I don’t get how these bitches lineup with Dorito over Lisa. Sure Lisa can be bitchy but not as bad as Erica. Look on these shows there is always a group who want to bring down the Queen. So many of them have come and gone in this franchise. From Adrienne MaHoof to Tyler Armstrong to that Witchy Bitch to Brandi the train wreck. Now they are all banding together to bring down Lisa. You know that I would watch a show with Lisa and a whole new group of Ho wives. I would not watch one without Lisa Vanderpump.

Here’s the thing though, if someone jabs at you in the guise of jokes and you never say that it hurts your feelings/stand up yourself and instead ignore it, you are giving that friend approval to continue the behavior.  If LVP is hurting your feelings, address it immediately or take her aside for a private convo immediately after to nip it in the bud.  If you don’t like it, say something or don’t and deal.

i have a sibling that sometimes goes too far with anyone over everything.  He’s very sarcastic and intelligent, often does not realize his comments are kind of mean if you don’t measure up or conform.  When his friend says something he apologizes straight away.  Often he talks over their head and doesn’t see it, he thinks they are on his level.  Drives me crazy but he’s a genuinely good person with a kind heart deep inside that he protects.  I see this in action with others and if anyone of my friends pulled the snide comments I would confront them head on, no BS.  

Dorit is the one who says in her confessional that you just brush things off in Beverly Hills, that’s the way it is there.   Why?  Is there some unwritten rule?  If people behave that way and you stay in their company, didn’t you make a choice to accept that reality?  

LVP was definitely very obvious with her snark in this instance, is she losing her touch or is she too fed up over the dog situation to forgive Dorit?  At a certain age, and given the personal issues/stress she’s under, LVP is not as crafty and no longer gives a F what Dorit or any of the other ladies think anymore.  She’s over it.  She’s becoming Maxine!

If LVP returns next year, Andy should let her bring on a housewife that is a real, genuine friend to partner up with...Kyle is too needy and sensitive to be that person.

So in other words, "I was careless didn't do the right thing, but someone else corrected it for me quickly, so who cares?"  Way to minimize your shitty actions, Dorit.  As far as I know (and I'm not an expert), shelters in LA City strive to be no-kill and do a fairly decent job with a kill rate that averages well under 10% city-wide, but LA county shelters have a kill rate that averages more than double the city.  This is for dogs, do yourself a favor and do not look up the stats for cats 😞  Even no-kill shelters euthanize though, so why chance it if you know Vanderpump Dogs would take the dog back?  I'm sure Lisa would have even sent a peon to Dorit's house to pick Lucy up -- everyone's got brothers that need jobs.

Absolutely sign on to your post!  I love these “filler” episodes BTW as I prefer seeing their day to day and closet porn over dinner/gang up/arguments.  

I would watch just LVP doing her thing everyday.  With one or two other rich bitches going shopping 24/7.  What else is there to see in her closet?  The drama is Andy/Bravo preferred behavior.  SatanAndy lives for it.  

 I think RHONY has the best balance of the individual and group outings and is more of a pleasure to watch these days.

I generally don't care for Erika but I do love her "eat the fucking cake" mentality.   I wish she would get new stylists though because her clothing is horrible.  It's like she and Dorito are in a contest to see who can wear the ugliest clothes imaginable.  

I thought Amelia's confession about her eating disorder was sincere.  I hope that she does work through it and help others.  We tend to be so size and body conscious, never mind being in Hollywood and in the industry to begin with.  Maybe she should step away from modeling? 

I love Denise.  She kind of tells it like it is and has no fucks to give.  Plus, she survived Charlie Sheen and adopted a baby as a single parent (not to mention caring for Charlie's sons with a later wife when both were unfit.)  She seems like she'd be a blast to hang out with.  And her boyfriend is hot.

I guess creating a burglary similar to Kyle's is pretty stressful so Dorito needs to get away.  I mean, it's not like she has a job or anything (unless she's shaving PK's arms.)  

LVP probably does need a break and to get away.  Just not with this group.  

Kyle could probably benefit from a good therapist.  She's so emotional so often it has to be draining.  

I remember when Harry Hamlin was married to Nicolette Sheridan because I used to watch Knots Landing back in the day.   Girl must have been crazy to leave Harry Hamlin for Michael Bolton (I can never think of that name without laughing over "Office Space").   So Denise's boyfriend was about 8 when HH and NS were married (briefly) and then NS ended up marrying him?   That is a weird Six Degrees of . . . situation.

I don't compliment her all that much in terms of style and looks but I really loved Kyle's dark red TH look. Especially with the fresh shorter cut, she looked great. If only she could find her style for reunions.

I don't know if Erika got her lunch dress off a runway or what but you can't convince me that she doesn't look like a mom who wears t-shirt nighties to sleep, lol. Also, her cheetah top and massive hair in one of her TH's was no bueno for me, lol.

Denise, there's nothing wrong with your eyes. He's definitely easy on the eyes! Still early on, but I really like Denise so far. And I'm with Denise, that wasn't a pastry party. There was no pastry in sight.

Maybe LVP put up her employee to bring up the Dorit thing...but I've seen this guy's IG - he is OBSESSED with animals and constantly promoting rescues. It's not impossible that he was genuinely pissed off with what Dorit did and LVP likely was open about her disappointment in Dorit and he could have felt comfortable bringing it up in front of the cameras, especially out of anger and frustration. The easy way to figure out who is telling the truth about the kill shelter is to find out which shelter the dog ended up at. From my understanding, some shelters when above capacity, may euthanize animals that are healthy or can be successfully treated and groomed back to health simply because they don't have the space to accommodate. So when shelters specifically came out and said they were a no-kill shelter and had a zero tolerance policy on euthanizing animals that were of at least somewhat good health, those shelters that did not implement the same policy were then labelled as kill shelters by activist groups. So if my understanding is correct, the dog ending up at a kill shelter doesn't automatically suggest that the dog was going to die, just that the dog wasn't 100% protected. Also, LVP was being an ass about the room.

- Have you ever seen an old frumpy photo of someone you think is gorgeous, and you can never quite look at them the same again? That’s me after seeing Dorit’s before photo. Wow. Surprised she let them show that. 

- Kyle looks different every season. She is so insecure and constantly doing stuff to her face. The result: pushing it too far and getting wonky eyes as a result! I think Kyle is a good person but she seems to be getting more insecure and immature with age. It’s very unbecoming and Mauricio is a saint to stick with her.

Everyone should be sure to look at old pictures of love interests; THAT'S what your potential kids will look like!  Don't be fooled by the dyed hair, tiny noses and plumped up lips.

Rina goes for the jugular and when she can’t get at her cast mates through real info she just makes it up.

Erica is overly sensitive and becomes aggressive when she thinks she’s being “attacked” which I haven’t seen happen yet.

kyle is a hot mess, emotionally stunted and quite frankly not very bright

She is always just going to be the overweight, overlooked daughter of a famed singer who got fit but still bears the scars from the overweight years.  She's a fairly down to earth girl (like "shallow Hal" said: a rare gem...an ugly girl who didn't get hot til later in life so she developed a cool personality out of necessity).

ETA: Teddy wasn't ever ugly. Overweight doesnt =ugly. I just see her as more "normal" than the others in a sense of a more humble start. Her 1st season she seemed like a sheep amongst wolves.

I thought Lisa's awkward attempt to connect with her daughter over not under-eating (when her own relationship status with food is "it's complicated") was actually funny.  Telling Amelia that Teddi gained 200 lbs when I always thought the story was that Teddi used to weigh 200 lbs? Lol.  I guess anything over 100 is like six of one, half a dozen of the other to Rinna.

I know she's like a horrible person, but I enjoy her authentic phoniness.

PK has been hiding money for some time - starting with his divorce. He couldn't afford alimony and demanded money from his ex to support him. Well... it looks like this show has found a way to get me to watch the Hamlin girls... they have adorable French bulldog puppies.  Damn you show!!

Kyle and Paris both have the same wonky eye thing. I also think that Kyle and Paris look sooo much alike in the face. I think Kyle looks more like Paris than Kathy does. 

Denise looks like her face is melting, not a fan of her plastic surgery or whatever she did to her face. She's beautiful though, even with the waxy skin. I think she's pretty fake though, and her scenes, especially with her family, are scripted to project a certain image.

Teddi has T-rex arms. They are really short, and she's always walking with her arms bent and hands in front her, dangling sort of. 

Rinna is the same as always. Making a huge deal about eating a hotdog (minus bun) like she's the poster child for normal eating. I think she takes the old school diet pills that are pretty much speed-- there is no way she can have that much energy and eat so little/ be so underweight. Same with Dorit. Rinna may not think she has an eating disorder, but I bet she would be diagnosed with anorexia-- restricting type if she reported her true eating patterns and weight/ exercise routines.

Suddenly I can't remember who makes the moisturizer, if I need more, where my bathroom is, etc.  I have to check on it all, so clearly I can't buy anything today.

There's no way I believe Dorit.  Her story has changed so many times in this already and she totally would insist that it was a no-kill shelter.  But, even if it was, she still violated the contract she signed and put the dog in jeopardy.

Dorit's style is essentially "billboard for x designer"  It's a game of mine to guess which name she'll have splashed on her that episode.  On RH of ATL, there was a fight over labels between Marlo and Eva and one of the things that was said was that Eva doesn't have fashion or designer items.  Another one of the wives later said to Eva, essentially, that her "labels" were subtle, that she's wearing the designer but she's not wearing the logo items and you have to know the line to recognize the pieces.  This is the exact opposite of Dorit, if the designer makes something with their name spelled out? She's there.  That way you KNOW she has something from Dior or Gucci or Givenchy.  And she's going to be wearing anything with their recognizable logo, because she wants you to know she spent that money!  Ina Garten has all of her shirts custom made, to me that's where I'd splurge, on something that fit well and is well made, rather than just having a NAME on it to prove to other people that I can pay for it.  I'm not saying I'd never buy anything designer, but, pick and choose, at least a little!

I wonder if Amelia is going to continue to model. If I were Lisa, I would encourage her to find another occupation. Modeling is a terrible career for a young woman struggling with a eating disorder. 

And while Lisa may never have had an eating disorder, she clearly has issues with food that she needs to address. Like someone said, it would be helpful if she attended counseling with Amelia.

I am tired of the LVP dog piling and not for the reason of most. I actually do think LVP is strategic. Really, at this point 9 seasons into the game, these women are just mad (and tired) that they aren't smart enough to outmaneuver her machinations. These dummies will never learn. If their asses can't take her out in prior seasons when the playing field was level, they for damn sure can't when she has personal tragedy and audience sympathy on her side. 

I'm seeing an attempt to try to pin this on Teddi and I ain't buying. She is just really, really not the type and I will officially see LVP as overplaying her hand if she tries. 

LVP is indeed a master chess player. These bitches can barely play Chutes and Ladders. Anyone notice how last episode, LVP took the girls to the back of her pet store and mentioned that that area was to house dogs and see if they have behavioral issues, like biting, before they get adopted out. She is setting herself up to not look liable and implied it was standard practice that Lucy before received prior to being adopted out to Dorit. 

Plus, I can't with the 'you sold _____ story to the tabloids' BS again. Seriously, why don't they ever consider that the stories could have easily been sold/planted by any of their numerous messy ass employees (looking at LVPs people), assistants, Bravo production, store clerk at a shop where they have a loud ass convo while buying over-priced t-shirt dresses and other ugly 80's inspired clothing, waiters at restaurants they order food they don't eat at, etc. 

Can't help it, I love Kyle's new home. Some of the decor has the stench of the morally corrupt Faye Resnick's interior design by numbers basic ass aesthetic but the house and grounds are gorg and my fave. 

 

I think that Charlie phone call was solely for the cameras. I think Charlie loves his kids and is a good provider for them (I remember reading he pays or paid Denise $55,000 a month in child support for Sami and Lola), and that even spends some time with them, but there’s no way I believe he believe he is the main decision maker or dispilicinarian of his kids. Hell, his twin boys with his wife after Denise were living with Denise a couple of years ago because the wife and Charlie were so strung out on drugs. Denise relinquished care of the boys because the boys were violent with Sami and Lola and Denise’s dogs.

ETA - I'm sure we'll get some more Charlie Sheen moments - it's one of Denise's biggest claims to gossipy fame, so... hold on tight. We did have to deal with endless Kelsey Grammer yadda yadda the first season. I mean, I know he and Camille were married when filming started but I have no doubt that marriage was in the tank before they started filming... Now he's only occasionally mentioned. (Yet, still mentioned). Hopefully we won't hear about Charlie in every episode tho... we shall see 😉

Then wouldn't you call it out?  If I were Dorit and all of this were true, I'd have a pretty thorough explanation.  Something like, without naming names, there's a person I know who has always loved dogs and their kids are older/they do not have kids, so since Lucy clearly wasn't meshing well with our young kids, and they had visited and adored Lucy, it seemed like a natural fit for them to take her.  Of course, if I could do it over, I would have taken her back to LVP and arranged for this person to adopt her through them, but at the time it seemed like an unneeded step.  You can't imagine how horrified I was to find out that Lucy ended up in a shelter.  I've spoken to this person to find out what happened and the story is x.  They were unable to keep her because blah blah and so unfortunately they made the choice to take Lucy to We Don't Kill Animals Ever At All We Promise Shelter.

I saw a pic of Dorit about a year ago on the DailyMail from her high school yearbook, so I already knew what her "Before" picture looked like. I don't think she was ugly back then, but let's just say that she looks much better today. I'm always amazed at what a good plastic surgeon, make-up artist, hairstylist, and a wardrobe stylist can do for a person's appearance.
