According to Dr. Paul G. Auwaerter, clinical director of the Division of Infectious Diseases and the Sherrilyn and Ken Fisher Professor of Medicine at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, proponents of the chronic Lyme disease diagnosis have created an appearance of ersatz legitimacy for themselves despite the evidence being thin.
“Those who advocate as physicians for chronic Lyme disease have established a reasonable but poorly evidence-based paper trail in journals to support their point of view, offer CME [Continuing Medical Education] programs, and host national meetings,” wrote Dr. Auwaerter on behalf of the IDSA. “This lends the veneer of credibility.”

ITA . I had to laugh when they were in Dubai and Eileen was defending Yo saying "of course she's sick, why would she miss such a fabulous vacation?" Erika, girl we know the annual housewife trip is like Dantes inferno, who are you kidding? Some people would rather chew their own arm off like a bear in a trap then go on the housewife trip. I did wonder if Lisa may have cleverly "forgot" to get her passport renewed so she would be in violation of the six month expiration requirement. To us regular folks a working vacation would be a great perk but all of these woman can afford to travel wherever they want, whenever they want and not have to put up with the Bravo BS.

Ok, listen. I will personally get in my car and drive to each and every posters house and give you five dollars if you don't mention any activities that go on in Lu's private parts ( you know, where her bathing suit covers) . I'm glad Lu just laughed it off and I'm fairly certain I was more embarrassed then she was. Good for Lu, I've been in a shame spiral since I heard it. I have a love/ hate with all the ladies of NY but I'm now officially done with Ramona. I will be in NYC later this week and I vow to find Ramona and kick her in the shins, ok I probably won't kick her but I will give her a VERY dirty look . If I can't find Ramona I will seek out Dorinda and offer to get drunk with her and talk trash behind Ramona's back.

My very active 80 yr old ( still takes dance and yoga classes weekly as well as volunteers at hospice ) mother loves QVC like a Rinna consumer loves their cat and cake but I doubt she knows who Lisa R is let alone what Twitter is. I think your preconceived idea is pretty accurate . My mom and some of her old lady posse even took a guided tour to QVC headquarters in PA. Those host are like rock stars to the over 65 crowd.

I used ugly, derogatory words in the comment section of my Instagram account to try and stop the people who were constantly lashing out at me. That's not okay.
Not for one second was my intent to hurt, belittle or degrade my beautiful fans. Those words were never intended for 99.9% of you out there. In that moment, I felt beaten down and allowed myself to be hurt by the .1% and I held up a mirror and lashed out at them.... Not the rest of you. Please take this as my sincere and heartfelt apology to anyone that feels slighted, hurt or disappointed by my comments directed to a very specific group of Internet trolls. I know better than to feed them with their own vitriol and I had a moment of weakness which in turn may have upset the most important people. YOU. I adore and love all of YOU -- my fans and @QVC family. ❤️??What happened to the excuse she gave a month ago that she was knee deep in her feelings because she missed the father ? You know the one she was to busy to visit before he died, the same one who repressed her feelings and made her a raving lunatic on social media. I guess she afraid that the fat, cat loving, toothless ,vagina losing, home bound consumers won't buy her her damn jeggings or whatever other polyester monstrosity she is shilling. I think this list shows the Bethenny really is a good business woman and/or has excellent advisors. She slapped her trademark on every product that she could possibly conceive of producing. It shows that she is thinking ahead , I think that's pretty smart. Contrast that to Sonja and the Nigerian Football team, the Saudi Royal family and the ever popular gold and diamond collection ( collection of what I don't know) that never seems to materialize .

Lyme disease is six times more prevalent than AIDS ever was in the early 80s. The globe united beautifully with one voice to combat HIV, so I pray every day that we will come together and find a cure for Lyme, affordable for all.
so yea she did compare Lyme to Aids.
ETA : She has also stated that the stigma around Lyme disease is similar to the stigma of Aids in the 80's. That may be one of the craziest things she's ever said. Talk about comparing apples and spaceships ( thanks Carole).

Yea that makes sense. The only reason I even noticed is because my daughter was in an orphanage in Central Asia and for the first year of her life she spent a lot of time "contained" in either a crib or this giant playpen. After her adoption she hated to be contained and I ended up carrying her a lot. Like a lot, a lot . So I always notice that type of thing.

I've posted negative reviews and never had them removed, so I didn't think it a blanket policy. I know for sure on Barnes and Noble's site, ZERO negative reviews are allow, and no ratings under 3 stars are either. Amazon has a ton of 1 star ratings on things. Hmmm
I just remembered that Jill's alter ego Susan Saunders was trying to say the #1 reviewer was antisemetic and the reviewers responded that she was Jewish and very active in her synagogue. Then she threatened her cat. Lol oh Jill, don't ever change.

As a child of divorced parents and the step mother to two wonderful humans from my husband's first marriage , ITA. To be successful at co parenting sometimes you just have to eat some sh__. It's not fun but we enjoy peace more than winning. From seeing her frantic lifestyle and work envoirnment I don't think Bethenny values peace/ stability. She is a born fighter and seems to enjoy chaos . That is not a judgement as those are the very things that made her successful. I would imagine that type of person would be very difficult to negotiate and co parent with. She doesn't ever want to loose even if it makes things harder in the long run.
Ok ok totally off topic I don't follow Bethenny closely in the tabloids ( I rely on the goodwill of my fellow posters to supply links. Thanks!) but have you noticed that Bethenny and Jason always seem to be carrying Byrn? She seems too old for that.

She was on some of the trips that cast took, just not filmed. He has always said how nice Kyle and her family are and also has only nice things to say about LVP. Not so much some of the other RHOBH cast members.

Thanks for the clip ZM , I thought GIgi did very well for herself. She came across relaxed and she was quick with her responses. It isn't Gigi saying that she had no family help or that her social media following isn't a big part of her success, that's all on Yo #proudmommy. GIgi can't help that she has a crazy mom. It is irritating that every article about Gigi has to include a blurb about Yolanda the former " supermodel". Supermodel is becoming the new pornstar. Everyone who does porn is a star, you never hear of a porn character actor, ya know?
If if it's true that Yo is coming back it has to be her turn for a beat down. She really has skated through each season, primarily because of her illness and because she was lucky enough to be on the seasons that featured raging alcoholics/mental illness that made her behavior pale in comparison. If she's well enough to fly all around the world ( just saw today she is in Australia with Bella) she well enough to be questioned about her treatments as well as her know it all, I'm up here and your down here (insert hand motions here) attitude.

I read that Kyle's daughter was asked to be a cast member of Rich Kids of Beverly Hills but she wasn't interested. I'm glad she had the good sense not to get involved in that mess.
