  1. I went in not knowing anything about the Broadway musical specifically, and really, really enjoyed it! Really good talent and it was fun visually and musically. Excellent, excellent cast!

  2. First, if you’ve never watched the Americans, get on it! Really, really excellent drama. I laughed out loud at Harry doing his best Matthew Rhys impersonation.

This was by far my favorite episode of the season to date. Definitely felt closer to the original series than all of the other ones so far.

  3. I remember when Wham played veterans stadium in Philadelphia in 1985 (?). Rumor at the time was he was seeing Brooke shields, and her mother was preventing him from sleeping with her and taking her virginity. Fun fact: the opening acts were Chaka Khan and Katrina and the waves!

this documentary was very well done - loved it. Wham’s music was everything great about 80s music. I’ve always thought that (the original) Freedom and I’m Your Man were underrated songs so glad to see them featured in this!

  4. I’ve gone back-and-forth with what I think about the timeline jumping this season, but IMHO This episode was by far the best of the season!  The timeline jumps in this ep helped flesh out a lot of the stories we’ve seen glimpses of.

  5. I love this show already and, honestly, it’s no surprise, since I seem to love everything Bill Lawrence is involved with! Per his usual, it’s a balance of good storytelling, humor, and heart. I’ll be back every week to watch.

  6. The Christmas Epiphany sketch made the night for me - I laughed out loud with that one.

Cecily is an MVP on the show and she’ll be missed. Always felt her talent was taken for granted.

Auston Butler was a huge surprise for me! Thought he was great - enthusiastic and totally committed to each sketch. And his monologue was great too. His mom would be proud!

  7. This thread has sent me down a rabbit hole listening to a podcast and watching videos about the making and complexity of the movie/story.  Keep it coming - it’s super interesting!

  8. I enjoyed the show for what it was, and really hope there is a season two. The actress who played Wednesday is a star, and I also enjoyed the relationships between Wednesday and all the students. The only miscast I found was Gomez. I don’t know, I just didn’t find him to be a good actor for this role.

  9. Just Charles bite his lip a lot in real life? I noticed the actor keeps doing that and I don’t know if it’s his own personal quirk or an acting choice based on Charles’ habit.
