I made a French Yogurt Cake the other day. I made a gluten free variation that I found (on a website I can't find right now) substituting 2 containers of GF flour plus 1 container of almond meal for the 3 of AP flour. It came out quite good, very moist and flavorful. I flavored it with orange zest and made some orange glaze for the top. Definitely will make again. Next time I think I'll make the marble version.

I haven't tried any of Rao's frozen entrees. They're kind of pricey. The pizza goes for $10.99/11.99 where I am in metro Boston. The only reason I tried it was because it was on sale for $6.99 and I had a coupon for $2 off. Though I would consider buying it again at the regular price. It's head and shoulders above DiGiorno or Freshetta.

I bought a Rao's frozen pizza and baked it on a pizza stone. It's probably the best frozen pizza I've ever had.

I made Smitten Kitchen's tangy braised chickpeas yesterday. I made a couple of minor modifications, more garlic because 4 cloves is not enough and cremini mushrooms instead of portobello because they looked better. I added some baby spinach at the very end. I served it over rice. Very tasty.

I don't know about Arkansas, but in my state bedrooms are required to have a minimum of two means of egress, a door and one window. The warehouse fails that test.

Download Firefox for mobile and install the UBlock Origin add-on as an ad blocker. That's what I use on my Samsung galaxy phone.

Yup. The scale of the y-axis is messed up. The highest earners make almost 1000x what the lowest earners make. But the bar graph makes it look like about 2.5 times as much. Lying with graphs, so much fun. 😀
