Toot Toot

Ethel hid the twins to protect them from Elsa and Stanley. She did so based on the conversation she overheard between Elsa and Stanley in last week's episode. Ethel mentioned it briefly shortly after confronting Elsa.

I could be wrong b/c I haven't read any spoilers, but I would swear I recognized the psychiatrist's voice to be that of , try as he might to disguise it. And based on what we saw last night in other scenes, I suspect that's why his face wasn't shown, so that we'll be more "shocked" when it eventually is.
