  1. Really disappointed in Davina. I felt sorry for her in the beginning - no family visited, which means she grew up starving for any kind of affection, and is now doomed to a life of needing too much affection from the men in her relationships. That's probably something she'll never entirely get over. But she's not really taking enough action to toughen up. She is physically beautiful and financially successful, and this gives her an emotional crutch - she can rely on these things to give her a desperately-needed sense of self worth. But it's obvious that she's a house of cards waiting to come crashing down. Unfortunately, her new husband is in a similar situation, but instead of blaming the world for all his ever-present issues, he shoulders it all onto himself. Dude needs to get some self-esteem, and NOW. And once he gets it, he'll realize what a disaster this marriage with Davina is and run for the hills.
  2. Jaclyn is starting to become more human, but she's still proudly wearing the banner of "I'm so hard to win over, that I deserve an award for actually falling for this guy." We get it, Jaclyn, you're strong and centered. These are great qualities, but you shove it in Ryan's face, and in the viewers' faces, how privileged anyone should be to actually get your attention. That's how it comes off. I'd HATE to be involved with a woman like that - having to expend an exhausting amount of energy just to get her attention or affection. It's lopsided and imbalanced.
  3. I don't quite understand the negative opinions of Jessica. I see her as a bit naïve, but at least she's sweet, and not in that weird "hurt sweet" way that Sean is. That's a lot more than I can say about Jaclyn, who seems to pride herself on how she keeps her distance from people, and puts up an annoying air of invulnerability. Jessica comes off like she actually has a soft spot for... someone. Probably not Ryan D(bag), but someone. I'm surprised she's not taken already by a genuinely good man. She is feminine and demure. That's rare in this modern world. Her faults can be forgiven in my view.
