Can't say I agree with her saying President Obama ONLY spoke off a prompter!!  Not true!!  He was one of the best speakers ... on & off prompter.  She's a vicious liar & will say anything to further her cause!!  Just sayin'.

I think the Kamala Harris story is overblown.

She should have spoken up against the reporter's use of the term, but I think she was caught off guard, and didn't process it, as she said in the clip they showed during today's episode.

I'm sure Harris meant no ill will to people with intellectual disabilities.  I keep remembering Trump mocking reporter Serge Kovaleski, who has arthrogryposis, and this just seems so minor next to that, that I feel like the media (including The View) is focusing on it, as part of their favorite game of false equivalencies.

I've never been a fan of Abby but I'm finding her very unlikable so far this season.  She is questioning Kamala Harris's character after her not correcting the man's words.  And that is what Harris did. Fail to tell the man he was wrong for using that word.  I don't use that word and when I hear someone I know I say it I tell them that is not the appropriate word but if I hear a stranger say I don't correct them.  If this causes Abby to not like Kamala then she didn't want to like her.

I loved Sunny for calling out The View’s bias for Biden. She’s right that barely a day goes by that they haven’t been excusing his latest screw-up, so they can all shut up when it comes to Kamala Harris. Pinning something an audience member said to her vest is just idiotic considering how much they’ve forgiven Biden and for things that are worse, imo.

How stupid that woman guest sounded screaming about jobs everywhere! Where is she living? In some delusional reality world, I guess, because there most certainly aren’t jobs galore no matter how much she screams about coastal bubbles. True, but most people outside of Mississauga (which was a town until 1974) think of the Greater Toronto Area, which includes Mississauga, as Toronto.

When Rachael was mentioned awhile back I was not familiar with her.  I looked her up and the first hit was how she said Trump can out work anyone and he’s the only president to get younger looking.   All righty then,  I knew she’s would be a gem.  The husband spoke like he had a mouth full of saliva. I guess it’s great that he can quit to stay home to help with the responsibility of the brood because in 2011 with a 174,000 salary he said he was struggling and didn’t want a salary freeze for himself.  

King is the only one of interest so maybe I’ll just pass on the rest.  

Megan is least self aware person ever. We all make mistakes just apologize?  She is rude and disrespectful and her Faux news talking points are BS. She never  says sorry I made a mistake.  Joy would have to kick her dog and leave her grandchild unattended for me even think of them in the same category.

I wonder if Meghan thinks she's a good off-the-cuff speaker, you know, talking at warp speed, trying to look smart using big words, but mangling them or using them incorrectly.

Meghan said Kamala should just apologize, that "we all say dumb things".  But when does Meghan ever apologize for something she's said?

Sunny was really emphasizing that Joe Biden makes a lot of gaffes.  I wonder if she reads here and saw that people were complaining that he always gets a pass from them.

Whoopie says he gets a pass from them "because a couple of us really, really, really know him."  What does that have to do with anything?  They like him, and they know he means well, so it's okay if he makes a mistake here and there?  I doubt they know him as well as people who are in daily contact with him.  Have they spent a lot of time with him lately? 

I do think Biden is showing signs of age-related forgetfulness, that not every mistake stems from his habit of making gaffes, and I do find it worrisome.

The above last sentence is disappointing.

Joy didn't say Bianca is an immigrant.  She said this, "You're Canadian, but your parents emigrated from Romania."  When discussing Bianca's level of success, Joy commented, "That's what immigration brings you."   I took that to mean that Bianca's parents left Romania for Canada, hoping for a better life.  And look what happened!

Yeah, IIRC the woman said she didn't trust Obama because he is a an Arab, and McCain shook his said and said, no ma'am, he's a good decent family man.  Thus implying if he was an Arab, that he would not be a decent family man. That's not what McCain meant to imply I am sure, but for Abby to use it as an example of the right way to correct someone, well, it was not the best answer either.

I have been in those situations where someone in the audience says something like what the guy said to Harris.  The mistake she made was replying:  Well said.  Cause it was not well said. But it appeared that she realized her mistake and that she didn't address it properly at the time.  How big of a deal is this?  Not so big, but they sure made it a story.

I am so glad that no one is following me around with a camera and a microphone every second of every day (practically) because I am sure I do and say things that are not appropriate from time to time.  Then again, I am not running for president and we do hold the candidates to a higher standard.  Too bad it doesn't work for the actual sitting president.

I think KH made a mistake by chuckling at that guy's comment but I take it in context.  It's not like he was talking about someone, anyone, who is ACTUALLY mentally r*******, I am sure she would not have found that funny.  But this guy was saying something in a derogatory way about trump, I have thought and said way worse about him.

Maybe she should have said something like, yes, I agree that the president is showing signs of intellectual challenge and we should all hope he gets the help he needs.  (Said in jest.  Sort of.)
