I take a few different vitamins. I have found b 12 supplements are great for energy! I also take turmeric and use high quality essential oils to make sure I have a supported immune system.

I use peppermint essential oil behind my neck and on my temples to get rid of headaches and I use it on the bottom of my feet at night to relax and go to sleep. It's a great source of sleep aide for me!
