I thought the 2nd and 3rd  Stews were bitches.  And I thought Georgia was very good at stirring the pot. I wouldn't trust her at all.  Jenna was a little overboard in the kissing and stuff, but I think the other 2 were jealous, especially  georgia bc she had a thing for that guy.

I don't know what it is about the younger people, but they do not understand that when you give them directions you're not bullying or being mean. If it's your job to direct them they should be directed. And they shouldn't take offense.  Once I had a salesman tell me I didn't praise him enough. I told him his pay check was his praise.

    Hey Jenna! How ya doing?

Yeah, he's said it's his girlfriends parent's boat.

Wait ... Buthisface Asston has a girlfriend? And her parents like him enough to give him a job on their boat? Still?

    Really?

And Ashton "This is called Pilah Bay, and that's all I can tell you about it." Amazing tour guide, you are not.

This from the guy that went to the captain to complain about Rhylee not professionally preparing enough for her excursion.

Oops, Mr Miner beat me to it

    No it's not.

    From the Oi wiki.

Oi /ɔɪ/ is an interjection used in various varieties of the English language, particularly British English, Australian English, New Zealand English, Irish English, Malaysian English, Singaporean English and South African English, as well as Hindi/Urdu, Portuguese and Japanese to get the attention of another person or to express surprise or disapproval.

Wow! Pow! Thank you for a reminder of what the food should look like, beautiful presentation.

Rhylee cheerfully asks Asston if he’s seen her knot and after inspecting it he says “That’s it. That is it.” and then sighs as though he’s disappointed. Rhylee could save Asston’s life again this season and I’m convinced he wouldn’t give her as much as an attaboy.

Simone may be very intelligent but she seems to have zero common sense. Possibly she’s not all that intelligent either, but is a very good student and can study well. Did she seriously think that Kate being gone was good news for her? Disappointed that she came back? Hello? That they would be able to find a new Chief Stew for the charter starting in a few hours? How about the math of preferring to do 1/2 of the work as opposed to 1/3 of the work? That would assume erroneously that the work load is evenly split into thirds between them. Simone, may I introduce you to logic …

So I feel for Rhylee cause as harsh as it looks to the viewers I can totally get her discomfort and unease with the way the guys come at her. I applaud her strength and even though it is over the top I can understand how unnerving it is to always have to assert strength in the hopes that the message gets through. The message is usually never heard but at that point it's usually and issue of pride (at least it was for me) so even though I got shit for it constantly I continued to stand my ground. I'm also inclined to include that it doesn't feel good to be on the other end of such intense aggressiveness. It's offputting, uncomfortable and intimidating sometimes. The fear of retaliation in one way or another is always present but what can you do? I don't think anyone deserves that sort of energy aimed at them. Even Rhylee because at the end of the day, at most, she's annoying and loud. So what?

I appreciate your several posts regarding Rhylee. You've eloquently described the issue surrounding her in a way wouldn't have been able to, so thank you. It's been mind boggling for me to see so much support for how Rhylee is the problem.

But I don't think they were having a "Beach Picnic." I think it was just a "Beach Excursion." (though to do what? Sit on the sand for awhile?). Because Kate and Kevin were planning a "nice lunch immediately when they returned."

My bad, still don't they send some sort of accommodation? A tent with beverages? It seemed very scripted to me.

I honestly don't know why Kam thinks of herself as a "Barbie."  She isn't.  I think Kam should be upset by filming side-by-side with Steph.  Steph is so much more beautiful and gets the "Barbie" sash.  If she, in real life, acts the way she is filmed, her family has every right to send her back to CA (I think that is where she is from).

I wonder if Kam does view Stephanie as her "Barbie competition" and that is why she is picking fights with her.

  9. I haven't seen Hannah interrupt a guest's proposal, what a huge blunder Kate made. What the hell was she thinking?? She didn't even have the sense to be embarrassed by her shitty service during the proposal.

  10. Sylva missed getting 20 plates out. There's no getting around that he didn't complete the challenge. Nothing Brooke did/didn't do missed the parameters of the challenge as much as that. Whether or not one was more creative than another is subjective. Diners eating/going without food is black and white

I'm no doctor, but I'm guessing if you come into the ER after having just been in an accident and have a possible neck injury like Vicki, a doctor isn't going to be real keen on having you take off your shirt the old fashioned way.

I'm no doctor either, but I'm guessing nobody would be keen on taking Icky's shirt off.

Seriously though, you might have a point. The way Icky was fussing I'm sure they were cautious in how they dealt with her. Especially if they knew what kind of terrible person she is. I doubt she was hurt any more than Tamra was. I believe she was only airlifted because she complained of every injury they asked her about. Did I hear her say her eyebrows were numb? I was too busy rolling my eyes about her dramatics to pay very close attention to all that she said.

The obsession with dates and timelines and "sleeping with a married man" kind of misses the point. The first time someone has sex is not the start of a relationship. Bethenny and Dennis probably had eyes for each other for quite awhile before they acted on it sexually. That's the start of the affair, at least emotionally - he was emotionally pulling away from his wife and toward Bethenny, and Bethenny knew it and encouraged it.

See? It is comments like this. There is no way anyone that wasn't very close to the situation would have knowledge like this.

Why do these women hate Luann so much, to the point of being so horrible to her? I really don't get it. I mean, I am not in love with her, but the constant name-calling, and throwing things in her face... it borders... no, it crosses full on into neurotic territory. It's terrible.

Because they actually know Lu. They've had real exchanges over the years in which to develop feelings and opinions about Lu.

People sitting on the couch with popcorn (with little idea of what these people are really like) end up being much more hateful and horrible to these HWs than their co-workers could ever be. Beth in all her glory can't come close to the meanness and name-calling here. Me? I think Lu is quite the snake like bitch with a horrible voice.

  15. When I saw Brianna's kids in so many cutsie scenes, I figured Vicki wanted them there to give her a story line and to divert attention away from the Brooks issue. Now she has this positive spin to her time on the show. Judging by some positive posts here regarding the kids, it seems that the tactic may be working. It would also explain her pushing Brianna so hard to move back to OC right when they began filming the new season.

The scene  with the kid locking himself in the car seemed staged to me. I find it hard to believe that they'd let the kids run around the jobsite completely unsupervised like that. Vicki's dumb enough not to realize how horrible it looked to imagine they were so unsupervised. I think she figured it would be some sort of comical situation that would make everyone love her and bring her casseroles.

  16. I'm not going to take Bryon's word for Jen being incompetent. We only have Bryon's word that her knot is incorrect. He complained to her that her posture wasn't good enough. That he couldn't ask her to do something because she'd have to take a four hour shower afterwards, obviously a lie. He hovers over her every move to look for something to complain about. His obvious misogyny gets in the way of his opinion of her work.

I would really like some people that actually know well a deckhand's job to chime in about how well or poorly she is doing her job.

Early on, she was late one morning and wanted someone to lie about it so she wouldn't get in trouble. This has been her most egregious offense. Certainly not a good thing, but she did get up on her own volition. Shortly thereafter, Danny got to sleep in quite a bit one morning and Bryon didn't even get upset about it. If I remember correctly, Bryon had to wake him up and ask if he could possibly get up to the deck for work.

As far as I am concerned, Jen has been the better deckhand. I really hope the Captain addresses some of this at the reunion.
