So the Biermanns did not like that Kim came into the relationship with 2 children already.  I hope they get over that...Kroy made his decision and they have grandchildren to help raise.

 

That camping trip looked like a lot of fun.

And let's not forget that Kroy adopted Kim's 2 girls, so they are just as much the Biermann's grandchildren as the other four. Maybe it's something as simple (are familial relationships ever simple?) as them treating the girls differently.
