I noticed that too. I always notice stuff like that. If a fictional child’s eye colors don’t match what their fictional parents can biologically produce, I will mention it ad nauseum to my family, lol. Stuff like that bugs me in tv/movies.

My husband wears his wedding ring on his right hand because his left hand ring finger knuckle is bigger than his right hand ring finger knuckle and rings on the left hand bug him.

Didn't quote the right post... but this in response to the ring being worn on the wrong finger.

    What does this mean?

On a shallow note, I really don't like watching Moss' face like this. It's not the most pleasing face in the actress world, especially in these constant extreme close-ups.

Elizabeth Moss (June) is a Scientologist.

The actor playing the new commander, pumped up or not, all I think about is House when he's on screen, and now, of course, True Blood as well.  I don't know why it is that he just can't disappear into roles for me, but he never does.

    He wasn't in House...?

I loved that Fred is being offered to trade himself for power now.  And I think he's gonna do it!  I think he puts his money where his mouth is and gives in to Winslow's advances.

That was terrible. An hour of disappointment and “what the hell is happening?” followed by 10 minutes of “how long can we stretch this out” then about 10-15 minutes of good stuff with one nice moment (Theon) and one great moment (Arya). What a waste of a cast of characters. And the sneaking around stuff was stupid, in a battle against endless waves of dead. I know they used it to break up action but it should have been a long, frantic retreat. Also... go Lady Mormont. ADD: If the producers think Arya saving the day was “misdirection,” they are nuts. She had a secret anti dead weapon made, for crying out loud.

She killed the NK with the dagger used in season 1 to try and kill Bran.

I think it's the fur. I remember Pixar talking about how difficult it is to make any type of hair in CGI. But, yeah it's odd that they can make fictional animals look so great, but ones based on real animals don't look right.

That's because you have no frame of reference on what a dragon looks like, but everyone knows what a wolf/dog looks life.

  6. Read an interesting theory on another board.  That last shot was the NK in front of KL and about to take Cersei by surprise and obliterate her and then head over with new zombies to rejoin the battle started by the lesser zombies up north.  Please let this be true.

I got kinda squicked out at seeing Maisie Williams's sideboob.  I know, I know, she's in her 20s, but I still sometimes think of her as Season 1 Arya.

What was up with Sansa giving gooey eyes to Theon?  I know she bonded with him during their escape from Ramsey, but lets leave it at that, shall we?  Not every male/female relationship has to be romantic.

I feel like that every time I see real-world pictures of them, I always hated she got chummy with real-world Sansa, I don't think she's a good influence.  I'm not even that old but I think she's trying to grow up too fast to feel grown-up like her buddy.

    Thoughts on what's here:

It was Bran -- not revenge -- made Sam run to tell Jon about his birthright.

Cersei threw Euron a "STFU" fuck.  She weighed her options, and a quickie w/an ugly pirate seemed less aggravation.  She doesn't give a shit about "plausible deni-a-anything" anymore.  She's said as much to Jaime.

Uhm, he may be many things, but ugly ain't one of them.

His bio mother died when he was born.

No, she didn't.  Doesn't she hand Randall to his father when she gets out of the hospital and runs away?

I'm calling it:  Jack said Nicky "died" in Vietnam because his essence changed and he was never the same and he has subsisted in mood altering substances ever since.  The Nicky he knew died.

Williams disease affects 27 chromosomes.  I know the show would have trouble showing the physical features but there are distinctive personality traits and they didn't even try to do an accurate portrayal. It's not just about the liver.

I did like how Jo and Alex settled their disagreement though.  (Jo, at the hospital he is your boss, not your husband. Suck it up.)

    Wilson's Disease.
