Moaner, Dorinda and B. should have gone to the gay bar with the rest of the ladies. What a depressing conversation.

I know. I felt like I was watching Abuse-Off between Ramona and Beth.  Almost decided to keep score. 🙄

I really dislike Lu’s round little hovel. Looks like a cheap vacay rental. Oh, how the mighty have fallen.

During the rehash of Ramona’s charity event, it irritated me how those bitches kept referring to Bridie as “the girl” As in, “You kept interrupting the GIRL.” Stupid bitches couldn’t even bother to remember her name. 🙄

And could Beth please take her damn shoes off when putting her feet on the furniture? Apparently, raised by wolves and in a barn. 🙄

And that’s all I got. It was both boring AND exhausting. Apparently, money can’t buy you interesting things to say  or do either. 😉

This episode just gave me a headache with all the arguing.  It's just too much of an effort to keep up with it all.  They're all over place.

Beth thinks it's a joke to say that she looks like she just got gang banged.  That ain't funny.  In the least.

I think that this should win the most LoList LOL of all the housewives LOLs.

Thank you for pointing this out @hoodooznoodooz  🙂

So the trip this season is... Miami? Again?  Has Bravo cut the travel budget?  I think so, considering that camping trip on RHOBH.

I like that Bethenny and Ramona are speaking to each other again.  They're funny together.

I don’t care what anyone says.  These N.Y. Bitches are the funniest.  The scene in the bedroom with Beth, Dorinda and Tinsley was Gold.  Beth with her hair all messed up, and Dorinda imitating Barbara dragging her leg was hilarious.  Beth was rolling around in the closet hysterical laughing.  I can’t see any of the BH’s housewives acting like that.  Maybe they should let their hair down too, although I can’t picture it.

This.  If BRAVO is smart, they would send some of the NY women and guest star in the boring BH and ATL - and show them how it's done.

Yes, that's why Bethenny said it, as a joke.

And like most of her jokes it was not original and it’s not really funny.

Yeah, well.  Go watch Beverly Hills.  You’ll learn all about sex from Denice and Camille.  I learned new things and I’ve been married a long, long time.  Things I wouldn’t partake in, lol.

Atlanta sucks right now because of Nene's attitude, but it's still very funny. Even something as simple as no one remembering Yovanna's name every time she showed up only for one of them to whisper ask if her name was Wakanda was pretty damn funny. New York and Atlanta are a lot alike; when Bethenny and Nene decide they want to be sour hosebeasts for a season then the show suffers greatly.

Albi, Bethenny’s driver, drove them up. Where does he go while they are in the house and then the hotel?  To another hotel, I guess?  Stupid question, but was he waiting in the car the whole time they all were in the house?

Her other driver used to stay at a nearby hotel so I assume Albi does also.

Wait...wasn't she just sobbing to her housekeeper just a few episodes ago while lamenting over photo's of the night she and were engaged? And hasn't she been flashing her big rock of a ring to everybody telling them that she and Dennis were engaged but she didn't want to tell anybody?

Seeing Ramona’s family picture, there were 4 kids.  I couldn’t pick Ramona out.  Then Ramona says she has 4 siblings?  Have we ever heard of her sisters?

I thought Ramona looked like a total mess in this episode.  She always looks like she ran through a wind tunnel.

Tinsley is SO high maintenance.  Seeing her show up in B’s bedroom fully dressed with perfect hair and makeup was kinda sad.  She can never relax.  No man will ever be able to live with her being that insecure.

Tinsley just woke up that.  She even said so 😅

so Ramona and Bethany’s childhood stories were similar but Dorinda only feels for Beth and says sorry if I was ever mean to you.

Also, I laughed my ass off at B imitating Dennis talking about the Housewives. "It moves so fast. These two were fighting over there and now it's ovah here!" Hilarious.

I don’t know why Frankel gave Dennis a Brooklyn accent. I didn’t detect one when he was alive and madly in love with her.

I guess her impression of Dennis is as accurate as her impression of Ramona flirting with RSG.

Nope, they were dating before Dennis died.  They had dated once when the on/off with Dennis was off.  Then D/B was on and she wasn't seeing Paul.  Then he came back in the picture when D/B was off again.  It didn't surprise me that Dennis was struggling with addiction.  After a year of this on/off I figured she was saying nope not going to do this if you're still using.  Then he gets clean or convinces here is and its back on.  Then she realizes he is still using and it's off.  Really ugly cycle for people struggling with addiction.

I just thought it was an exaggerated dumb dude voice which I do for most of the men in my life when I'm telling a funny story, with only a few of them actually having a thick accent at all. I have a male friend I've had since college and whenever I start imitating him while telling a humorous story in which he may or may not appear as the dumbfounded dude character he always says "Oh great, here comes caveman Andy!" but you're right, it's much more Brooklyn than caveman!

The reason this group works well is that deep down they really do like each other despite the cat fights and genuinely have a good time together.  Atlanta does not work because those ladies (with the exception of Cynthia and Kandi) are downright vicious.  I got no words for NJ.  BH started out like NY but has turned into a bad soap opera and those ladies are acting - not being anything close to reality.  OC is just like BH.  Potomac is still new but they seem like strangers reading off a script at times.  I like it when it is organic interactions and I don't need storylines like Cancer Gate or The Teresafest Hour or Puppy Dumping Gate or Attack in the Closet or Did He Say He Likes that Guy's Booty?

I can't either. The BH ladies have it worst of all because they can never not look perfect. 24/7. They do find time to point fingers and argue, tho.  As they never eat  I guess being hungry makes one irritable.

What is this fascination with cabaret in NY?  I wouldn't have wanted to go either, it looked boring.

Has anyone noticed Tins is doing lots of drinking - the camera seems to catch her mid swig over and over again.

Okay unpopular opinion here but I think Lu has a REAL hard time when she's in a group setting when it's not about Eggs a la francaise or Cabaret or falling into the bushes. When its about talking out some ish she just tries to keep it superficial as possible. You can see that she's receiving the info. I saw it. But her problem is that she refuses to be the target. Unfortunately Lu ends up in the group "lets hash this out" very often and then everyone is chiming in on what she said, should say, didn't say and having side bars about the goings on. Look I get that Lu has been getting harder and harder to take these last few seasons but I think she does better and is more genuine and sincere when she's one on one and doesn't have people jumping in or talking over her. I think her brashness comes from not wanting to be walked all over like what happened in the bershires that time Beth was very nasty to her. Let everything sink in and give an aloof response cause whether she's right or wrong, a lot of the time the way people come at her is just plain nasty and uncalled for for the matter at hand.

When the women get going they tend to get pretty nasty and take shit waaaay off topic and turn one thing into a million things that Lu has to answer for. (Or any housewife, that's how these pile ons work). It doesn't matter if the're making a valid point or not it;s the mobbing that makes it aggressive and unnecessary.  Lu doesn't like to concede to a group of hyenas and to be honest when I see these types of things go down I usually side with the one being targeted cause no matter who is right or wrong I hate when one person gets cornered into a lecture by the group and has humble pie forced down their throat.

No one likes to be hobbled like that in front of an audience let alone in front of a bunch of women salivating and cheering at the site. Lu and Beth semi alone is more along the lines of what I think Lu is more comfortable dealing with. There she can be more humble without catching glimpses of the smug looks from the others.

I have no problem with Lu's one on one apology to Beth cause I apologize the same way. You don't get to dictate to me how to apologize and you don't get to abbreviate my apology to "You were right and I was wrong". I hate it when people want to reduce an apology to that in order to deem it genuine. I like to explain where I was coming from first so that I can apologize in context. Lu did explain that her tone about Beth and the bedroom was residual attitude from her conflict with Dorinda and it carried over into the bedroom conversation. Doesn't make it right but it allows for the proper context to be observed. And then in the one on one she explained that she didn't handle her disappointment well with regards to Beth missing the show. I don't think there's anything wrong with trying to express the emotions that caused the bad judgement in Lu's reactions. It shows that she's not just talking shit about Beth just for sport but that it stemmed from a temporary state of disappointment that manifested into some thoughtless comments. As most of Lu's stepping in shit stems from.

Lu's problem is that she's retreating more and more into her own world and trying so hard to have her life be some cabaret where everything is just Fabulous Darling that she snaps at people who aren't following the script and therefore jarring her out of her happy place. "What?? There's a real world I have to face and make nice in???" She's trying to fake it til she makes it, which was a pretty cool philosophy that created wonderful opportunities and lifestyles for her but she can't use the same approach for these new, more serious details that have invaded her life. She's floundering to find balance in a world where serious shit fucks up even the best laid plans so her life as a cabaret is really buckling under the new pressures and realities of a strained life and she has no idea how to manuever around it. Pissing people off more than usual in the process.

Still rooting for her tho.

Luann is learning what I've known from the moment I heard Beth was involved in the summer intervention - she's not interested in being Lu's friend, she's interested in playing God.

Does Beth remember anything she's ever said about Lu? Does she remember her talking heads? Lu is vapid and self-absorbed, yes, but Beth has her so far beat in those categories it's pathetic. Watching Queen B Narcissist get upset that someone else in the group is challenging her for Head Narcissist is both hilarious and infuriating.

Note, B: "Celebrating" someone is not saving them. Real friends show up for the intervention and DON'T MENTION IT EVERY FIVE SECONDS. They actually WANT their friends to get better and show up for the good stuff, and stay quiet about the intervention, especially in a group.

Beth needs to read the Internet meme: "Be the Queen Who Fixes Another Woman's Crown Without Telling the World It Was Crooked."

FFS, Beth turned me into a Lu apologist. And they both just suck.

Sonja is a horrid two-face. She's almost as bad as Ramona in some ways. She openly plays both sides of the fence, all the time. But I loved her hair. It was cool and different in an 80s retro way. I can only take so much of hombre straightened hair.

If a group of women disrespected me in my home the way these women did to Lu, I'd have tossed them in the Hudson.  It was telling to watch Ramona and Beth bond again - it has nothing to do with similar upbringings. This season, they're both sick of Lu. The enemy of my enemy is my friend. They're transparent.

Poor Tins. She needs new Ho of similar age she can have fun with.

This is the second time Beth has taken something she didn't want to address and turned it into "You talked about my daughter." She did it a few years ago with Ramona. Ramona asked if Beth had to address the tabloid fodder about her old porno with her daughter - Beth interpreted it as an attack on Bryn. It wasn't - it was a probing question designed to bring up her past on camera, but it was NOT an attack on her kid.

This year, Lu makes one snarky comment and she "talked about Bethenny's daughter." No, Beth, Lu was having a go at your excuse to leave. She thinks if she accuses everyone of going after her kid, it will make her case stronger. It just makes her sound delusional and paranoid.

I like Lu's house. Sue me. I also think upstate NY looks gorgeous. I'm sad I was once a City Bitch who refused to explore upstate because I sounded like... these ho's who think you'll fall of the earth if you leave Manhattan.

Dorinda, God help me, I love that woman. I pretty much always agree with her. I love her style. I hope to age as gracefully as her. I wish I could pull off her hairstyle.

I wonder whether RHoNY gives us more gratification than the other franchises because we get to observe women having legitimate arguments and conflict that get aired and addressed and (usually) resolved? We all live with relationships that have tensions and conflict but often without a safe avenue for bringing up the tensions for discussion. I know I have relationships where I worry about damaging the relationship because the other person isn’t able to deal with the (legitimate) grievances I have. These NY women are real and raw and let it all out.... and I love it! I also appreciate that they have real and organic conflict with each other unlike the fake and scripted (IMO) ’drahma’ of Bev Hills, for example.

I know everyone here hates Bethenny like they're paid by the insult they lob at her and the rent is due yesterday but I gotta admit, watching her lay on the bed on her stomach, kicking her feet in the air while she giggled to her boyfriend on the phone? I thought it was adorable and I felt ten years younger just observing it. Unfortunately, me at 25 wasn't as good of a place as me at 35.

Okay, moment over, I'm back to fan-girling drunk Tinsley.

I don't know much about Rhinebeck but the little that I do know made me think that I was going to see a horde of rabid knitters running by with their needles in the air. I'm kinda disappointed that I didn't.

I was thinking the same thing~my sister and niece go every year!

It did look like a quaint little town!  I was sorry that it brought back harsh memories for Ramona.
