Apparently, Mady did a TikTok video with Hannah where they answered questions from fans.  So, Hannah, who was living with Jon and Collin and is now going to school in Florida, is friendly with Mady (and hopefully with the other siblings as well).  I don't know what the dynamic is with Collin and the siblings.  I hope they are mending any fences that were there.

Are the septuplets in college? I wondered if Kate sent them to public school when she moved to NC.  Mady I can understand siding with Kate. Cara, too, though? The Kool-Aid is strong at Kate's.

  2. Born and raised in the City. TBH have never heard of Fang. House of Nanking, for sure - have even eaten here. Granted, it was in 1993 (think when Rachel and Pedro ate there on Real World). I thought it was a greasy spoon - like most Chinese restaurants are. Not that I believe Chinese food can’t be elevated, but I digress. Can’t take Kathy seriously with colored contacts. I can’t take her show or her food seriously either - with model bartender and ex pageant server. Her friend that is a consultant for the Mina Group? They are responsible for International Smoke - Ayesha Curry’s restaurant. Excellent service - you will be treated like royalty, but the food is meh. Actually worse than meh - because you paid through the nose. Have a feeling Fang is the same. BTW the “best” elevated Chinese restaurant in San Francisco is Mr. Jiu - they have the Michelin star Kathy covets. Have you heard Ali Wong describe a “good” Asian restaurant - the not so great service, the bathroom full of cleaning products ? They let the food speak for itself. Lol that’s San Tung for me. I don’t know if it’s still there but the best chow mein in San Francisco was served at coffee shop called Ming’s.

As for Robyn and Harper, I was frankly surprised it lasted as long as it did.

I really had an intense dislike for Robyn in this mini series. Yet, I realized, she's the same flakey person she was in Best Man.

She's flirting with Jaha and gets mad at Harp for not jumping to buy a whole building in NYC.

    LOL

I admit I wasn't paying full attention - but where was Harper during the NYE party? On location with his movie?

I think it was left open for more installments, if necessary.

  4. I read Kyle didn’t want her girls on this show. I don’t know if it was because she wouldn’t be able to benefit or that they would be exposed. Alexia is a thin skinned dimwit.
Farrah was Mauricio’s daughter until she questioned how fairly the commissions were split.
I’m vaguely familiar with RHOBH - but I don’t know if adding the next daughter is supposed  to be a spoiler if Mauricio is going to “be in daddy mode” when it comes to his daughters. I  was cringing at how Alexia came off trying to describe her childhood home.

How does the “Agency” even work? The big hitter Jon and his partner Adam seem to have their own firm.

Well binging satisfied something to do on a cold rainy day.

Adding: Man,  Mauricio is in everyone's pocket. His employees are fighting for time with him and he has the nerve to tell Farrah that she can't be CEO without managing people.  Basically he told her "do what you need to do, but the cost isn't coming from my cut." What an ass. Joey has already left. Even though Ben guy's personality rubs - I hope he does too. There is no advantage being tied to Mauricio. Mauricio wants to reap the benefits without putting in the work.

  5. So many unnecessary characters. Story strayed too far from the main point. This prequel was to show that Olivia wasn't evil at FIRST - and that Chris and Corinne were actually siblings.  No more! No more.  The books got worse over time and the movies just have never worked.  One weird fact - "Petals on the Wind" was my favorite of the series and it is the only one that doesn't have an Audible version.  "If there Be Thorns" is my least favorite.

  6. I haven't watched in awhile - have they ever done a "dance for your life" before? I know for sure they featured at least 4 dancers that got cut last week. They showed their names, ages, home towns - figured they wouldn't do that if there wasn't a reason to remember them.

  7. because Dan F is her husband.  That is the answer to every Madison question. TBH I'm still waiting to hear that Madison has some international thesis which has cured all eating disorders and daddy issues and she's won co-parent of the universe.

But then we wouldn’t have been treated to our final image of Kate Savant, musical education genius extraordinaire, saving the world one disabled child at a time.

And yes, of course your reason would have been simpler (and more logical). But you know what show you’re watching, right? 😉

    Lol she had one job….

The big shock for me wasn’t the identity of the mystery family, it was that Annie was the only one of Randall’s daughters who got a moment with Rebecca. Go figure, the only member of the Pearson clan that remembers her is the one with severe dementia. Not so surprising? Both that Deja ended up with Malik, Pearsons really are quick to imprint on a life partner, and that Malik still hasn’t figured out how condoms work.

Just started on PST. Please tell me different actor for Malik. Did the parakeet turn into at least a cockatoo?

When that was said, my first thought was, "I wonder how big a campaign contribution Kevin had to make to buy that job for her?"  Because that is way more likely than that sour Kate, who didn't even have a bachelor's degree in education just a few years earlier, now, not only has a Master's, but is considered qualified to actually develop an entire educational program for California students.  I try to imagine her sitting in a committee meeting, as all these things are done by committee and pouting and whining and complaining when the other members don't do things her way.  I guess they're right when they say public education is failing these days.  I will concede it is possible that Randall called in a favor with one of his senator friends to get her the job; he got a California rep's lazy brother in law hooked up with some political lackey job back in PA in exchange for a gig for his unqualified sister in CA.

Also, Kate had far more romantic chemistry with Toby in their 2 minute phone call than she has had in all of the scenes she's had with Philip put together over 2 seasons.  Explain to me again why their divorce was inevitable while Philip is her soulmate.

Why I laughed at all of the comments regarding Kate's "accomplishments" because I just remember the scene of her talking in the car in her waitress uniform. She really didn't do anything until Kevin made her his assistant.

Isn’t Claudette the one who, both times she was up for elimination, threw a teammate under the bus in some way at Judges’ Table?

The only one available? I would love to Maria again. Her elimination and Jamie sticking up for her - made me cry

he has to move the mattress while he was holding Jack

When Kate was nagging all "My 70-year-old mother is moving the mattress!" I thought, okay, but like, you can tell her not to do that and just wait a damn minute for Toby to show up. "Mom, hold on, don't do that. Toby will be here in a minute." Was Kate doing anything to move the mattress?

well it's not like Kate could help

Remember when they first introduced the Philip character and he was like breaking up with a supermodel type for being boring.

didn't he say it boring to watch her eat? I have that stuck in my mind and lol at thought that watching Kate would not be boring?

Oh darn, I liked Sam. He was so funny and positive. Buddha or the other chef (still don’t know names) should have gone, they didn’t listen to advice from Tom and the Guest judge.
I love India and East Asian food so this was interesting to me to see the differences in cuisines. I learned there is something called banana catsup.
I’m surprised Jackson without his sense of taste and smell is still hanging in there.

Did Buddha not say he or his mom is half Indian?!

I never did it or ever heard of post coital doo rag wearing.  Maybe it a Harvard thing. The legacy boys wear ascots and urban schollies wear doo rags.

I haven't seen Vanessa Bell Calloway in a while.  Always good to see her.  I have to disagree on posters perception that she wouldn't take too kindly to mouthy passengers.  She's probably been working as an attendant for decades and know who barks and who bites.  She pegged Nick's seat banter as all bark and that a well timed semi snarky comment would be well received and make a passenger like Nicky compliant

Sorry just saw this word bark twice in your comment and it made me think of “bark like a dog. A big dog.” That was what popped in my mind when I saw VBC.

I think if the actress wasn't the wife of the producer, there's no way Madison would still be part of Kevin's life. The character always gave me a creepy vibe.

It's the acting. I have a feeling you will never see the actress again outside of an Dan whatever his name is shows.

. Madison would gush over how Kate is the almost awesome and amazing woman in the world,

There are women IRL who are like this - have friends that they deem less attractive than they are - so they feel better about themselves.  I doubt TPTB wanted to the Madison character to be perceived this way.
