...and now Sandra Day O'Connor is slowly losing her own battle against dementia and has withdrawn from public life at the age of 88.

A really good Canadian movie called Away From Her with Julie Christie tells a very similar situation but husband had difficulty watching  his wife with Alzheimers falling in love with someone in a care home. 

Not fair if we are denied what sounds like there was some real fireworks going off. 

Who the HELL does  she think she is  saying to Joy I don’t know who you are talking to when Joy looked at her card and said  76% of people agree about taxing the rich. MM then mumbles something about Arizona. I backed it up twice and don’t know what she was saying. Then the most important panel member  asks if ABC guy can stay. ( then he’s not there yuk yuk)

 I hate her, it’s not rational. She then is yelling on and on about the couple from the kissing  booth,   If looks could kill that after that girl would be dead  

The stupid honking pin looks like an icrecream cone just the right touch for the chocolate and strawberry polka dots.  She is ruining the show for an awful lot of viewers.

This was my favourite part today, @athousandclowns.  NutMeg didn't like Joy's stats so she challenges her as to who is she talking to, and then says something about Arizona, implying that the people in Arizona don't think these things.  Wait, didn't Abby and NutMeg just tout Rasmussen stats yesterday?!  Joy says she will provide the source of the stats but they have to go to break and then NutMeg invites news guys to stay.  So she just took over moderating the show!  And they come back from break and he is not there!  Too funny.

My second favourite part was that the wardrobe dept hates her as much as we do and put her in that atrocious blouse.

Did anyone else notice NutMeg picking something off of her teeth and the camera stayed on her anyways.  See, they all hate her.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Joy just cutting the asshole off and going to break. McCain looked absolutely stunned. This is what a moderator looks like. Teacher Behar needs to bring a ruler to work and smack the brat in the face every time she gets going.

I feel sorry for Sunny. Seems like she drew the short stick and is the one who has to "reach out to" McCain and draw Miss Hateful into the conversation all the time. I do get a kick out of that half cringe, half smile on Sunny's face when she's forced to act faux friendly with McCain.

Since I was busy yesterday and didn't post, just wanted to say how rich of McCain to go on a pro-women "We should be friends, not enemies with one another" spiel considering 1.) How openly and vehemently she is against women's rights, period, but also 2.) The fact that she does her best every day to reinforce that stereotype with the way she acts with everyone on this show--emphasis on Joy Behar and Ana Navarro.

MEghan does the same thing even with a non-political topic.   Not very long ago, I don't remember the specifics, but they were having a conversation about relationships/dating/marriage.   And Meghan took offense to what someone said, thought she was saying that SHE was in a bad marriage.  When that wasn't even close to what was being said. 

Politically, what Meghan does is called the "straw man" technique. (yeah, I was on the debate team).  You take your opponent's position, inflate it to the point where it's not logical (and not what they said)  and then argue that point, instead of debating the actual point they made.  Meghan and "the guy in the white house"  use the same words when they do this.  Meghan says "the democrats don't want border security, want to abolish the second amendment, want America to be socialist, want late-term abortions, etc.,"  It's all a ploy to distract from what people are actually saying.

Does anyone else notice how  fake sweet Meghan is to certain people. I'm thinking of the 100 year old vet in the audience the other day. She was was waving to him like he was a child. They were thanking him for his service but she kept talking to him in this annoying cadence ugh. Then today when they showed the black couple in the kiss cam or whatever it was. She kept sayin aww how cute aww how cute. Her voice just annoyed the hell out of me lol. 

I swear I was in a great mood till I heard do that voice. 😁

Abby is annoying , but, she is happy to be there.  She is able to articulate her views without being rude. Megan came out angry looking like she wanted to cry, womp womp. Good!, I hope she is miserable because she has made watching the show unbearable.. An ungracious, rude petulant child..

Her criticism towards Rashida was that Rashida supports BDS and she doesn't like that AOC said that Israel is occupying parts of Palestine, which doesn't make sense because that's a fact. What does she think settlements are, fun houses that everyone can live in?

I didn't even find Omar's tweet offensive, because it seemed clear to me that she was talking about the lobbyists and not Jews in general. Lobbyists are all about money, but she apologized so that should have been the end of that.

I'm glad that the ABC guy was there, because if he wasn't then these statements would have just gone by without any retort.

We have been trying to teach boys and men that "NO means NO" for decades. Then you come along with your coy and silly NO means YES explanation--and this isn't the first time you've done it.

Today you bragged that you tell your husband you do not want flowers for Valentine's day...do not get you anything for Valentine's Day.  Then you explain that OF COURSE you want flowers (you expect them).  You imply that all men should know no means yes, implying that all woman work that way.   I'm a woman and I have not worked that way--not even when I was a teenager.  Additionally, I do not like that!  

Do not teach your children that NO means YES no matter how sweet and flirty it seems to you...I implore you!

MAKE-UP...      Do The Ladies of The View get their make-up done before they put on their clothing?  Is that why whatever they wear near their face often clashes with their lipstick?   Today, although I thought her outfit was unflattering, Meghan was put together as far as make-up shades were concerned.  She was wearing a pink top (hahaha) with flattering make-up and definitely pink lipstick--slimy, but pink.

Dr. Ruth's lipstick was a perfect match to her blouse.  Joy's lipstick was a bit off...not bad, coulda been bettah.  Sunny's lipstick was too pinkish to wear with her reddish-orange earrings.  Clashy.  And Abby...poor Abby.  She would have looked fabulous in a red lipstick (it's probably too much to request matte) to match that big red heart on her chest.  What did she wear?  Some gummy sparkly pink.  

Maybe it's my television and everyone was perfectly matched.  Apologies if requested.

P.S.  You know that little white highlighter that Meghan wears in the inside corner of her eyes?  I've seen that it's available in pink!  Maybe other colors.  Weird.

I didn't notice the lip colors.  What I did notice is that Abby and Meghan were both wearing very thick lines of black eyeliner and extreme false eyelashes. it's really not a good look, especially for daytime.

ABC would probably argue they  just want a "fair and balanced" table but that is such bullshit.  Meghan (and Elisabeth before  her) is allowed to spew whatever partisan garbage she wants.  Joy is a lot more outspoken now and will push back on Meghan but when EH was there it seemed like Joy was told to back off.  Meghan and Elisabeth, two precious little snowflakes.  May they melt soon.

The compilation of Meghan's looks that one of our posters compiled shows that sometimes (rarely) her hair looks really nice. I don't understand the need to have a different hairstyle every day. Do people do this? Maybe it is because I am old now, but I struggle to find one flattering hairstyle. When they pile her hair up on her head, it is not flattering. I think she looks best with it down with a little curl in it.    I can't even look at her without laughing. I don't know how the rest of the panelists are keeping it together. Her hair looks like a poorly placed hat. Somebody had to have won a bet for doing this to her.

Meghan has had some weird hair styles before,  but it was a above and beyond ridiculous hair style today.

Is that a fake piece over her forehead?  The color is so different from the rest of her extensions.
