I not sure about that but I was talking about this Miles. Although we didn’t see any other version of Miles which has to be deliberate.

I am hopeful that the next movie will close the plotholes and that it is deliberate since Miguel clearly has issues.

But we saw the Miles that was meant to be bitten at the end..unless you meant at the HQ. True there's only one Miles. But at the same time (as far as we know) there's only one Gwen, Miguel, Hobie and Pav too.

Unfortunately, I didn’t love the plot. It really lost me once it became wall-to-wall Spider-People. I absolutely hated the idea that Miles being Spider-Man is an anomaly.

I think what Miguel meant was that *this* Miles was the anomaly. Not that he's the anomaly because he's *A* Miles. It was a spider from another Earth (which was shown in the first movie) that was supposed to bite the Miles of Earth 42 while the Miles that we know was supposed to become the Prowler.

Nice to see Fabiola and Ben hanging out, Fabiola calling him out on his arrogance was great. I love Ben, but he really can be massively condescending.

He's still excusing his behavior from season 1 (and I assume before the show too) with the "broke his heart" reason. That happened afterwards, plus the "UN" thing was also about Eleanor and Fabiola. Also, he still calls her David. Hi-larious.

    Clearly I don't like Ben.

for me, was the bond between Riff and Tony. I bought it more in the older version. They didn't seem as close in this one.

I think that was intentional. They didn’t have the same bond like before Tony went to jail, but neither were willing to admit it.

It’s on HBO so I watched it.  Am I the only one who was not that impressed?  The musical numbers were decent but things just fell short to me especially the ending.  The original ending makes me cry every time.  The pacing was so much better.  Natalie Wood’s anger was so much more emotional.  The way each person walked away at the end.  Perfectly directed.  This just didn’t have the same impact.

    I completely agree.

I’ll also add that the choreography at the dance at the gym paled in comparison to the original.

MJ and Ned should be as big, if not bigger than Strange in that poster. This movie really established them and Peter as a trio like Harry, Hermione and Ron. The only way I'll be cool with a new trilogy of S-M movies is if the focus remains on these three.

This is one of the few problems I had with the movie. Ned and MJ barely interacted with each other in the previous two movies but we’re now supposed to buy them as a tight knit trio?

Wasn't Kimiko unconscious or at least drugged up?

I think that’s why everyone was so surprised. They hadn’t officially met but I’m guessing Kimiko was made aware of what happened so she hugged her as a thanks.

I also find it cool that the Hamilton OBC has been doing some Zoom reunions. Back in 2015/16 around NYC the feuding of some of the cast members was pretty common knowledge. Nice that they were able to put that aside.

It was? I came to the show (via soundtrack) somewhat late but this is news to me. *googles*

Although, why do they never include Jughead in childhood flashback scenes? He did exist, didn't he? He, Archie and Betty were pals since childhood I thought.

I don’t think Betty and Jughead were really friends before dating in s1. She never met his dad nor did she even know his birthday.

  10. I wasn’t expecting much, but I definitely enjoyed it. It doesn’t have so much from the “Sonic canon”, but any future movies should feature that based on the mid-credits scene and TAILS.

Oliver started this whole world and has been a greater leader to everyone on this team (and everyone on their respective teams). He's had personal relationships with a lot of them and he has been shown to be the most strategic (because he's can't rely on super strength or running really fast). So I don't mind that even if he's not the most powerful he's the most respected and the de facto leader that they're all looking up to.

Why didn’t the Monitor not poof him away instantly like with everyone else.

  12. ‪Why did Oliver mention he sacrificed himself for Barry and Kara? Is that even necessary to say in his “last moments”? And for what? To make the other two feel guilty? Plus it’s not even true. ‬

Never mind the fact that him having an arrow that can somehow stop the Monitor (all the eye rolling), I don’t get why said Monitor didn’t just transport him away instead of trying to reason with him. The amount of stretching they do to make Oliver the bestest hero ever (at the expense of all those with powers) is ridiculous.
