My opinion - i like Stana and I don't think she' s a big enough diva to demand someone fly overseas to meet with her to convince her to stay on the show. She seriously needs to follow the Gillian Anderson route - stay with Castle as long as she can and keep cashing those checks. She's not a very good actress and she'll struggle once the show is over to find another role (anyone see CBGB?). Some fans really make her out to be the Meryl Streep of TV and she's just not that good of an actress outside of Beckett.
