Sienna does not seem into Shep at all. Is this a fake storyline?

JT is just so annoying. The cane is fucking stupid.

Shep & his ego & thinking Taylor’s family still wants them together like he wasn’t cheating constantly & screaming at her on TV. His hair looks stupid too. I just can’t really stand him because you just know he thinks he’s better than everyone because his family’s money & name. Just gross.

That’s scary about Brett. I hope he can stay cancer free.

JT really thinks too high of myself. Madison is not wanting to get with JT. Chill out guy. JT needs to just shut up. He’s such a try hard. It’s not entertaining either. It’s so obvious. Too much of him like who wants to see this much of him ugh.

Austen bleh as usual.

Craig’s house is nice.

Molly is annoying I’m still not buying the bs with her & Whitney.

Austen JT is a loser douche but you are dbag too. Both things can be true lol.

Maybe I’m too much of a peasant but Patricia’s table decorations table decorations looked tacky as hell to me.

Whitney & the food comments were rude as hell. He’s just such a douchey jerk with his pathetic highlights & dumbass shirt.

I didn't  know about Brett's cancer, I hoping his next test show him to be okay, especially  for Madison.

JT is an annoying  little gnat, the type you need to swat off you.

Patricia  loves her parties, it wouldn't  be to my taste, but nobody  ever complains.

What an @ss Whitney is,"that's  the last thing  you need. "Molly should of said the same could be said of your horrible  new toupee!

JT trying to manufacture various cheating storylines out of thin air. Connecting the polka dots, if you will. But then when he tried to make himself and Madison happen… Shep’s total tone change from exasperated to dead serious, “Nobody thinks that, JT” cracked me up. He was sure to reiterate that in the retelling to Madison.

Speaking of retellings—Craig totally made up JT calling Miss Patricia a bitch! I guess that’s at least a better way to manufacture show drama. We’re not going to let JT create his favorite thing of a cheating storyline so he can cast himself as the gallant gentleman defending the honor of the scorned fair maiden. (And even the fake himself-Madison storyline gives him the opportunity to defend Madison while giving himself some image points that anyone would think that Madison would even hypothetically be attracted to him.) But Craig managed to turn it around because of course now the whole cast will defend Miss Patricia’s honor instead and shun JT. Touché.

Based on WWHL, I don’t think Craig was really that shrewd. Sounds like he really believes in essence that’s what he said. Even though Shep was sitting there at the dinner saying under his breath that he didn’t hear JT say that. I think the closest Craig got to manipulating a storyline was recognizing that JT was creating storylines, specifically about his BFF Austen, and basically gave the “Bravo, Bravo, fucking Bravo” of storming out as to not give JT an audience to make this storyline happen on the show on his watch.

Way too much JT...even with it being focused on his digging a deeper hole for himself. His fixation on Austen is so cringy, I bet he stalks him daily.

Whitney is just a self-loathing asshole. Maybe if he lived his true honest life, he wouldn't feel the need to be so nasty to women. That comment to Molly was unforgiveable & deserved a slap from Mommy.

Shep's ego is out of control. Why would he think Taylor's family missed him when he treated her like shit? Oh wait, because he's rich.

If I were Craig and had that beautiful backyard oasis, I'd never leave it either!

Things must be bad on this show if JT is the main attraction.  I can’t stand him.  Venita and him going together is a farce.  Is Whitney in his sixties or fifties?  Another boring one.  I miss the rest of the cast that didn’t return.

According to Wikipedia he's 56.  And the fact that he's listed as a filmmaker is laughable.  What a P.O.S.🤬

I really don't care if Craig made up the JT calling Patricia a B.  He's so unlikeable and his b/s about him and Madison is just insane

I am so over Craig and his moral superiority. Not that these douchebags don’t deserve it, but it wasn’t that long ago he was one of them. Just because now he’s got some Yankee pretending to be is girlfriend for screen time doesn’t make him any better than the other losers.

I agree this episode was too much JT but I still can’t totally hate on him because he continues to call out that asshole Austen every chance he gets. And I like how he speaks to him mom and sister, and the vulnerability he showed when he messed up with Ms Pat. He’s trying too hard to earn his place in the show without realizing he’s got so much more interesting stuff going on than these other men, he doesn’t need to try. I for one am here waiting to see more of his speakeasy and hotel business drama. Way more interesting than what this show offers now.

We had to watch a bunch of arrogant guys (some almost geriatric- see Whitney who looks a lot like Mick Jagger now) being nasty because they became instant celebrities.

Shep and his "my new girlfriend is so much better and younger than Taylor", "Taylor's whole family would love us to still be together", and "my new girlfriend is a Miss Jamaica, and in medical school".

JT claiming how successful and rich he is, and that Madison would like to hook up with him.

Whitney essentially calling Molly fat.

Austen being his usual self and admiring himself in the mirror when he can't think of a positive attribute of his but being tall.

I guess because Paige doesn't allow Craig to propose, he tries to find other ways to create drama by saying that JT called Patricia a bitch.

I hope Brett's health is better now.

Craig lies about JT calling Pat a bitch and then goes on WWHL, says he's never lied on TV.

I'm perplexed why Craig would lie about JT's comments when there's literally no upside for him to do so. Further, his reaction to JT and his abrupt departure from the golf place seem to support it (he wouldn't been that upset over JT's delusions about Madison or his continued disdain for Austen).

Feel like they will suddenly find the "lost footage" later in the season after dragging out the did he or didn't he say it for awhile. It's an easy way to include Patricia and it puts Craig in the middle of the drama.

IMHO, it actually does. He's grown up and managed to be successful when they're still doing the same shit ten years later.

He’s still on the same show. With the same people. Just not as drunk anymore. Although it sounds like the Molly texts weren’t all that long ago. And he “cheated” on Paige with Naomi not all that long ago. So who knows what really goes on behind the scenes. And on WWHL he admitted he’s really just soooo happy with accepting now that Paige will basically never marry him. Suuure Craig, you’re above the bar now. When the bar is Shep and Austen, it still ain’t that high.

I have a soft spot for him too, I don’t know why.  I hate a gang up.

Lol what the Molly texts were pre Paige even Molly said that.

Also he never cheated on Paige they had both agreed they were not exclusive then after all that they were committed & nothing has come out since.

He explained very clearly the whole marriage thing. Who cares if they don’t wanna do things by normal standards.

And it seems they will gang up on him this season (for the insult to Patricia, supposedly calling her a bitch, even claiming Madison was having an affair). He is not their friend. I know Bravo likes to introduce new cast members as another cast member's friend, but this is not necessarily true, as we very well know.

I do not recall ANY of this happening.

Also, Craig/ Molly's text exchanges weren't even within the last 4 years, so why would you intimate "the texts werent all that long ago"?

I just can’t stand Shep.  Just because he has that big check coming every month doesn’t mean he can’t do something productive.  He’s over forty .. try to do something like charity.  Or maybe he already does .. I don’t know.  A lazy man is not cool or appealing.  Another one is Austin who thinks he’s so gorgeous.  Does he still have that beer thing going on?  I miss the regulars this season.

Whitney is still a 10 year old boy who's been sent away to Swiss boarding school his whole life but has to come home during the summer and try to fit in with the neighborhood kids.  He is just as awkward in his 50's.  It was kind of funny when the show started and he was just a ridiculous dork trying desperately to fit in with the cool kids, but now it's just uncomfortable to watch.

When he was fat shaming Molly, I wanted to give her a big pat on the back for continuing to eat the cupcake!  Don't put it down, girl!  I felt bad for her.

I like Craig.  I like Paige.  But the sad part is that Craig has always wanted to do things by the normal standards.  And their relationship is being dictated by Paige's established timeline. And I get it!  Paige loves NYC and she has a ton going on in her life right now.  No girl needs to be giving all that up to settle down and get married if that's not what they want.  I still feel Craig's going to be the one coming up with the short end of the stick and I think that's too bad.

Great post. Yep, I picture Shep phoning a random friend and roping her into a "pretend couple" phonecall. After all, the great Shep can't be seen as chickless (in addition to dickless. 😀 )

In what fresh Hell are Taylor's parents cheering on Shep to lock down their daughter? Surely, they watched him emotionally abuse her the last two years?

Oh my, JT has jumped the shark. (I still like the show, though.) He was trying so hard to make some storyline, Heck Any storyline, stick. His zealous behaviour officially gave me the "ICK"! factor. Once that feeling takes on a life, there's no going back.

Patricia's tablescape... So true. It's tacky and distracting AND you can't see across the table to speak to another.

Paige is shrewd, her NYC rent is either comped or substantially reduced in exchange for social media promotion. https://screenrant.com/summer-house-clues-paige-desorbo-lives-rent-free/

She's also sponsored by some big name brands like Neutrogena & Marshall's and the Giggly Squad tour is rumored to have grossed >$10M. They're adding more shows in 2025.

I'd wager she's currently out earning Craig and they can definitely afford to split their time between NYC & Charleston.

Paige loves New York City and the Hamptons.  Who wouldn’t ?  They both will keep on going until they had enough.  Guess only then they will get married and settle where Craig’s job is, in the Carolinas.  I’m wondering if Naomi is sorry she gave Craig the brush.  It was all about him being unproductive.  Who’s sorry now?

If she's all about NY, why would she settle for a yokel from SC?

Plenty of men earning more than him, better looking, better-pedigreed in NY.

Not sure what the heck a SC yokel is but Craig's from Delaware. He moved to Charleston for undergrad.

Sewing Down South has already expanded, opening a second store in Nashville & landing a national deal with Kroger/Ralph's. Craig also just opened a bar in Charleston,is a partner in a NYC eatery, and is an investor in Spritz Society. He's building a little empire and none require him to be in Charleston full time.

Not sure why it's so hard to fathom that they may truly be in love yet are also savvy enough to realize this type of exposure & opportunity is fleeting. I for one enjoy seeing a couple supportive of each others goals & not solely focused marriage or relationship drama.

Also liked Madison's comments on why it nakes sense for Brett to commute to California (the money's better & he's a few years away from retirement). Lots of people have careers which require them to travel or commute long distances. It doesn't mean they're not happy or in love.

Do you know the name of Craig’s NYC eatery?  I’m near there.

The other thing about Brett that we just found out is that he has been dealing with cancer for a while, and his insurance, doctors, etc. are likely a factor in his decision to stay put for the time being.

Isn't Craig originally from somewhere up North?  I seem to recall he's a transplanted Yankee.

Which still qualifies for yokel.

I think it was a small town and he moved to Charleston for law school which may not even have been accredited.

Anyways with his realty TV gig, he has reasons to stay in Charleston, though he probably would have stayed, had more job or business opportunities there than back home.
