McFarland is asking for an early release because he has pre-existing conditions and is afraid of contracting coronavirus.

To be fair, there are multiple cases in his prison, but overall, I'm thinking bull-fucking-shit, he just wants to join those taking advantage of this tragedy to run a scam.

Billy is claiming that SOME of the money from this new venture (scam) will go to pay back the workers to whom he STILL owes money.   Hey I got an idea Billy, why don't you take the money you were paid for the docs and pay them back?
