If the north is seceding, why do they get a vote for who's in charge of the Six Kingdoms?

The North is like the Great Britain of the EU. Sansa totally brexited out of there.

    This,100x.

I'm angrier about Cersei dying in the arms of her brother/lover , than I am about all the poor innocent people getting burned to death. And pretty pissed about that.

Jaime finding Cersei  and the two romantically dying together, wtf? I loved Jaime's change over the last few seasons and as of others have said it was all for nothing.  Cersei deserved to die a painful death alone.

At least she'll be with all of her kids (including the unborn one).

I was really hoping he would stab or choke her or something when they were in the map room.

I was expecting him to snap her neck. There was just that one moment where he could have done it. But NOOOOOO... we couldn’t have that, could we?

Eh, no one likes the Iron Islands anyway.  If Dany gives up the North then she forfeits almost half the country - it would be like Russia giving up Siberia.

The show is so predictable at this point that Yara will most likely show up and take on Euron's fleet. Plus, I'm sure she's pissed about Theon.

  5. Dany is obviously going to go bat-sh*t crazy the next episode:

    1. She lost dragon-baby #1 at the end of last season
    2. She lost dragon-baby #2 last night
    3. She lost Jorah
    4. She just watched her BFF get her head chopped off
    5. She's already consumed with jealousy and feels threatened by Jon.

Missandei's "Dracarys!" call was her way of saying, "screw it, girl. Torch the city." Dany's bat-sh*t enough at this point that she'll probably do it.

Did anyone else think that Tyrion was going to get a Scorpion spear through his little body when he strolled up to KL? I mean, anything goes this season and it's matter of time that an A-list character gets it (no offense to those that have died so far). Let's face it - someone is going to die every episode.

I think that the next episode will probably bring in the elephant-less Golden Company which probably means that someone is going to die.

The posts here have pretty much said a lot of what I would have said, so I'll just leave it at this:  This ep has now made me very reluctant to watch next week's ep.

I'm glad that the fighting did not start this episode. I am NOT mentally prepared for the blood bath. I'm pretty certain that anyone that's in the crypt will be slaughtered and turned into white walkers. Or they'll be cooked in there by dragon fire.

OMG, I was such a mess this episode.

Sansa hug with Theon, I felt it in my heart.

    Podrick singing, Brienne being knighted.

Just the perfect calm before the storm.

When Theon volunteered to watch over Sansa and Bran at the tree, I thought to myself, "This man has abandoned SO MANY LOVED ONES."

  8. So glad that the fight with the White Walkers didn't happen last night. I'm not mentally prepared for that.

I was DEFINITELY not prepared for Arya to hook up with Gendry. No foreplay, no spit. That had to hurt. She just mounted his weapon and went to town. I'm glad that she lost her virginity though before she potentially dies. She can check that one off of her bucket list. (Not the "other" list.)

So team, we’ve got a problem, we need to explain how The Whisperers managed to survive sub zero temperatures that turned Walkers to glass.

Seeing as they don’t have any suitcases which we could have shown contained their winter gear, and as we’ve said that they live as the animals do so hiding in a building is off the list, we need a get out.

How about if we get ‘Bayda’ to say “the time away has been good for the pack”. The fools will believe they’ve been away ‘someplace far’, we got away with it with Maggie.

Its good, but won’t people ask why a tribe of nomadic folk would have ‘time away’?

No no, they’re be far to preoccupied with what a wonderful human being Negan is becoming, they won’t notice nonsense like that.

Thats it, get Kang on the phone!

They shuffled their way hundreds of miles to Hilton Head SC with their herd. Easy hike down I-95 which they can pick up south of DC/Alexandria.

I don't think enough focus was put on the fall of The Kingdom.  King Ezekiel is a king without a kingdom now and it's tragic because he (and Jerry) kept that place going for such a long time.  He also managed to keep the Saviours at bay during Negan's reign of terror.  How is King Ezekiel feel, living in Alexandria with Negan given some sort of freedom.  Negan and the Saviours gunned down most of Ezekiel's warriors, which is part of the reason The Kingdom failed.

It's clear that Kang is more interested in focusing on mopey teenagers, bratty little girls and redeeming a monster but there are other stories.  Maybe the show would be a bit more interesting if they utilized some of the humongous cast, instead of shoving the same old characters down our throat over and over again.

As a homeowner, I can empathize with Zeke. It sucks keeping up with home maintenance, so I can imagine that it exponentially sucks with a kingdom. Throw in the fact that your repairman/son never finished his apprenticeship...

  11. A very anti-climactic ending. I hoped for a continuation of the previous episode, but the ball was dropped on that one. Instead they went with Washington’s Crossing/Game of Thrones themed show which could have been a random mid-season episode. See you in October, TWD!

    Another Terminus broadcast...."Those who arrive....survive"

That was such a good story line. Remember when they were all trapped in the rail car at the end of that season?

But let also take into consideration that civilization is gone, no cars, factories to pollute the environment,  and maybe that contributes to harsher winters.

    Don’t forget climate change!
