So our protagonist was warned that something weird would be happening during the trial, that would free the drug lord. Then a juror has a heart attack and she leaves their only witness alone with some guys she doesn't know? I hate it when supposedly smart characters take stupid-pills to make the plot progress.

The overarching B-plot: Even if Angel Station wasn't in Boston, your hubby could just be gaslighting you about the date you were there. There is no way you remember the exact date and all it takes to convince you is apparently potentially changing the date on the folder. Not even looking at the meta data of the fotos. What kind of FBI agent is she? Certainly not the good kind.
