Well here in uk we have different properties. I know american has different wordings for things like for example in the uk we call the "area" where pedestrians walk on as "pavement" but I think america calls it "side walk"?

So in the uk we have places/different wordings for living places

    1) Studios - 1 room where your kitchen and living room and bedroom are in one room. Some places will have the bathrooms in the same 4 walls other studios will have a separate room for the bathroom. Depending on size ofc

    2) Flats - where all the rooms whether it is a studio or a 1 bedroom flat (where kitchen and living room and bedroom are in different rooms separatedd by walls and door etc) the size of the flat also varies etc and how many bedrooms also depend on the property etc

    3) Houses - where you have more than one floor in the property that requires going up stairs to other floors etc.

Not sure about wordings in America. I live in London and where I live our local secondary school (high school in America) has been the no1 secondary school in the entire uk for 4 or 5 decades (if you are going by the official league tables realised every August when results come outm just like how Cambride and Oxford university here in the uk has been the no 1 and 2 best universities in the uk for decades. So the rental prices of my area is ridiculous expensive. I should know I went to that school in question.

Thank you. Wow thats alot and I thought London rental prices where I live was ridiculus

Wording does vary from region to region in the US. Where I live, we have:

Studio: one all-inclusive room with a bathroom

Apartment: Any rental in a multi-family building except a side-by-side duplex or townhouse.

    Duplex: a 2 family home. Can be side-by-side or 2 levels upper/lower.

Flat: Either the upper or lower unit in a 2 level duplex.

Townhouse: a multi story home that shares walls with others like it. It can be part of a side-by-side duplex or part of a long row.

Single family home/house: one family building

I do agree that that rent is really high. My last apartment before I bought my condo (a townhouse BTW) was $865 for 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and 1200 sq. feet of space.

Thats how Katy came across to me as well. I think she was "a judge" for show group because she was one of a few who scheduled the show group appearances and Kelli and Charlotte more than likely wanted her opinion on current dcc girls and their availabity etc as Katy would've had a more up to date version on that even if Kelli and Charlotte was kept in the loop. Theres a part of Milan's podcast that states you never go to Kelli and charlotte and Judy you go to whoever is the group leader who then has to report to the next manager etc before it gets to Kelli judy and charlotte.

The other thing that I think why Katy pushed to give Jinelle the jobs was more because weirdly her rookie season we see her moving in with Paige Caverlliera (now Heath) then Jinelle's final few years there was those rumors that Jinelle was living out a suitcase IN A HOTEL. year round. I remember when she and Paige were moving in their rookie season, Jinelle practically had NOTHING but a large duffel bag that looked like it was big enough for a 6 person tent.

Now idk the rates of the hotels in Dallas but when I was working for Hilton Wembley, our rates changes EVERY DAY due to any events going on in the area that will then determine the prices and that is going to be something that every hotel will do. Yes it is supply and demand. But if Jinelle was living out a suitcase in a hotel WHY THE FUCK was she living in a hotel even when its cheaper (when theres no events going on in the area) why the hell did management or Jinelle not do anything about that? Could've got her a host who would let her live there. Even if the prices of rentals was expensive, surely Jinelle had friends in the team who she could've gotten a flat with.

As for Kitty I rather Kitty had final say at least she is a dance teacher even if her opinion was harsh. But her opinion was way more valid than Katy's I can understand Katy and Shelly and Jackie being their for the sake that they are there more often than Kitty on a day to day running of the squad. Kelli once said she has Kitty come in as  a CLARITY (one of her fave words) because they can get complacent and soft because they see the girls everyday.

People are reading way too much into this. Angela never made show group in her first four seasons and there were reasons never brought up in the show. Jinelle made it in her second season. If Angela wasn't available for appearances as a regular DCC, it is not hard to think that she would have problems with the heavy practice and appearance schedule of Show group added on. We also have to remember that this was the year Jinelle was late to TC because of the medical crisis with the burst cyst when she was home. It is understandable that they would give her a pass even though she didn't perform her best in auditions. Jinelle was a known quantity and Angela wasn't.

Also, that was the first time Jackie Bob was shown as a guest judge so of course she would be surprised that cheerleaders would turn down appearances. That is a concept foreign to her.

  3. Not that I am saying anything is going on, but I have always been disturbed by the creeper looks on the Jones boys' faces whenever the DCC perform at events where the family is all in attendance. The worst was the opening of the Star and they were on the front row.

Yes, all cheerleaders have to deal with creepers, as long as they don't step over the line like Washington did. Being ogled, maybe even by your superiors, is part of the job.

OMG, my friend who knows I (very pro-choice) watch the show sent me this. Not sure whether to cry or laugh.

What I find the most sad about this (on several levels) is that Snopes had to fact check it to see if it is real. Not sure which is more sad: 1) That people no longer recognize satire or 2) That it is getting close enough to reality that people believe it.

And that's what I find so strange... They can use TS on game days, so it's safe to assume that they do own rights to use that song... And for al the fuss they make about "their signature dance" it is also typical that the actual song is never played in MTT.

A couple of things to keep in mind: CMT owns the broadcast and streaming rights to MTT and they may not want to spend the money to get the rights to TS. The Cowboys bought the rights to play it at their games. Just like the NFL owns the rights to gameday footage and MTT would have to pay to show more than a few seconds. Also, buying the rights is a "per performance" payment, not a "one and done" so they have to pay the owner of the song rights every time they play it. With MTT on Pluto, can you imagine how many plays it racks up over the course of a week of 24/7 shows?

Many shows that use licensed music will keep it in their show and reruns but change the music when they go streaming to save money.

  6. Just binge watched some of the earlier seasons and I really don't get the love for Meghan Flaherty here. All 3 of her seasons, especially #5 she came across as rude and entitled. I don't recall anyone else being called into the office for being rude and unfriendly to the others in training camp like she was her first year as a TCC. Her talking head moment during #5 auditions she commented that she did not know anyone else brought into TC a third time that didn't make the team so she thought she was a shoo-in.

Judy pegged her correctly: she prepared really well for auditions but cannot handle the daily grind of camp. OTOH, anyone who brings K & J down a peg has something going for them, just not enough to counteract the attitude.

Wasn’t there something else with bad pictures? If I remember correctly they had to do with (excessive) partying? And as unfair as it may seem, a lot of companies will dismiss prospective candidates for posting such things.
And it may seem unfair, but somebody who’s worked for any company for years may get away with a warning or (mildly) disciplined íf they have further value to a company. (I’m not discussing the black face issue here now btw)

Her problem was that she was warned about posting drunk photos once and kept doing it. Ika is my favorite train wreck TCC. You knew she was going to crash and burn and it was just a matter of how and when.

In Season 7, when that supposed "nutrition expert" makes the claim about carbonation causing cellulite, which it doesn't, the girls start laughing cause they know she's full of it and she falls all over herself trying to explain her way out of that one.  I laugh every time.

Funny that she never made an appearance in any other seasons. They must have gotten grief over that. Unfortunately many of the MLM companies the ladies sell stuff for believe in similar woo.

Funny how Angela and Jinelle didn't lose their Australian accents after living here for years. . As for her being in London for 10 years - how do you know? I've seen that she hadn't been performing for 10 years and that she had lived in London. That does not mean she was there for 10 years. She may have been working here for 9 years before moving to London.

I would prefer to hear from family and friends back in Australia as to whether or not Jinelle and Angela changed their accents. Americans still hear the Aussie in them but do Aussies hear an American accent?

Regarding Colby and living in the UK for 10 years, didn't she say as much in one of her early talking head moments?

They haven't had pro cheerleaders since 1986. They use cheerleaders from 2 colleges;  UW-Green Bay and St. Nobert's college.

The Packers have never had their own cheerleaders. The Bears are the team that dropped theirs after the 1986 season and haven't come close to a Super Bowl since. Since the Packers are owned by the city instead of a person they prefer to use college cheerleaders as part of community outreach.

I cant believe they are going to just ignore the Erica situation? They should just say that she is out because of injury, or had to resign, something?! To not acknowledge is ridiculous, the long time fans like myself do notice. Even if it was for violating her contract they could say, she decided she needed to move on. I need answers!

I am wondering if there is some kind of legal action happening here so they CAN'T comment.
