Can barely remember the first 2 Bachelor seasons. I recall Trista really pushing the guy to say she was the one. Wish I could see them again. I think on the first season a couple girls walked out of the rose ceremony feeling like it was demeaning or something. I know I'd enjoy the innocence of it now.
My husband recently found a copy of Best of The Bachelor at a thrift store and bought it for me - it's a condensed version of the very first season, and it is CRAZY to watch back! Although I would not call it "innocent": they actually have a camera in one of the fantasy suites at one point, and there were several moments where I felt like it was even raunchier than it is these days. Good stuff. You can find it on Amazon (or at a thrift store, if you're lucky)! I think it's the only DVD "season" out there.
