike most of the shoe, this is so authentic and real. I have has RA since I was 13 and I’m 59. I have had over 15 orthopedic surgeries including fusions and joint replacements over the last 15 years. It is a horrible disease. My husband and I have been married almost 30 years and he is amazing but he still doesn’t understand living with pain every day.

Kristin Chenoweth reveals she was in an abusive relationship

And the reason why she came forward about this was because people were giving her shit her about her reaction to the Combs video, that she was going to “pray” for Combs. I understand people getting fed up about abusers getting more sympathy than their victims, but just because you say you’re going to “pray” for someone doesn’t necessarily mean you’re more sorry about the abuser than the victim. Sometimes it’s just the “nice” way of telling someone to fuck off.

In any case, people process trauma in different ways, and people need to respect that.

I really respect the fact that she can pray for Combs, a woman abuser. As someone else who was abused by my partner (my ex husband from 32 years ago)I finally forgave him, but didn’t develop the grace to actually pray for him and other abusers. I think she is a good example for me.

These guys (led by Joe Gorga) are all suffering from arrested development.

Their level of gross humor is clearly stuck somewhere in their adolescent stage.

I agree - they usually don't bother me too much with their sex talk, and talk about their genitalia, but that scene annoyed me-especially when Melissa mentioned that there were "babies" at the party, and you see of shot of a toddler in the background.

Not to mention, as you said, Joe's own three teenagers.  Antonia looked entirely embarrassed by her father.

Joe Gorga needs to go back to the Stone Age frame whence he came.

  6. This season sucks so far, mostly due to the housewives.

I was in a challenging situation with one of my best friends as I left an organization which were both part of and some of the key people were her neighbors.

I never made her life complicated because our relationship had nothing to with other people. She could have relationships with people I needed to separate from and it was fine. I never defined our relationship on external factors.

These “adult” women not allowing others to have non approved relationships suck.

I find it hard to believe that Bill Aydin is still in surgery that late in the day.

Wellm it depends. To make a long story short. Last Saturday night I missed a step fell, sprained my foot, fell forward and my left arm (I’m left handed) landed on a cinderblock. To make a long story short, huge gash to the arm and a fractured ulna. I was in the hospital 18 hours before I finally got surgery, because I wasn’t a priority- the orthopedist on call had operated on my foot 3 times. He was n call the whole weekend until surgery finally happened pl

So I can totally believe that Bill was still in surgery if he was on call to a hospital or had a difficult procedure.

on the other hand, if I was Bill Aydin I would definitely use the “I’m in surgery” card to escape this crap.

At her stage of life though, why not? She is selling a decent product, not snake oil. If she can make a few extra dollars in retirement cashing in on her time flirting with Golden Gerry, why not?

    I totally agree

I do think it is interesting that every husband on this show has been under a microscope, talked about their finances, rumors about cheating, shady business dealings, etc...but not Paulie other than he is not divorced yet, not one side eye from anyone which I find interesting.

Did I hear he works for the state of NJ? Did I see a Bentley in his driveway? He has no shortage of money, owns what seems like an expensive house, what does he do for the state?

Governor? Senator? Bob Mendendez’s aide? (I’m just joking)

There is a lot to be said about everyone in the cast, but this is an activity that I don't recall Teresa engaging in.  She will talk about the cast with other cast members, but I don't recall her bringing others, even her father and mother, into the fray.

She definitely brought her parents into the fray between her and juicy Joe vs, Melissa and Joe Gorga (can’t stand any of them)

She doesn’t have to bring things up because Andy Cohen decided a long time ago that the show was Teresa’s so, she doesn’t need to fight because she thinks that “she is the show”

They've been separated for 10 years and still no divorce?? The only thing I can think of that is keeping him from divorcing his wife is his Catholic upbringing. Other than that there really is no reason why he wouldn't get a divorce. Again Dolores is with a guy who has commitment issues. Seems to be a real problem for her. Maybe she should go to therapy and get to the root problem she has with having love relationships with men who are emotionally unavailable.

I wish she would, because she deserves that kind of commitment in a relationship.

If you’re very Catholic and trying to please your Catholic family, divorce can be a huge thing. However, 10 years and he’s been with Dolores for a while and his mom (RIP) seemed to really like her. There is obviously something going on we don’t know about.

Breaking away(from family expectations, a marriage that is not healthy, etc) as a strong Catholic is really, really difficult but this I don’t understand.

I don’t remember Will having any relatives…and in the books, Will is tall and blond., not Hispanic.

    This is true.

Also, in the books, Angie is really, really messed up. I kind of like that the show gave her character a chance to become a better person.
