She may believe she wants to be a Hollywood star. She may believe she wants attention. She may love to be on reality TV.

None of that matters.

Children cannot make healthy and reasonable decisions for themselves, which is why they need parents to keep their best interests in mind.

Regardless of what Alana wants, and no matter how badly she wants it, it's June's job to do what's best for her. Period.

We’ll never know what June has told her daughter Alana to do until the day comes that perhaps Alana wants to talk about it. June has exposed her to pedophiles, drunks, God only knows who else. Being a “celebrity” might have been Alana’s way of escaping her mother’s bad choices. 

Memories of Anissa Jones who played “Buffy” on Family Affair come to mind. I knew her, she was miserable and so mixed up by being thrust into a life she didn’t ask for, but one her mother forced her into. Died of a drug overdose. I could see it coming and nothing I nor any of her other friends could do to help her. I hope better for Alana.

So meth is hell on the teeth, but certainly reduces the rear end.  

June is beyond jacked up teeth, and needs to see a reconstructive cosmetic dentist.   I would not be surprised to see that she would need full denture implants.   If the rest of her teeth are in bad shape the way the front ones are, then she's risking her life.

I worked at a rehab facility and my friend and I used to joke (we were college aged and kidding around) that we wanted to be on drugs just long enough to get a thigh gap. Obviously I wouldn't want to be addicted but we noticed a lot of the women in there were thin.

Speaking of drugs, and I know it was the Daily Mail and all, but I'm sick of the constant media narrative that everyone is trying to get June away from Geno because her addiction issues are entirely his fault. Her drug habit is her fault. Full stop. Her entire life has been fueled by her bad choices -- and while Geno is surely yet another shitty boyfriend in a long line of shitty boyfriends -- and her pill/heroin/meth abuse is just another one of them.

Preach! June already had an arrest record and dated a succession of losers (among them the pedo who abused her own daughter) long before she met Geno. There was always going to be another loser she latched onto and put before her own children even if it wasn't Geno. Also this isn't June's first time at the rodeo when it comes to drugs.

Geno got her hooked. Drugs were not one of June's major problems before she met him. It quickly became one. So yes, he does share in the blame.  She is an addict in every way and he is a reprehensible lowlife who brought out the very worst in her and kept encouraging it.

June got herself hooked. Her drug use was always covered up until it couldn't be anymore.

No one can make you do anything.  People need to take responsibility and accountability for themselves.  She did drugs herself, she's to blame.  Geno is still a lowlife and probably brought drugs around her, but she chose to do them and continues to do them.

Did anyone catch Geno on IG live a few days ago? I was able to watch it on youtube. He was acting weird. He was smoking and saying he wanted to end cancer or support cancer charities? He was being harsh with people asking about him and June. He looked thinner and not well. No sign of June in the video.

TMZ says she and Geno trashed a hotel room a few months ago.

I'm pretty sure she sold the house to finance her druggy transient lifestyle. At this point her interests are limited to drugs, casinos and keeping Geno around.

I assume she will be back on public benefits when the money is gone. Or some Z-list production company will slither in and offer her a trashy show.

I'm not saying I would be heart broken or anything. She is a horrible person who could have been better.  I feel for her kids. I would prefer for her to turn her life around, apologize to her family and try to be a good person.

And it's no surprise that Marc McDaniel has lived in a series of hotel rooms since his release from prison. And it wouldn't surprise me at all if June and Geno were hanging out with him, too.

Mama June's chipper, loving and optimistic message on Instagram to her kids might seem like a promising sign she's turning things around, but the problem is ... they don't believe her.

Sources close to June's family tell TMZ ... they think her Thursday post -- in which she suggested she's trying to get better and says she loves and misses her children -- is a ploy to deceive the public. Exhibit A? They say the photo she used is 2 years old.

We're told the family suspects this is June's way of getting some positive attention, so she can ultimately start making money through Instagram ads. They think she's desperate for cash.

As for why the family is so skeptical ... our sources say June's only contacted them once recently to check on a family member who had a heart attack. They say she went radio silent again when her kids pressed her on where she was and how she was doing.

Translation: They've been trying to reach her and they're available. So, to them her claim about missing them smells like BS.

We're told the family's stance is the same as it's been for a long time -- they love her and want her to get help, but her BF, Geno has gotta go.

Until that happens, they're all terrified of getting a phone call saying she's dead.

I do not feel sorry for Mama June, but I do feel sorry for her children.    When you deny your child was molested by your boyfriend, even after he's convicted, you have forfeited the right to call yourself a mother.    Then when you reunite with the same person that abused that child, and have that man around your youngest daughter, you should be kept away from that child.   

Then for many years she refuses to admit who the father of one of her older girls is, and then it turns out that the man is in prison for years, fathered two of her girls, and is another registered sex offender.   

The woman has ruined every chance she's had to make a decent life for herself, and her children.   I'm just glad that her youngest is out of her grasp.

I feel sorry for June in that she was raised by an atrocious excuse for a mother so she never really learned how to be a proper parent. I mean, she's practically blind because her mother neglected to get her cataract s treated when she was young. She was a teenage mother and she is largely uneducated. On top of that she is an addict. And Geno is garbage and taking advantage of/exploiting every insecurity and weakness she has.

I really wish these "news" organizations would stop sanitizing the reason TLC pulled the plug on Honey Boo Boo. It wasn't just that June was "dating a child molester," it was because June was dating the man who served his full prison term for RAPING HER OWN DAUGHTER.
