If he had to go with a rat theme, he could have justified it with the Hickory Dickory Dock nursery rhyme. I actually felt a little uncomfortable with the whole challenge. These may have been nicknames, but they were basing these characters and their interpretation on real people who didn't really die all that long ago and who probably still have family around. It seems disrespectful, even if they were criminals involved in organized crime.
