January Update information

Hello, we just updated a few things on the forums.

Custom Homepage

• The CHP is now a one-click affair
• Use the checkboxes next to show forum titles on the Edit Subscriptions page, next to the title on a show forum's landing page or in the new Quick Show Search next to the keyword search.

Quick Show Search

• Want to check if there's a forum for a particular show? Start typing in the QSS box and we'll find it. You can also subscribe to shows for your custom homepage right from the QSS results.

Custom Homepage Airing Status Filters

• To help you curate your CHP you can filter the Edit Subscriptions page and your Custom Homepage to show either on-air shows only, off air shows only or both.
• We made a slightly less-rough-than-totally-rough first pass at marking shows on air or off air but we need your help fine tuning and letting us know about show cancellations in the future. More on that here.

Not Logged In / Not Using Custom Homepage Default

• when you are browsing as a guest or logged in but not using subscriptions to create a custom homepage, the homepage will list the show forums tagged "On Air"

Known Day One bugs/issues

• If you spot other bugs or weirdness besides the ones below, please let us know in the Bugs forum.
• The "scroll to top" button isn't appear
• The number of likes next to the heart is missing on posts
• The site is reindexing: search, like numbers in profiles and other things of that ilk will take a few days to get to normal
• The On/Off Air filter mistakingly appears on the "Peek All Shows" page and various pages tied to your profile like "Followed Content" where it does absolutely nothing. We'll remove that soon.
• Your customized homepage will suppress a category (e.g. "B", "R") from appearing if you do not have any shows subscriptions inside them but that isn't working at the moment. See pics for issue.
