  1. I have to think that Phineus knows more than he's letting on as he would likely have been prompted to befriend Gibbs, instructed to leave his laptop at his house etc. I doubt she would just leave it all to chance.

The character was smart, funny and interesting in "Devil's Triad", but once they killed off Diane, it's like they made Emily a mini me of her mother.  What worked for a woman of Diane's age and life experiences just comes off different on a teenager, and not in a good way.

Exactly.  A sassy opinionated mature woman is totally different to a teenager rudely mouthing off to anyone in her path.  I have a hard time believing someone like Gibbs would put up with it either, it's preposterous.

I say this as a fairly laid back, non disciplinarian mother too,  I still wouldn't stand for that nonsense from one of my kids.

  3. I seriously hate the character of Emily, or at least the way she's portrayed.  She's so bratty and entitled and just downright rude.  I can barely stand to watch her.

Nah, Elle should be an unsub.

That would be awesome too! :P

I consider myself a liberal feminist but I'd love to see Thomas Gibson make an appearance, not everything is so black and white.  His politics seem more along the same lines too, fwiw.

Eta, my last comment was for those saying "SJW's" wouldn't want him returning.

  5. I liked the episode.  It struck a chord with me because my dad just died (also in his sleep) just over a week ago.  It was sad without being over dramatic or morbid, and honestly I could see two people reconnecting over a loss like that and then being confused by it.  Life is complicated.

  6. I was confused by the toilet thing too, it seemed very random.  Good episode, I didn't predict the culprit this time.  I too like the ME, I wouldn't mind her being a recurring character.

  7. Good points, though I'm guessing it may have already been filmed.  It must be a nightmare to be swept up in the system like that and be completely innocent, you'd probably be in too much shock to really help yourself.

  8. I would actually take PP's version of events over these so called anonymous sources protecting the powers that be and putting her in a bad light.  Yes, she should probably name names, but hiding behind so called gossip sites is worse imo.

I like MH, but he does strike me as a control freak and someone who burns bridges when he feels slighted.  PP may well be similar, but she does seem warmer somehow.

His scenes with MW in his last year seemed strained too, so I'm guessing he may just always have to have a whipping boy of some kind.  It doesn't mean he's a bad person, but when you have a lot of power it can make things very unbalanced.  Just my two cents.

  9. If MH's dog already had a registered bite he may not have wanted to risk another by having someone else watch it.

Could dog bites be  the physical assaults PP is referring to in the tweets?  I do think that whoever released the latest "behind the scenes" pro MH gossip kind of set this off.  It's all very unfortunate.

This. 1000% this. I don't care who is at fault, but they need to grow the fuck up and act professional.

Right?  Just get over it and be professional.  It's called acting for a reason.

This might be an unpopular opinion so just know that I am not married to it and don't take offense that folks disagree ;) but I will give the sister a bit of a pass for being bitchy. I'm not sure what the history is and how much shit she's had to put up with from Sarah over the years. I'm guessing she was similarly neglected by Mom as a child and now Sarah is trying to hog all the attention and maybe it's like "UGH." And although the sister is thin, I don't think she is anorexic by any means. She looks quite healthy, especially if you look at her a bit separate from her mom and Sarah. Compared to them, yeah, she looks dangerously thin, but I think she looks pretty good, JMO of course!

I tend to agree.  It was telling how Sarah was complaining that her sister wouldn't support her and her family was mad at her (sis) and now Sarah was staying away from the drama.  Umm, drama you created.  Gaslighting at it's best.

  12. I enjoyed Bull's inner monologue at the beginning, I think we've all been in that situation.

I thoroughly disliked his old college friend so it was hard to care whether he was found guilty or not.  I am enjoying this season more than last, Bull seems more human and a little quirkier.

I too foresee drama with Marissa's bf, he seems too good to be true.
