LVP doesn't need to be a part of this franchise anymore if she chooses to leave. VPR is way more entertaining than RHOBH. I'm guessing LVP uses her Bravo paychecks to put back into animal rescue. Well, that's what I hope she does with it.

I must be an ass because I totally get LVP'S sense of humor.  When Adrienne Maloof was coming out with a shoe line and LVP suggested the name "Maloof's Hoof", I loved it!  If I was starting a shoe collection and a friend of mine made that joke, I would have laughed along with my friend and it would have been forgotten. What's the big deal?   The joke seemed totally appropriate IMO, and no harm was done.  But, old Adrienne lost her shit and never saw the humor or the free publicity in Lisa's little joke.

Lisa joked about the Toms going to Mexico before opening the restaurant.   At least she got their names out in the public and reminded everyone those guys were still little rascals and up for fun.  I'm sure people are not heading to their bar because they think Tom and Tom  are astute business men...LOL! 

Lisa is smart and she was gifted with being in 2 shows with some complete morons.  It's been almost too easy for her.   I hope she doesn't leave, I love watching the idiots try to keep up with her, it really does amuse me.  And all of their beauty procedures will not make them smarter, or more clever, and I think that's why they are jealous of LVP.

Teddi still hasn't learned her lesson. If you don't have a dog in a fight stay out if it. How dim is she. Kyle didn't need Babydoll Cougar's help she was perfectly capable of discussing this on her own. Kyle also hasn't learned this lesson of staying out of a fight. 

Dorit was right to snap at her and keep snapping at her. She inserted herself and would not shut up. Dorito's appology at the start was great and then she tanked it with a implied "but". 

To fall back back on  the excuse of "It's English humor" is plain assholery and it should be called out right then and there. Give it right back at them and make sure it hurts & cuts deep enough they'll think twice the next time and make no apologies for your "American humor".  LVP and PK always fall back on that  excuse and nobody buys it.

Dorit wasn't ecstatic at The Boy George concert because of the vibe of the crowd. It was because she realized that in a few days there would be some actual money to hide and spend.

I'm not a fan of Kyle's dancing. She always looks ridiculous and spastic as does Lisa Rinna. Leave it to Camille she is body conscious when she moves and her dancing flows. 

Denise is becoming boring. Won't miss her, Charlie or what's his name if she isn't asked back.

Erica can leave any time.

 The only way I could see this season as a "good edit" for Lisa is if I believed the editors and producers are super brilliant, with crystal ball-like abilities and knew that it would not work with the majority of viewers. That seems unlikely to me.  But if there's something I'm missing here, please let me know.

As for the "shadiness and manipulations", I really don't know what, specifically, we are talking about. I know people say this often, but I sincerely need some examples of Lisa's shady behavior that turned out to be true (so not the Brandi and tabloids thing or the planting stories with RO).

I totally get LVP's sense of humor too.  God, I know I'm going to regret even dipping my toe into these waters, but my problem with her sense of humor is that she knows there are people who are sensitive about certain things and she still goes for the zing.  When they are hurt or offended she tries to dismiss it as a joke.  She knows what she's doing.  I am very sarcastic, but there are people around me that I know don't take some of my snide comments very well so I zip it around them in order to not cause offense.  It's not hard.

Like...how is showing her still discussing it the “good” edit? 

IIRC wasn’t she opening bars in LV at this time and doing other things with her businesses? Production isn’t showing that right now because it doesn’t go along with the drama.  Seems they start to soon and then what will the complaint about her be? 

I find it comical that these women rant and rave about her not coming around but then can only discuss what they’ll have to say to her when/if she does. I totally agree. This whole situation could have been avoided if LVP would have made Dorit and PK hold up their end of the contract. They took advantage of LVP's friendship. Now it's a shit show with name calling and he said/she said and so many hurt feelings.

It's sad that friendships have ended because of it. I'm not on anyone's side. I can't hardly stand to read the Twitter posts. Talk about mean girls (twitter fans)! All the housewives are involved...some to more of a degree than others but in the end, they all lose. I loved Kyle and LVP's friendship. I just don't see it as a take down of LVP. The entire story spiraled out of control. There's too much hurt now to take anything back. It will never be the same again.

While I agree that LVP's property is gorgeous, I'm confused a bit by the home itself. Why all the glass doors separating each room? Reminds me a bit of an office building. I would hate having to open a door just to walk into my kitchen from the living room. 

The outside is truly fabulous. I'll take that view, stay home brush my dogs & not miss a moment of Boy George and those harpies.

I agree with this.

It tells me a lot about why she chose the business she's in. It's something she needs within herself. Validation is more important and rewarding  for her than idea of accountability for herself and others. She seemingly complains about having to be accountable as if it's a hardship she must endure and not because it's a natural part of her moral core.

Sometimes it takes someone who hasn't been adulterated with the Housewives' franchises to help you see the light. Whilst watching this with my fifteen-year-old grand-daughter, I tried to explain Who The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills were. After I got done explaining Kelsey Grammer, Harry Hamlin, Charlie Sheen, John Mellencamp, Boy George, the Richard sisters, Erika and gay club culture, my granddaughter said "Oh they are all 80s people huh?". Then I started to explain Lisa Vanderpump and she said "She's on Vanderpump Rules". I bring this up just to remind us that this show is really in need of freshening up. Not to diminish any of the past achievements of the aforementioned, but I think we should see it as a lot of the cast on this show are about ships that sailed 30 years ago.

I'm sure there are other Brits at this site.  The humour is very different.  Watch any Brit sitcom and compare to American.  Many US sitcoms are copied from British versions and the characters totally softened up so's not to upset anyone.  It's not just Ricky - I'm British and that's how folks are.  The humour touches nerves. The fakey fake folk have to grow a skin.

I don't like Denise's F-bombs all over the place either.  Especially as my TV beeps every time which is even more annoying than hearing the dreaded word.  But it is kinda fascinating that Denise's forehead moves and - horrors - wrinkles as she talks.  No one else's does.  

Puppy-gate is lasting forever and is about everything but the dumped puppy.  Dorit did a good job deflecting and they're all at each other's throats while she sits wide eyed and didn't do nothing y'all.

For some reason I've always thought Boy George was short.  He's actually quite tall... not just the stupid hat of course.  Is he going to be a new housewife?

Edit: For the record, I'm not an LVP fan. I don't particularly like any of the women on the BH show. LVP can be sneaky, can intentionally misdirect and her passive-aggressive attitude, when she's annoyed with someone, is childish and exhausting. A grown woman should be able to say 'I'm pissed at you, give me some time to get over it'. All that said, at the core of it, all of the women are guilty of being the same way as LVP is and while that doesn't mean that LVP should get a pass because the other women are also sneaky, pot-stirrers, etc. it does mean that if I'm going to watch an attempted takedown, I would like to see a group fo semi-intelligent women that understand the magnitude of throwing accusations at someone and blaming them for all of your decisions and then have the sense to show up with some semblance of proof to support their claims. For Kyle, Rinna and Erika to believe so adamantly about the things said about LVP without any proof demonstrates an agenda and if they're going to stick to their narrative, they should also be able to admit to it...the way they want to LVP to admit to things they accuse her of without any real proof.

So I think the question is what would proof look like? Lisa isn't stupid so unlike Vicki Gunvalson and Brooks Ayers, she isn't going to produce fake documents, etc. But pitching a story to a tabloid isn't going to come with a ton of proof that anyone else can see - it's either going to be done through phone, email or text.  With a phone call, there won't be any physical evidence and obviously, a tabloid like Radar isn't going to reveal its source or produce emails or texts.

Furthermore, what proof does exist - texts between whichever John and Teddi - are being rejected as proof of anything.

(FWIW, I don't think LVP "sold" these stories to Radar and I suspect she's been hanging her hat on the idea that she doesn't "sell" stories. I doubt she received any money for giving ROL any tips. But I don't really doubt that she's been guilty a time or two of giving them a tip for free).

Done with Erika. I used to like her okay, but, no longer.  Now, I wouldn't miss her so much.  So, she keeps bragging about her touring, talent, SOLD OUT shows.....please. The only artists that I have heard BRAG about their OWN sold out shows are Erika and Luann Lesseps (RHONYC).  lol  In her cameo she boasts about how people have power over their own destiny, like look at me, *itches!  So, how in the world would she have been able to finance her tour group, managers, dancers, designers, etc.  UNLESS her husband would have paid for it? Could she have toured while working as a hostess in a restaurant?  Maybe, she makes good money now from the show, but, she really needed a lot of help getting herself in position for things like this.  And, her nose just seems to be too far in the air lately.  It's like she's the president of of her OWN fan club.

Okay with Denise for now.  She's clueless encouraging LVP to jump back in and swim with the sharks, but,......what's wrong with defending LVP?  It could be a good move. 

Okay with LVP.  I can't wait to see the new kitchen.  She was right about those dark colors.  I never did understand that. I hope she doesn't regret extending hand to Denise. 

DONE with Kyle.  To be a Beverly Hills born and raised, she sure seems so star struck.  The rich and famous really do impress her and she can't hide it.  It's not flattering, imo.  She always seems so desperate and out of place in Beverly Hills and I'm not referring to the concert last night.

I'm okay with Lisa R.  She can be SO annoying. This is true, but, then she turns around and her absurdity makes he laugh. She has no hesitation to make a complete fool of herself. lol  For all her faults, I think she adds to the show.  

On the outs with Teddi.  At the moment, I'm not impressed.

Tolerating Dorit.  She offers some fun times, though, she's fake too, and I like oldies like Boy George and Billy Idle.  It doesn't take much to get us old ladies dancing in the isles!  lol

I felt sorry for Aaron when he was trying to comfort Denise regarding how she has raised her daughters, and she countered with "You're not a parent". No Denise, he is a step parent. Which, if you do it right (and he appears to be) takes a hell of a lot more commitment than being a sperm (or even egg) donor. You take on someone else's children which is no easy task. 

I think Denise is a good mother, but I have no idea how good of a dad Charlie is/has been, even without his addiction issues. She is lucky that Aaron is willing to take on not only her children (including one with special needs), but an ex who is a challenge. Again, not an easy thing to do (and I speak from experience). 

It is a good thing she stayed home and didn't go to the Boy George performance, because I would have given her the side eye, leaving her kids yet again with Not a Parent Aaron.

I think Denise is a good mother, but I have no idea how good of a dad Charlie is/has been, even without his addiction issues. She is lucky that Aaron is willing to take on not only her children (including one with special needs), but an ex who is a challenge. Again, not an easy thing to do (and I speak from experience). 

It is a good thing she stayed home and didn't go to the Boy George performance, because I would have given her the side eye, leaving her kids yet again with Not a Parent Aaron.

As for Brandi's claim, both Yolanda and Carlton came out and said that it didn't happen. At that point, Yolanda really had no reason to lie to protect Lisa.

Thank you for posting this! I totally agree. I'm not a prude by any means but I do find the f-word said in every other sentence to be class-less. It really takes me out of what she is talking about or point she is trying to make. Also tired of the D talk. I do like her and she seems to have a good heart.

At this point I don’t give a crap about doggygate- especially since the puppy is likely in a far better home than the Kelmsley’s. 

I enjoyed LVP in the early seasons but it’s time for the gal to go. I don’t care to listen to Lisa talk dirty to her dogs, nor do I want to watch her kitchen demo. That is all she’s got. 

Yes, Denise says f*#& a lot, and talks about sex and Aaron’s endowments a lot. I still love her !! 

Dorit and PK’s spawn are morphing into little versions of them. Ever so too cool for school precocious.......🤯💩🤢

I saw that tour in September at the SB Bowl.  He was really good.  BUT, I enjoyed Thompson Twins and B52's more (they were the 2 opening acts).  Boy George has a great voice.

Kyle gets criticized a lot for being friends with Faye. Interesting that people are now criticizing Lisa and Ken for their friendship with the Kemsleys. What I find weird is Lisa’s close friendship with Mohamed. Maybe I don’t get it because I’m not wealthy like him, nor his age, nor a  man, but I think it’s gross how he dates women his children’s age, and apparently cheats on them too! He seems sleezy to me. Maybe it’s just the Beverly Hills thing for rich old men to be messing around with as many beautiful young girls they can get? I also thought it was weird for Lisa to be so close to Mohamed but not Yolanda. Most women don’t like their husbands having isolated close friendships with women, especially attractive ones like Lisa. 

I’ve been critical of LVP (more during other seasons) but still like her and don’t think she deserves the treatment she’s getting this season, especially given she’s already vulnerable. 

I know there are always those extreme fans. I know some of them would strongly disagree with my criticisms of LVP and chew me out for daring to criticize her, but viewers who see some flaws (we all have em) but still think she’s fabulous exist. I can say I do think she prefers the others to be in the middle of the drama and that she doesn’t handle confrontation well. I see how that frustrates the other women when they’ve had to deal with more painful personal stuff and don’t exactly have fun having to be in the center of the bs. I can say she’s been insensitive to the other women’s feelings at times. But I think she’s a charming, kindhearted, hardworking, intelligent businesswoman who is gorgeous, glamorous, witty, feeds the homeless, rescues dogs, has a loving husband and children. I respect and admire her for all that. 

I have no problem with the ladies dancing and being silly and excited. I like to see them having a good time and not fighting. These women see their fair share of famous folks, so it’s cool they’re not jaded and still get starstruck. I don’t think you’re ever too old for something like Coachella either. 

There’s a gentle sweetness to Denise Richards that hasn’t been in almost any of the other women on RHBH, not really any of the other current cast members imo. I know she got with Heather Locklear’s ex, and that’s not cool in my book. But I think she’s a kind person who is human. She is handling everything really well so far, just too much sex talk tor me. I have yet to see a mean bone. 

I didn’t think PK’s joke was funny. Maybe he has a good sense of humor, but that particular joke fell flat. With LVP, I find a lot of her jokes funny actually, but there are some I think are mean. While playful banter can be fun, I think friends should lift one another up. If no one’s laughing, the joke probably wasn’t funny. If the joke makes your friend look bad or is regarding something sensitive, it probably wasn’t nice. I also can’t stand passive aggressive stuff. Say what you want to say. Don’t be an ass and say you’re just kidding. I know LVP and PK say it’s their English humor, but Americans do that too-saying something hurtful but the person on the receiving end is not supposed to be upset because it’s a joke. I’m with Kyle. No “hahaha,” then it’s not really a joke. 

I did think Rinna’s talking heads were funny. Probably unpopular opinion, but I’d miss Rinna if she were gone. She can say and do crazy things, but I do like her humor. 

Does anyone else want an unpopular opinion thread? 🙂
