FOX wanted to make sure they have new content in the fall since resuming their other series and new shows might be delayed and might not be ready in time. Both Filthy Rich and NeXt were FOX midseason replacements that have thirteen episodes ready to go so they're coming out in the fall instead of midseason. CBS did something similar with the latest season of The Amazing Race. It was supposed to air in the summer but, to be safe, they're liking holding it back to fill gaps created by not having another new show to air. Filthy Rich is scheduled to air in September on Tuesdays at 9 p.m. Eastern Link to comment
