backhometome September 15, 2014 Share September 15, 2014 If Patrick does something with Sam I wouldn't really call it cheating. He has said he wants a divorce and told his wife. And they they have been living separately for a while now. I do like Sam/Patrick scenes because they are so sparkly together. JT actually looks alive in them. But I do think they are fast pacing them for when Jason comes back. Ugh. 2 Link to comment

Bringonthedrama September 15, 2014 Share September 15, 2014 What a terrible, awful, very bad episode. I really can't find the words except to say I feel like a chump wasting more time on this shit fest. So Nathan isn't Vic's after all, well how grand, he'll end up Dante's twin at this rate. Patrick is the worst, just the worst. He's a self centered asshole who is still married, who should have his just about to cheating ass at home with his daughter, attempting to be a decent human being for once instead if cuddling up to another pair of bosom pillows. And of course Sam would start to, apparently, fall for him right before a renegade Jason returns. They disgust me together, the outcome to all of this disgusts me, it's all disgusting. You're disgusting, Ron. I get your perspective about Patrick, but curious about why you say they disgust you together. KeMo's acting tells me Sam enjoys being Patrick's adventure buddy, appreciates his care and support, and is realizing she's attracted to him but is not in a place where's she comfortable with that because they ARE friends, he's still married to Robin, she has lingering feelings for Silas and her history with Jason is in her heart. 1 Link to comment
jennifer6973 September 15, 2014 Share September 15, 2014 (edited) I'm not watching today's show until I can safely fast forward because of that stuff, although really the only thing I want to see is Maxie and Nathan's first kiss. It's at the end of the episode right before the previews and it was HALLELUJAH Glorious I rewound it twice just to watch. I didn't even mind Sonny and Olivia today, that is how awesome that kiss is. magnolia11 September 15, 2014 Share September 15, 2014 I really like BA (and he's certainly 1,000 times the actor that Paevey/Nathan is), but the last thing I would ever want to see is a Spinelli reunion with Maxie. I've always found the Spixie coupling to be grating as hell, and it makes me want to poke my eyes out with a spork. 5 Link to comment

WendyCR72 September 15, 2014 Share September 15, 2014 Samtrick disgust me insofar as Patrick IS still married. Sobby could be excused as he thought Robin was dead, but now he has seen the clusterfuck Robin is involved in, and he just lets Sobby talk him out of any suspicions for what? So he can screw Sam without guilt? Screw that. I'm well aware Robin is not on full time, but if this show wants Patrick to move on, DIVORCE the wife first. This just makes Samtrick as gross as Purina. Not to mention it's so obvious that Samtrick is only revving up now because of the Prodigal Holy Hitman's return. And since I believe Billy Miller is on contract, J&R to offset Samtrick is likely off the table, so Samtrick amount to a JaSam speedbump. Then again, if that occurs, Patrick will be odd man out and I can LMAO at his idiocy. He needs to stop thinking with his other head and playing the victim when the REAL victim has been a captive for basically 3 YEARS while HE gets the sads. Spare me. 8 Link to comment

CPP83 September 15, 2014 Share September 15, 2014 (edited) I get your perspective about Patrick, but curious about why you say they disgust you together Well mostly because Patrick disgusts me as a character period and I think Sam is too good for him. I never even really thought they were friends, they could be friendly but I never saw this "best buds" deal with them. I really see no reason for there to be anything romantic going on with them. I don't buy it either. I don't care how much Kelly and JT like working together, their characters haven't had the time to form that kind of bond, imho, and it's all just Ron ass rushing this shit to the forefront since he got another "Jason" on-board to bring back and thrust back into the middle of everything, including Sam's life, who I had hoped would be free of that jerk. I know I know but...let me have my delusions, they're all I have left. If Patrick does something with Sam I wouldn't really call it cheating I would and do because he isn't divorced yet. I won't get into the fact that his punk ass has allowed his wife to be re-kidnapped and snatched out from under his nose and all he can do about it is find another female to stroke his man pain and make it all better. But all that aside, what he is doing with Sam, imho, is pathetic and wrong and disgusting. Especially considering what he knows and is keeping from her. Not to mention that Patrick should be a little more suspicious, concerned, at least curious about why Robin would suddenly think thawing out the undead is more fulfilling and worthwhile to her than being with Emma. It's one thing to have a rough patch in a marriage, especially when you think your wife is dead for two years, not to mention you end up impregnating your almost second wife just when your first wife has returned and rededicates herself to your daughter and you and your family. Why in the hell would he think that Robin just went poof into thin air without warning and of her own free will? On top of all that he thinks Jason is dead, a failed experiment on her part but she still won't come home? She's working "just an hour away" but never once takes time to see Emma? The little girl she lost two major years of development with? Robin who herself grew up with Anna and knows exactly what Emma would be and will be going through? Really for me that's just the final tear to all of this, watching Patrick giggle and tease Sam about some goddamn fortune cookies when he should have been spending this time figuring out what the hell is the matter with the woman he claimed to love and want to spend the rest of his life with. And this is supposedly the best Sam can do right now? It's laughable to me. Edited September 15, 2014 by CPP83 9 Link to comment
jsbt September 15, 2014 Share September 15, 2014 Both Silas and Franco have taken a major plunge in their story role in the last few months. Silas is the helpless goat for Nina and the foolish, duped heavy opposite Sam and Patrick, which is usually the way RC begins easing a character out. Franco is, well, all of the above and more. Whether or not any of this will amount to GH actually pulling the trigger and dumping either ME or RH, the way it appears they are readying to do, is another story entirely. I have seen what looks like them getting ready to dump these failboats at least once or twice before, and it didn't happen. It is a deep personal pride thing for FV and RC at this point. I personally suspect at least one or both is on the way out, whether it's before 2015 or not. (Probably not so soon for ME, IMO, given the pacing of this show.) But I also can definitely see them still.not.giving.up. 2 Link to comment

dubbel zout September 15, 2014 Share September 15, 2014 (edited) I'm sure we were supposed to melt when Sonny sang to Rocco and promised him the world. Sorry, Show. My heart is still a shriveled husk when it comes to Sonny. FFS, Maxie. Levi was standing there off in dreamland and you did nothing to try to get the gun away. What was the point of introducing Peter "who" Harrel? So Maxie could figure out she wuvs Nathan. The Harrell père et fils death scenes were UCG. I hope y'all Nathan fans are hyped for Bradford Anderson's triumphant return on contract in 2015! It was inevitable; I doubt you can make a living wage as an Uber driver. "Something you lost will be found again." I loved Patrick's "Oh, crap" expression. I just realized we're going to have to watch Sonny try to squeeze out a tear when he sees Jason again. Mo is a terrible crier. But all that aside, what he is doing with Sam, imho, is pathetic and wrong and disgusting. Especially considering what he knows and is keeping from her. Patrick is gross for keeping Jason a secret, but Sam isn't blameless here. She knows Patrick's divorce isn't final, and she's not exactly pushing him away. It takes two to tango. I'm telling you, it's coming. Or maybe it will be BA will come back to escort Maxie off-canvas in 2015. Someone's gotta pay for Ronn Moss.* It is a deep personal pride thing for FV and RC at this point. I personally suspect at least one or both is on the way out, whether it's before 2015 or not. (Probably not so soon for ME, IMO, given the pacing of this show.) I have hope for ME going. Slight, but still there. There was a quote from FV in the mags about Sam and Patrick's awesome chemistry. Given how before this he talked about KMo and ME had to "hold back the chemistry" and the scuttlebutt that FV was really the one who liked ME and RC didn't particularly care, I have a little hope. Not huge, but if they announce his going I won't be like "no!!! it can't be!!" RoHo, since I think we're stuck with him, they should just have Franco go back to his nutty ways and he can be one of the recurring villains RC loves so much, and RoHo can commute to NY, and I don't have to deal with them trying to turn a serial killer into a gentle flannel loving hipster emo farmer. Win win. *Don't worry, it's just a joke. Edited September 15, 2014 by ulkis 3 Link to comment

He's not going to be de-Franco'ed, IMO (and any news item about James Franco was entirely speculative - he hasn't indicated an interest) but I fear they will turn him into evil Nina's evil boyfriend or something. She knows Patrick's divorce isn't final, and she's not exactly pushing him away. It takes two to tango. I said they both disgust me, but Patrick disgusts me more because I don't like him at all. Sam I do like, but this whole shittastic whirlwind "romance" of theirs is terrible and reflects poorly on them. Just barely two months ago she's saying "I love you" to Silas, now she's suddenly warming up to Patrick and having "feelings", give me a fucking break. Why can't she just be single? Give her some time to work through whatever she feels for Silas still while she actually gets her shit together and spends some time with her son. Hell, why don't they both do that? Instead of Patrick making the moves on Sam, why doesn't he focus on who should be the number one lady in his life right now, since he's abandoned Robin, and that's Emma. And if Sam is going to be cuddling anyone on the couch, it needs to be Danny. This romance is already tired and played out and it hasn't even begun really, imo, it's just pathetic to me and it makes them both pathetic and short sighted. 7 Link to comment
HeatLifer September 15, 2014 Share September 15, 2014 Patrick sucks and this PLOT DRIVEN STORYLINE SUCKS. The “Let’s hook up Sam/Patrick now that Jason is coming back!!!!” nonsense is so forced, from the writing, to the acting, to the directing. Patrick calling Sam a “smartass” and “Sammy”? Sam jumping on his lap while he opens his fortune cookie? All the shit written in the fortune cookies!? The AWFUL CHEESY SMILES!? Help me. Someone. Anyone. I wish I saw chemistry between the actors because it would maybe help me forget the horrificness of the story. Sam is EH to me in this scenario. My only gripe is that while her and Robin weren’t besties, Robin has done enough for her and Jason and her family that I feel like Sam should take her into consideration just a little bit. It’s a woman-to-woman thing for me. Patrick, on the other hand, is so done in my eyes. No longer can be redeemed. Over. Done. Bye Felicia. You win, Ron! All I want now is for Robin to officially be freed from his stupid ass self. The not-yet-an-official-divorce stuff isn’t working because it’s based on LIES. I need everything to be revealed for Robin to know that while her LIFE WAS AT RISK, Patrick was sexing up Sam and didn’t give a single shit about her. 4 Link to comment

I appreciate that Cartini are attempting a sweeps event story. It's not their fault that ABC has cut the budget to the bone. ulkis September 15, 2014 Share September 15, 2014 I don't love them, but I find Patrick and Sam more enjoyable to watch with each other than their last respective partners. And I find it way less contrived than a lot of other pairings on this show. I think they're just looking at it as a fling material right now and that's all I think it is anyway. I think Patrick considers himself free, since he told Robin he wanted a divorce. Just barely two months ago she's saying "I love you" to Silas, now she's suddenly warming up to Patrick and having "feelings", give me a fucking break. It's not incongruous to me. Silas said "I love you" first, and imo she only said it back because she felt bad/weird not saying it back. And I don't think right now she thinks (or that she actually has) has serious feelings for Patrick. She feels an attraction and is thinking about acting on it. Him calling her "Sammy" is pretty cheesy though. I appreciate that Cartini are attempting a sweeps event story. It's not their fault that ABC has cut the budget to the bone. No, I'll give them that. It is their fault though they had RKK come in, chew up some scenery, and decided Stavros violating Lulu yet again was a good idea for sweeps. Link to comment

Although it seems odd that Dr. O would sleep her way through various Cassadine men while being obsessed with Faison at the same time. We know she's obsessed with Faison, even now that he's dead. The idea that maybe Doc O isn't Nathan's mother sounds grueling. It opens up too many doors with too many questions behind them. If Madeline wasn't Nathan's mother and Liesl isn't either, then who is? Obviously, Liesl knows that she gave birth to a boy at some point in her life because she gave him to her sister Madeline to raise for whatever reasons. So if the boy that Madeline raised was not Liesl's son then who is he? Furthermore, what did Madeline do with Liesl's son if Nathan isn't him? Like I said, too many doors and too many questions. I would think she would like the idea of giving Fasion Anna's son. I am pretty sure Dr. O is his mother, the question becomes who does Fasion hate enough that she would hide him. Robert? Luke? But Dr O was in scenes with both and we never had a hint of any past between them...not that that would stop Ron. Alan is still viable, as is Noah but what would be the point? I guess if he is Alan's he could play the AJ role to NUJason, but the age difference is large and Nathan has no ties to Monica who would need to be at the center of the brothers face off sense Alan is dead. 1 Link to comment

mybabyaidan September 15, 2014 Share September 15, 2014 Oy, the clinic scenes were painful to watch. Goodbye ZG, your death scene was as dumb as your entire storyline. Maxie must have great aim to kill him in one shot with a dagger. And his little back arch movement he did was hilarious. And how dumb is Nathan for just waltzing right past the dude (very slowly I might add) and not watching his back? That was almost as bad as poor Dominic having to awkwardly unlatch from the female doctor so Lulu could clutch his arm in a more dramatic fashion. I think the whole show today should be on the soup. It was all awful. And I know what you did there Ron, stealing from Sons of Anarchy now? The whole making out (well on Sons it was more than making out, but sitll) over dead bodies was done WAY better on that show. Ok, I did say I would say ONE good thing about RC if he made Nathan not be Victors. Here I go...Um.....His eyes are nice and brown. I think. 2 Link to comment
