Um, if my mother sent me to boarding school so she could move to Turkey and bang some guy I would be seriously pissed.

I’ve never instantly & instinctively detested anyone on this franchise as much as I detest this vapid poser. From her bulbous lips & boobs, to her affected LA speech, to her constant hair petting, to her weird eyebrows, to her ‘cuh-reer,’ to her ‘daughter in boarding school’ — zero redeeming value. Can’t. Stand. Her. Her whole storyline seems fake & staged (SHE - as a child - caused her family to give up the “Amish lifestyle”; the last-minute pitch for love from her rent-friend-for-the-show). Ugh. So fake.

She wanted to be with this entertainer wannabe, but doesn't understand that sometimes he's just acting. This is just the Unman plot all over again.

And butt bongo man before him (I forget all the names - married to a pinched nose biotch from NJ).

This season, Jasmine and her telenovella acting coach worked on ugly crying.

She cries just like an overdramatic toddler! She looks about five years old with her pouty face “crying” and emoting. As Elaine Benes would say — fake . . . fake . . . fake . .

a landscaping accident?  Did it involve a backhoe?

I once considered going to a hotel to snark when the internet was down at my house a couple seasons ago.

I don’t know what they did, but they did something. They were just spreading mulch (that’s a job worth paying for until/unless they f up your fiber line). I work remotely, so looks like I have to burn a vacay day on Tuesday too. 😦 Tech is coming “between noon and 4” 🙄

You were simply marking your territory. That’s one way to keep the wildlife away.

    Groundhog under said deck.

I had a whole family of foxes under my deck this spring— mom, dad & five babies. They would play in the yard like puppies! Beautiful creatures. Alas, they’ve moved on to wilder pastures now that lawn mowing season has arrived.

  6. Due to an unfortunate landscaping mishap, I am without tv or internet this entire holiday weekend — thanks for the snark to keep me in the loop. I’m starting to think it was a FORTUNATE occurrence tho as it appears I’m not missing much.

Thankful for unlimited data - I’ve figured out how to hook my phone to my laptop and watch Netflix. Off to catch up on the new(ish) season of Indian Matchmaking — I recommend! 👍🏼

I get that Nicole is a lot, but I would offer that there’s never been a point where the other people on the show have voiced frustration or irritation with the things she says. That indicates to me that they like her and that their friendships are intimate enough that her questions and opinions weren’t something they were offended by.

I think SOME of her buttinsky/shit stirring is producer-driven. They need someone to lead the conversation down the paths they want it to go in the group settings and only she and Clint have the personality for that in this cast. The questions she ask seem preconceived, not spontaneous.

Glad to see the axe throwing trope made its appearance before the end of the season. 🙄 I’m guessing we’ll see the cheesy smash shit up place in a week or two.

Gina should bake a humble pie and ask Airris over to share it!

And they both claim to have “learned so much” from the MAFS experience. Yeah, no. And that is why neither will likely find anybody to have a true relationship with, let alone marriage.

I think you're right about it being a "funny" wall hook but you overestimate the general populace if you think it's too sharp to be the other.

The shape looks more uncomfortable than the sharpness. LOL It reminds me of the pharma ad I used to see and crack up about all the time that used the unfortunate bentcarrot.com URL. The list of side effects sounded horrendous - just live with the bend! Let your freak bent carrot fly! 😛

If anyone's looking for me, I'll be under the bed, one giant cringe. If someone could just pass me some cookies, or vodka, I'd be grateful.

I hate all these people! Why am I watching this? I turned it off after an hour - don’t know when or if I’ll watch the rest. It’s not even fun to hate watch really. 😒

I'm watching the last few minutes of Part 1, and find Gabe to be a total jerk.   People often raise their children in their religion.  So, how is Makmoud wanting his fictitious children to be Muslim different from someone raising their children in the Catholic religion, or Baptist, or any other?

I MAY be losing it, but didn’t Shaun actually speak up with this point last week, surprisingly? I don’t remember how or if Gabe or Nicole responded.

feel free to shut up Gabe.

Gabe’s whole ‘character’ shift feels very producer-driven for drah-muh and he’s playing along for whatever reason - guesses about future 90 Day ‘roles’ may be on the mark. This Gabe is not the Gabe we first met; nor if for real, not one I think Isabel would stay with. Also, I’d like to note that Nicole seemed only to happy to ask Gabe to do her dirty work & confront Mahmoud, then she got to be the tearful damsel victim. She’s an idiot and fake/cowardly to boot. My love.

Maybe Clint can find a way to get custody of Hank... Clint  and Hank were a better match than Clint and Gina.

That preview certainly makes this seem possible. Good for Hank. Clint seems like a way more fun dog parent.

Yeah, the preview was interesting. Also the fact that Clint offered Gina $10k for Hank! I’m guessing Gina used & abused Clint for dog sitting services, always being unable to find time to pick Hank up, to the point where Clint said “he’s my dog now” (a lawyer was telling Gina that possession is 9/10ths of the law - thus, my theory). That, or maybe Gina neglected Hank, crating/leaving him alone for long periods with no attention or exercise (wouldn’t be shocking) and Clint rescued him. Either way, he seems the more fit ‘parent’ by a country mile in this scenario based on personality and character traits alone.

The fact that Shaq said he was "at peace" with his decision, leads me to believe that he is going to say "No".

I really liked Shaq — at first. But he quickly became a whiny baby focused on his needs and wants first, last & always. Plus what was that ish about Kirsten’s “strong personality” making it hard for him to be the LEADER of the home?! His marital expectations are antiquated & selfish and his neediness is a black hole. He needs a mama, not a wife.

Oh Good Lord.  STFU Nicole.  You talk too much .. I don’t even know what you are saying.

I can’t stand her blabbing at everyone, not just Chris. The show already has three “experts” - who made her one? She’s lecturing all the women on their night out about what they should do. Sanctimonious with a side of superiority. Ugh. Kristen in particular seemed to be mightily suppressing an eye roll.

Daniele is not willing to compromise at all. Does she understand what marriage is? Yohan is a jerk, too, but a least he realizes he needed to apologize to her "friend". She's awful and deserves to be alone.

And I wager she will be. She’s too strident, abrasive and weird to date, let alone have a long-term relationship/marry. That pension decision was a super boneheaded move. Idiot. Maybe she can work as a Baba acolyte. 🙄

The ugly Americans rolled in and shit all over that Indian family’s traditions.

Amen. For that alone Rishi should have dumped her. She made the choice between her & his family exceedingly easy. The breakup was like a poorly acted telenovela (without the sexual chemistry), though Rishi gets semi-props for making it seem that he genuinely was sad to be rid of her manipulative whiny annoying ass.

And degrade herself clinging to the guy, taking a lot of crap. Debbie walked out dignity intact, head held high.

Speaking of Debbie’s head, I don’t know how she can stand that long frizzy mop of hair. It must be so hot — especially in Morocco! She must think it makes her look younger, but she’d be more attractive (and comfortable) and her hair healthier with a shorter cut and less bleach.

  18. Can’t stand Gina or Kirsten. Airris is kinda growing on me. Shaq’s initial appeal has faded. Nicole makes me feel tense & anxious. Chris is too passive. Love Clint and Jasmine. Mackinley is shady - he & Gina deserve each other.

Is this season over yet? Any word on locale for the next chapter?

Damn, Clint sure loves that dog, doesn’t he? A lot more than Gina I bet. My heart is breaking for Clint and Hank. I hope he gets visitation rights.

Clint is a warm, fun, attentive dog dad. I get the feeling poor Hank was STARVING for affection and attention. Gina seems to have a dog just because. Maybe she’ll give Clint custody since she’ll be so busy with her only loves — herself & her saaaaah-lonnnnnn . . .

Everyone is hanging on by a thread at this point. Poor Chris, you can just see the desperation grow each week. I think he’ll say yes, but with an exit plan.

Why on earth didn’t he tell her she bugged the shit out of him 1) with her constant negative narration and being Ms. Unfun during mini golf & 2) forcing him to wear the ridiculous lame dinosaur costume.  Just say no.
