    I wish the writers had the will (and the skill) to write Esme struggling with her 'split' personality. Should she be good or should she go back to being the psycho she was before? There was actual tension in the scene in the cemetery, in front of her father's grave. 

    Now, *that* would be a worthwhile story to tell - and it would give Avery Pohl the kind of material that she excels in!

    Unfortunately, I have no hope of that ever happening :(

    I loved the NYC storyline for Spencer and Trina! I thought it was sweet and romantic and long overdue. I think they are fantastic as a couple.

    I was surprised, however, by how small the hotel room was. I thought Spencer got them a suite? I expected a sitting area, with a loveseat and chair and coffee table. Maybe suite means something different in the US than here in Canada?

    I don't give a crap about TJ/Molly/Kristina and the surrogacy. I cannot get into it because I always see Hayley Pullos in the role and nuNuMolly pulls me out of it. This is all on casting. I wonder what the rush was to recast Molly ASAP. God knows GH drops characters and storylines left and right with nary a warning - what made this SL so important? I'd much rather see Liesl and Scott, Spencer and Trina, Jordan and Zeke (handsome!), Laura and Kevin - so many couples, so many missed opportunities.

I just wanted them to go on an uninterrupted, fun, sexy date! I wanted to see them as a united front. I wanted to feel secure in their relationship. Most of their scenes are with other ppl!! The show refuses to treat Trina like an adult in comparison to Josslyn. The difference is glaring! And Sprina are always hugging or Spencer is giving her kisses on the forehead. It’s just weird. 

    Anyway, I’m no longer expecting anything to happen with them. They were a big draw for me so my interest in the show has dwindled lately. I don’t like Fiz at all. They bore the crap out of me! I don’t mind Austin or Mason honestly but I am bored with their story and just want the reveal so we can move on. I like SoNa and Nina but Nina clearly can’t make it as a mob wife and they’re just setting it up for Willow/Olivia to hate her again. No thanks. That’s boring to me. I don’t care about ChaLynn or Anna’s constant whining. I was interested in Tolly but I don’t care for nuMolly in general or her and TJ’s brand new attitudes re: Kristina. Kristina is cool. I can’t think of any other stories right now but . . . apologies for the mini-rant! 😄

    I agree with everything you wrote re: Sprina, so, no apologies needed! Hope springs eternal, so, I'm still here, hoping and waiting for a miracle for Trina and Spencer.

    I have no insider information, so this is just my thinking - I believe that Frank Valentini's nose was put out of joint when Trina made that fabulous leap into Spencer's arms in Greenland. It was improvised (off-script) and it put that couple on the map! Frank's favourite, Jex, were not as popular and he resented it. Stupid, I know, but I think that's what's happened. Anything we get now might be because the backlash against Esme and her fake redemption and the frustration of fans to the cockblocking of Sprina are putting pressure on him and Nat Varni.

    I really want them to bring back Nikolas asap! Let him fight with Ebola.

    I'm now watching clips on YouTube. My heart is broken over the gaslighting of Spencer and Trina. So, here I am, on the barge. ::waves::

     Ugh. I just watched yesterday's episode. WTF??? 

    The scabby writers apparently didn't read the backstory on Kristina. What bullshit advice was that? Such sad days. Spencer handcuffed to Ebola (figuratively). Trina confiding in Tapioca at GH. Not even Tabyana could bring any life to Trina's interaction with the blandest actor on the canvas.

    I don't give a shit about Curtis or Portia.  However, I did enjoy Austin, Ava, Nina and Sonny's scenes. Gladys looked really good in her red/black outfit. And, for the love of God, please keep the gruesome twosome (Jex) off my screen. No sparks, no interest, just dull.

    I wanted to acknowledge that I might be off-topic.

    I was saddened by some of the comments regarding Spencer and Trina. Mostly because I think they might be on the right track - that the writers and producers (asshats that they be) - are going to drag this sucker out long after NAC is gone.

    I don't believe them when they say they won't recast Spencer. I don't trust anything they say about Esme. I hate this storyline now. And that makes me even sadder.

    I LOVED them before. NAC is such a great find! Talented, handsome, funny, sincere - he has the acting chops to go a long, long way.  (And I say this as someone who has been in theatre, in different capacities in front of and behind the scenes) for close to 50 years.

    And Tabyana - what a beautiful, subtle actor - those eyes, how loving and truthful and sweet her Trina is. GH has lightning in a bottle - and they're wasting ALL of it.

    I could just fucking cry.

    you’ve motivated someone who has never tweeted before to tweet, that’s quite a feat cause I’ve seen some things on this app; I’ve laughed, I’ve cried, I’ve felt hurt, I’ve felt outraged, but I’ve never felt the need to tweet until now.

    You used a predominantly black fanbase to promote your show, dangled a heroine love story for Trina in front of us like a carrot & then proceeded to rollout, in my opinion, the most biased, offensive story.

    Trina is played to be alone, dumb and sidelined while her boyfriend bonds with the person who drugged and framed her and constantly fights for the honour of Trina’s best friend. Both white women..

    And yet

    let publications (just this past week People Magazine referred to them as a “super couple” in the making) publicize the pairing of Spencer and Trina (if you didn’t approve these articles, then exactly what is going on at your company?).

    is this the kind of “love” story u think a black character & by extension black women should settle for? Am I to applaud u for doing less than the bear minimum? Your cast is predominantly white but the black people can’t get whole characterization?

    As far as I’m aware no one asked that you pair Spencer & Trina, you did that, but somehow I am not supposed to expect proper follow through?

    Am I not supposed to interpret it as offensive when Trina is virginal (not engaging in sex and romance like her white counterparts) and has no other potential romantic options, but her white boyfriend has three?

    Your own social media accounts referred to Trina as the interrupter in a scene with her, her boyfriend & her victimizer.

    Oh wait, you did give her a romantic option but didn’t bother to vet the actor who played her love interest to see if he was bigoted. (He was).

    racism aside (and believe me, I do think this is racist) the most offensive thing about all of this is the insult to my intelligence.

    to cater to their racist/bigoted audience that is fine, it’s your show to do with as you see fit but don’t use a predominantly black fanbase to promote your show and give them nothing.

    Oh sorry you did give them something…you gave them deep hurt and disappointment.

    One more thing. I don’t think I have to tell professional story tellers that it’s not just the ending that matters.

    Brava, Dee! I feel *exactly* the same way. I will *never* trust Frank Valentini again. I will *never* allow him and his cohorts/writers to gaslight me by saying, 'Wait and see'. 'Trust us'. HA!

    MeAgain is despicable *every* day of the week. I'm still fuming over 'claiming to be' (President Biden as an observant Catholic). How DARE this piece of shit say something like that! She is so ugly - she makes me want to throw up.
