I'll be the UO then....
I thought Darlene was being a complete ass, not only in the beginning when she was ribbing at Becky but also when they both lost the trivia game.
She was also an ass at Dan when he was talking positively about her to her former schoolmate when they went on a road trip to Chicago.
We get it, you feel your current circumstances suck, but you:
Have a beautiful house
A supportive husband
A job
Just be grateful for what you have and stop taking it out on everyone else! Becky was nicer than I would have been.
Darlene is quite possibly the worst sitcom character on TV. She is always miserable and tries her best to spread that misery to everyone around her. She also isn't even remotely funny.

For some reason I can't open this website on my Windows 11 laptop. I get the error message that the site isn't responding. I have no trouble at all opening it on my Samsung tablet. In both cases I am using Chrome. Any thoughts?

I knew exactly what was going to happen as soon as they showed Bob live streaming at the end. Anyone else?

I know nothing about social media influencers. Were those guys supposed to be good dancers? Or do influencers not need any actual talent?

I had to turn this off. I haven’t watched in so long, it doesn’t compare to the (thinner)Benson & Stabler years.
How is she a “rape” victim? I thought she said she threw him off. Also maybe they should have gotten an actress who can actually act & in this case sing. She was making my ears bleed. I thought any second some of the drunks in the audience were going to start commenting on her lack of talent.I believe it was considered rape when he stuck his fingers inside her as he held her down on his lap.

If a suspect is about to be arrested and a cop pulls out their weapon and threatens to shoot the suspect in the knees, even though the suspect doesn't resist arrest. Has the officer committed some kind of intimidation or threat? No other police came up behind the suspect to slap the cuffs on him.
I thought she was aiming at his crotch, not his knees. My takeaway from that scene was that she shouldn't make a false, and therefore useless, threat against a perp. Everyone knew she was never going to pull the trigger.
I know there are a lot of Benson/Stabler shippers out there but the whole thing just skeeves me out. It just seems so forced. They are much better as friends.

I just finished the series. :( For some reason, I have been drawn to quite a bit of Patrick Brammall. First Call Your Mother, then No Activity, then he popped up in S5 of this.
You should watch Glitch. He is one of the stars.

When they brought June up to the roof, I was wishing so badly that she would throw herself off. That would solve a lot of problems and put all of us out of misery.

If you want to own 25% of a business, don't you usually need to come up with the money to buy it, as in actually pay the owner whatever it is worth? The owner, of course also needs to be willing to sell it. I couldn't believe that Dan was demanding it for free. That was crazy.

If this show returns, I think Mary Steenburgen would be good in the role of Mom. She & Cobie look like they could be related.
She is already on Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist right now.

Cringe worthy is a good way to describe 90% of this show for the last couple seasons. It is painful to watch. It used to be so funny!

Most of you probably know this already but the actor who plays Grey’s dad was in the original Friday the 13th as one of the counselors. I think of that any time I see him in something.

CSI: Stumptown is dumb...
- Where is the murder weapon?
- Was Dex tested for GSR
- Ballistics match done?
I was thinking the same thing. I almost posted about it 15 minutes into the show. Also she was found passed out at the scene?! They never even cared or tried to figure out why she was unconscious ... just assumed she was the murderer?

Did Olivia--a cop and a mother--just get up and walk away from her tender-age son to make a phone call and have her back turned to him? WTF?
I kept expecting the next cut to be to her turning to an empty chair.
This was actually the second time in the episode that she turned her back on him, the first being when Simon approached her and Noah went over to the ice cream cart. I had the exact same reaction as you did.

I wasn't familiar with this series, so, I was thrilled to see it coming on last night. I hadn't read anything bout it here either. It looked so intriguing and such a great premise. However, my enthusiasm quickly dimmed when I saw how they have this police officer, who seems pretty astute, quick with details and interest, shot down by the detectives.....so, why do I feel like I've seen this done a million times in tv, movies, etc? It's just so cliche. Those upper investigations are insecure and agitated with a lower officer who is trying to help......reminds me of Dirty Harry theme. I didn't finish the entire episode. I came here to see how others are responding.
Can someone tell me if that type of thing leaves after the first episode? ( You can put in spoiler tags. Not sure if that's necessary, since this has already aired elsewhere.) I'd like to see the murder mystery through, but, not if it's going to be the struggle of the lowly uniform officer fighting to solve a murder, and those in charge are too threatened to allow it. I would think the writers could get more imaginative than that.
Amazon Prime has all the previous seasons.

Wow, this is beyond awful...
Titus Welliver must really feel like he is slumming it on this show after starring in the vastly superior Bosch. Maybe he just wanted to play a bad guy.

I felt sorry for Barry. Not because Erica got in to Penn, but because of Murray's over-the-top reaction to her getting in. Barry is literally no one's favorite in his family. Not Murray's, not Beverly's, not Pops'. Erica mostly treats him like he's a problem she'd gladly get rid of, and even Adam waxes and wanes in his feelings. So I understand him getting upset about Murray's reaction. Of course, being Barry, he took it to ridiculous extremes, but the underlying emotions were kind of heartbreaking.
I found it extremely out of character for Murray to want two of his kids to attend Penn, an expensive private school, at the same time.

Yeah the Ron/Jean/Tommy power walk was awesome,
Make sure you stick around for the credits at the end of the last episode for more of this.
This show is hysterically funny. I love it.
Desert Thunder!
(Storm)
Desert Thunderstorm!
(Drop the thunder)
Desert Drop the Thunder!
I am probably quoting that wrong but am laughing just thinking about it...

Stone's former teammate raped that woman, while he was passed out drunk.
They aren’t being at all subtle. There were “two people in that room”... really Olivia? She just told you there were three people on the bed.

Are the writers so short on storylines that they have to have a Boden's job in jeopardy/51 under scrutiny plot every season? How can so many of the highers up in the department have a vendetta against Boden or 51? This is getting old!!
I could not possibly agree more. This is ridiculous. Honestly this makes me think it is finally time to give up on this show. I don't like the crossovers so the previews for next week do not thrill me either.

Murdoch Mysteries - General Discussion
in Murdoch Mysteries
The story with Murdoch and the doll was a complete ripoff of the 1975 movie, Trilogy if Terror.
