Poor Lifetime

On Thursday, Netflix did something nearly unheard of, sharing viewership numbers for a few of its newest series. According to the See What's Next Twitter account, which is run by Netflix, the streaming site expects YOU to be viewed by over 40 million members in its first four weeks.

Not gonna happen. JJ loved Rian's script so much he wished he'd directed it himself. Rey is not a Skywalker.

I think the next film needs to focus on Rey and Kylo. A) they had mad chemistry. B) Fight scene was BITCHIN! C) was totally expecting a "I love you." "I know" moment. I think I am the only one who sensed anything romantic and think it should go somewhere. That may be an unpopular opinion.
It used to be an unpopular opinion. Now it's a mainstream ship.

Michaela and Asher are my favorite. I really enjoy the chemistry between the actors. I also enjoy Nate with Annalise when he gets to show off that nice body.

He's just a dud. In personality and moral character. It happens. Of course, if they do go in the direction of making Rey a Solo, then they can at least give Han and Leia a child worthy of them. Because Rey has all the qualities of the two of them. Smart, resourceful, tough, loyal, snarky.
Daisy debunked Rey Solo last year.

I can't imagine Disney ending this trilogy with Luke as the only living Skywalker. As I said before, Rey isn't a Skywalker or a Solo. Most of the folks wanting Kylo's head on stick are presuming Rey is related. Prepare to be disappointed.
If Kylo isn't redeemed maybe he's sent into exile? Loses his connection to the force?

I think Leia was going to be involved in Kylo's redemption. Now that she's gone I guess that will fall to either Luke or Rey.

I tend to think they will handle this in a way that Leia unexpectedly dies and that Luke and/or Kylo Ren get a vision(s) that informs them. For the sake of the audience, I think they will likely have a cgi performance that tells us that Han and Leia are reunited in death ala the fireside vision in Return of the Jedi.
The biggest issue they are going to have with IX is that now they need a surrogate for Leia for whatever story they were developing for Kylo Ren. They have to make the nephew / Uncle bond really deep. But I think its possible that they'll create another set of Skywalker twins, and Rey will be the heretofore unknown twin of Kylo Ren and child of Han and Leia.
Hard for them to be twins since there's a 10-year age difference between them. Kylo is 29 and Rey is 19.
