In this last episode, the Jokers were in the dentist's office again.  Seriously, some of those patients had to be very leery, if not terrified by some of the things these guys were saying - like Q stating that he didn't really work there, plus all the bizarre things they were doing.  They had to feel like they were stuck in there with some sort of madman.

I thought Murr's "stripper punishment" was one of the funnier ones they've done.  All covered with welts and rashes because they shot his torso up with histamines - once again they mess with Murr's health in a punishment.  It was kind of similar to his "Dracula" punishment, because by the end he had turned a lot of the audience to his side.  Murr doesn't have a stripper body, but he does stay in at least decent shape.

I thought Murr's "stripper punishment" was one of the funnier ones they've done

I am divided on this one, as are 1/2 of my friends.

In talking about this episode, of course many thought it was funny.

But me and most of my friends thought they tried hard to play it up for laughs.  They made Murr look ridiculous.  Would I choose Murr over Tatum Channing, yes.  Would I choose Murr over Mathew or Joe, Oh hell to the no.  Murr has a decent body and I'm sure if he learned the dance moves he would be okay to perform with the cast.

Abner clearly doesn’t know the definition of the word “mentor.”

When he kept referring to Ikaika as being “racially confused”, he sounded like me parents who don’t approve of their children who identify as anything other than being heterosexual. I can’t even begin to think about what type of chaplain he is. 🙄

Lastly, if he says “politics” or “enforcer” one more time...

Ikaika, was being naive.  He wasn't listening to what Abner was telling him which is why he got the smacked.  In prison there is no patience when teaching a lesson.

And that is why that scene truly broke my heart. I would like to think (even though I'm not confident) that in the outside world, Abner would take his time to mentor Ikaika correctly.  Maybe to the point that that kid would not be in jail, because honestly, he is not jail material.

I hope the producers of this show read this board.

I think it was a HUGE mistake to let the participants know each other.

I don't think they should do this show for another five years or so, the inmates aren't stupid, at least not all of them are.  In fact, I don't think they should EVER do this show again, here's my opinion:  The first major reality TV show in the USA (not counting An American Family and first seasons of The Real World, which were more like documentaries) on broadcast TV that had HUGE ratings was Survivor in 2000.  The ratings for Survivor rose each week and the last episode was SO huge that CBS sold commercial time for the same price as they sold commercial time for the Super Bowl.

But even though Survivor and Big Brother were huge, the "stars" of that show never really broke out into mainstream Hollywood success, in fact there was a stigma in being on a reality show, I remember reading an article in 2003, about someone who was on Big Brother in the USA, and even though he was very popular, he couldn't get an agent in Hollywood.

I think that all changed with the Osbournes, and the Kardashians because reality TV MADE them famous, and of course the Real Housewives.  I might not like Nene Leakes, but she did have a role on Glee and also was in an NBC show, The New Normal (it only lasted a season).  I think there's an industry today for reality TV stars.  I think David has set his sights on being one.  I think he's gassed himself up and thinks that he'll go somewhere with this, and maybe he will.  Doesn't seem to make sense I know; but I realized a long time ago that I am not the audience marketers and shows are looking for.

I don't think they should continue to do this show.  The inmates know it's out here, they'll be suspicious of camera crews going into prisons, they'll start looking at each other.

One more thing, WTF with the Woods?  What assholes.  Um, someone should remind them that back in the day, white people were the ones who brought black people to the USA.  So the fact that we're here is their ancestor's fault.  Chew on that Woods.

Also funny that the women didn't need an idiot like David to figure out the three plants in the pod.

I don't think they should do this show for another five years or so, the inmates aren't stupid, at least not all of them are.  In fact, I don't think they should EVER do this show again,

At least not for maybe 20 years.  It reminds me of Punked.  After a while, celebrities were just suspicious.  I love the lost footage of celebrities being put in awkward situations and their automatic reaction would be, "Am I on Punked?" Well yes, yes you are.

But also, I think this may be a problem for any future REAL inmate.  If they seem a little off, the first thing other inmates are going to think is that they're undercover.

    LOL.  I'm with you.

I just stopped thinking about it, then over the weekend, there was a marathon, I was like let me see what's going on.  2 minutes in, I had changed the channel.  I've never met a group of people that were so dull.

Kinda boring with 90% of the show being these stupid interactions.  They have to be scripted.  for instance, what's up with Brent swinging the pendulum from crazed abrasive extrovert to whimpering sad clown?  Scripted.

And why not give us some data like how much their food and beverage sales were, oh unless this is all fake.  As someone mentioned back a page, when "working" they are mostly standing around.

So what 4 will be "kept"?  I'm not even sure we see the whole cast, but anyway: Aristotle, Junnita, Mike or Alex and perhaps Gabi.  But it would have to be IF clients like these guys.  Overall, I'd give most of these people a C- grade, though to me Aristotle stands out.

I tried, but yes wow, this show is boring.

I can't comment on the recent, but from the first few episodes, from what I gathered non of these people are anyone that I would hire to help run my business professionally.

Michelle Hurd will always be ADA Dana Kramer from Another World to me.  They never gave her enough to do on there, but she was still really good.

I'm a huge fan of Kelli's from back in her All My Children days, so I've seen pretty much everything she's done - guest starring roles, The Burg, indie movies, Past Life, Chase, etc.  And she is just insanely, incredibly kind.  I ran a little message board dedicated to her during her AMC stint and, long story short, ended up getting to hang out with her for a little while one day.  It was such a great experience and I'll never forget how much she went out of her way to be nice when she didn't have to.  The extra cool thing is that she had just finished shooting her stint on CI like the day before.

    I loved Chase.

I'm a big fan of her just being Southern.  I know actors don't want to be typecast but honestly that her deal.

  7. JK Simmons in Lady Killers.

Danny Pino did excellent work on season 2 of The Shield, playing an arc villain who was widely considered to be one of the most flat-out evil characters to appear during the show's run. Fun fact: Jay Karnes, who was a regular on that show as Detective Wagenbach, also played Dana Lewis' ex-boyfriend Noah in "Secrets Exhumed."   Kind of fun to watch them on opposite sides of the interrogation.

Armadillo was one scary MFer.  The fact that his way to subdue females of any age (you read that right), was to rape them was scary.

Wow - did Brent read a manual on how to remain relevant as a reality star? We’ve seen him pull out every trope of the genre - trying to be the best, calling the girls ugly, falling in love with a castmate, breaking up and becoming violent, trying to romance a client, claiming to have been fat and bullied as a child and now a dead Grandma. We get it, Brent- you don’t want to be one and done.  You aren’t generically handsome enough for the Bachelor or rich enough for Bravo so I guess we’ll see you on the Challenge.

Michael O'Keefe would have to be near the top: 4 times SVU (although it was only 3 different characters), twice Criminal Intent, and once as twins on the mothership.

Don't just think of popular actors.

I have been watching original airings since the 90's all shows, to include, LA and Trail by Jury.  I live off the reruns.  Some faces, actors stay with you.  I had to google who the guy that played Maggie on Hitch was because I know he had been in a few across the board, turns out his name is Austin Lysy, and he has stared in 4.  2 mothership, 2 SVU.  Who can forget Mike D?

So Mike wasn’t getting enough attention being bisexual and wanting to screw both  a man who vowed to be faithful to his partner and a woman, now he starts screaming at someone because the dishes weren’t done? It looked like NO ONE was doing the dishes. Don’t worry, Mike, Brent has already won douchiest bro in the house & Lindsey doesn’t want anyone taking her shine.

I never understand why shows like this don't hire a housekeeper.  What does anyone learn from having to do dishes and laundry, especially when you have such different people living together.  We are not talking one or two people.  You put 10 people in one house and have to teach slobs to clean up after themselves.  That alone will never let me be on shows like this.

Isn't this show considered to be similar to Vanderpump Rules. Lilo is the new Lisa Vanderpump without the successful track record.

I've heard people say that.  But it seems to me like more of the Aprentice.  Only because we are trying to see who can make the most money.

She was jobless and tragic living in LA and NY for at least a half a decade. That's just something she tells herself so she can sleep at night. When she did live in LA, the only movie part she could get was that awful movie The Canyons, opposite porn star James Deen. The reason she wasn't cast in anything is that she was uninsurable. Production companies take out insurance policies against all kinds of production problems, like delays, stars dropping out, etc. She was so renown for being unreliable and a flake, insurance companies finally just refused to insure projects to which she was attached. The Canyons only got made because the producers were able to self-insure. And, even though it was her first starring role in YEARS she was still constantly late to set or a no-show, a total disaster on set (refusing to film, etc), and almost tanked the whole movie. BTW, when I say "late to set" I don't mean the normal 15-30 minutes that would irritate your employer or get you put on probation -- I mean like 6-12 HOURS late to set which means she would cost them entire days of production which are insanely expensive, and critical when you're working on a no-budget movie like The Canyons. They used to send a car for her and of course that flipped her out and she would be abusive to the drivers or refuse to go with them, etc.

tl;dr: Linds' location has nothing to do with her getting film work, its the fact she's a disaster and completely uninsurable and therefore cannot be hired by the majority of production companies.

(PS, as an examples, Javier Bardem and Penelope Cruz live in Madrid, George Clooney lives in Italy, Julia Roberts lives in New Mexico, Bruce Willis lived in Idaho, Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki live in Austin, Robin Williams lived in Marin County, Fan Bing Bing lives in China; I could go on and on. Geography doesn't mean shit.)

This show is SO DUMB. The entirety of the episodes are Panos saying they are replaceable if they don’t do a good job. But there is nothing going on at this club for them to be good or bad at. I don’t even know what they’re supposed to be doing other than prostituting themselves for the VIPs and this is regardless of one’s own sexuality. There isn’t even any drama. Wow Sara and Brent kissed while they were out at some nightclub and Panos saw them.. riveting. They need to get Snooki circa 2009 up in there because this show is a stupid snore fest and it’s obvious that this beach club is not some popular thriving hot spot.

Agree with GracieK- this show and club is dumb!  First of all, who in their right mind could take the over the top Brent seriously?  I don’t get what his special skills are that makes him such an asset to the “Club”? This place isn’t as classy as my local Day’s Inn and all I see is a bunch of young people hanging around in their bathing suits doing nothing. How is this “ the hardest I’ve ever had to work?”. Plus, a woman like Natasha who is beautiful and has money is not going to want the ‘ help’ pawing her and it’s insulting that that little twerp thinks HE can reject her.  Sara seems like a dummy - a guy calls you “ a 2” and says your like the gum on his shoe and you’re giving him another chance?  Also, if I’m spending all that money for a cabana, I don’t want a bunch of young kids t4ying to “ up sell” me and be so blatant about it. Ugh, But it’s a great hate watch.

This location lacks professionalism.  I understand that in the customer service profession a little flirting goes on for better tips, but as many posters have pointed out these employees are like to thoughts away from prostituting themselves.  I think because the lack of professionalism we can't take these (and i agree) kids trying to up sell seriously.  And wait a minute.  Up Sell on what?  I'm with you, if I paid a lot of money a day for a cabana the last thing I would want is for someone to try to sell me shots.  So Tacky.

Sara getting with Brent after he insulting her is just sad.  The fact that those words even came out of his mouth proves that he is verbally abusive.  Great relationship, when he doesn't get his way, he'll just talk down to you.

The scene when Amaro/Danny came out of Rollins' bathroom in just a towel was somewhat wasted because the actors appeared awkward and didn't sell it.  I didn't like the relationship between Amaro and Rollins anyway but it was worth it for a glimpse of Danny in nothin' but a towel.  :)

Now that Gotham is over ( at least filming), I wonder if there are any talks to bring back Donal/Declan for an episode or short stint.  I know I have said it many times, but I hate that they made him Rollins' baby daddy #1 because it limits his role and just added to personal drama.   But it has been at least 3 years since he was last appeared, so that ship may have sailed.

Has he at least been mentioned.  Or is it going on 3 years since he's seen Rollins and the baby?

I have nothing against Donal Logue, but Declan Murphy?  Oh, yeah.  I disliked him from the get and he never did anything to make me change my mind.  In fact, the dislike only got worse.  Then there's Amaro.  I'm a straight female and DP is definitely my type, physically.  But Amaro?  Definitely another hard pass based on his personality and Stabler-lite anger issues.  And Dr. Al?  I dunno, for me, the cheating, and with sex workers at that, and immediately assuming she would get an abortion say all there needs to be said about him.

Fellaway, I feel like if we search deep enough we can go at this all day, LOL.  Lets not forget her sponsor who she was dating and was also was sleeping with another woman.  And hold up...................................didn't Amaro sleep with her sister?  Or was it just flirting?

I think Amanda's men problem comes from the fact that by meeting her mother, you can tell she was raised in a very damsel in distress household.  Amanda is trying to fight against that.

And speaking of Danny Pino, yes he is very good looking.  As a fan of the Shield and Cold Case, he should really do the 10 years challenge because he has not changed a bit, not even a different hair style.
