I also thought the docs did good work on their real, non-famewhore patients this week.  That nose job was great!  I missed her story, so I don't know how she ended up with the stubby nose, but whatever Paul did was great!  Also you'd have to sedate me o have leeches on my nose.  Sorry, even though they are wonderful critters for the healing, I just can't.  I had surgery to get rid of my large breasts, but the Milian woman wanted them and got them and I am glad she's happy.  Just stop saying BOOBS.  Honestly, grow up, women!

I never understand why there isn't any discussion of using lasers to correct scars on this show. It seems like something like that would be an integral part of their work.

I also seem to have too high expectations of what the doctors can do. I am very often disappointed with the results.

Well, at least with this episode we didn't get the token Fame Whore, who's multitude of surgeries can't be corrected. I almost was able to watch the silly flyfishing segment (I flyfish), but Nekkid Paul was too much.

The woman who had the janked boobs and belly looked like she could use another surgery on the loose skin on her sides.

She also could see a cosmetic dentist and get her jacked up teeth fixed. I cringed watching her talk through here segment.

THIS! I despise the word Boobs. I love my body and choose to use complimentary terms for my parts.

I think this is one of the ways in which this somewhat trashy show does provide a real public service.  All surgeries are potentially dangerous and there ARE limits to what surgery can do.  I feel like this is my own major serious takeaway from the show.   If you need surgery, you need it - but be aware that this ain't Star Trek.  The doctors can't just replicate a perfect body part for you.

She had seven kids. SEVEN. Just why.

So what, she has seven children?  Is there something wrong with that now?  I'm sure she didn't have them by herself.

I thought the nose/eye reconstruction was amazing.

There were no clowny famewhores this week!

I really don't understand what seems like Terry's disgust at natural breast tissue. (He literally said, "Ugh!" at the woman's "so much breast tissue" during the operation. WTF.) He really, really wants to put implants in everyone. He ended up doing a really good job on the breast lift and "reduction", though she was still pretty big.

The facelift lady already looked overstretched when she walked in. Her facial skin was tight and shiny. Yeah, her neck didn't look great, but I just don't know. She needed eyebrows more than anything else.

I'd much rather see Terry and Paul acting like goofballs than give a famewhore their 15 minutes of screen time. And even then, I fast-forward through the goofball stuff!

BoobJob did have nice looking breasts after the surgery. She really went through a lot to end up with the reduction she wanted.

FaceLift Lady- ya know, you can't have it both ways. Crowing about your much-younger husband then whining about HOW YOU LOOK OLDER THAN HIM. She looked fine in her before (says this fellow 59 year old).

Yes, she really needed eyebrows, even at the end when she put a little bit of eyebrow on, she still needed more. The no eyebrow thing really aged her.

why couldn't he do an actual reduction? she was still huge. (and wtf with the prostitute looking friend with her old tits on display, at the casino?!) will need a breast lift in the future. those puppies will sag also. especially if she has another baby.

she needed to get rid of that trashy hair as well as fix her eyebrows. which in the reveal at least she did change her hair. also, it looks like she has thinning and receding hair which happens to many women as they age.... yes, she's older than her husband and it shows. you can't have it both ways. he's younger, men generally age better. you look like your kid's grandmother and that is not going to change. i think she needs  a couple of therapy sessions to come to terms with this.

Yes, yes, yes to the hairstyle.  The hairstyle made her look older IMO.  Her hair was neck length, which drew attention to her neck.  I wondered if the thinning, receding hairline was from coloring/perming her hair.

She looked older than her age while her husband looked younger than his age.  I agree with the therapy suggestion because she will always be older than her young looking husband.

I saw Dr. Dubrow on a new show that he's hosting called Licensed to Kill.  IT's on Oxygen channel.   I don't think there's a thread yet.  Man, he looks different.  I've read that he's had something done.  Either that or he's gained a lot of weight.  His face looks quite puffy.

YES! That's exactly what he looks like now, it's the cheek fillers. People never look good with those awful cheek fillers, they always looks like they're storing nuts for the winter.

I just watched the first episode of the season, & I thought it was interesting because there were 2 people who were getting rid of their plastic surgery, & they both ended up looking so much better.

Eh, Tiffany "New York" Pollard - again???  So, why did the boobs that Dr. Dubrow give her last time look so bad?  She had an overall good result, glad to see that she is embracing her "natural" self, but they ARE uneven, just sayin'.

Overfilled lips dude had a good result too.  Now if only he could do something about that over the top diva personality.  Then again, he is a performer, so I guess it fits.

Was there someone else on this episode?  I can't actually remember.

There was a woman who was trying to balance a daytime life of a job and single parenting with a night time hobby of cosplay and body modification.  She'd lost a lot of wait and her cartoonish sized breasts had really gotten into bad shape, to the point where they could see the writing on the implant through her skin.   Shockingly and thankfully, she took their advice and put her health and ability to support her child before more modification.   The split tongue was disgusting.

Terry said that some people just shouldn't have implants because of their skin and autoimmune issues. NY is one of those people. Although his last surgery on her looked good for a while, her skin just stretched out. He took a huge hunk of skin off her left breast. She is uneven because natural breasts are uneven (and gets worse with age, I'm just saying....)

The Cosplay Mom looked horrible. If she gets knocked up 'side the head and comes to her senses, she can get those cannonballs reduced and implants that fit her new size.

I'm so glad I didn't see the first show with her on, this one time was enough.  She's mega-trashy.  It'll be way too soon if I never have to hear her say "titties" again.

How could a doctor look at her nose, say it is one for the books, then not operate on it? It was just a matter of cleaning out all that gunk and replacing stitches.

The Ass girl was something. 24 years old and already needed a tummy tuck and butt lift due to bad choices.

When will these idiots learn that going very small at the nose tip is disastrous? Even after the strongly worded warning from the docs, I bet the Wanna-Be still finds a doctor in Romania to do it.

Why, oh, why do we keep having to watch people who want to be someone else? Oliver is a tall, gangly dude with small eyes and no discernible bone structure who wants to be a tiny, big-eyed Asian. Also, why did Oliver seem to have terminal chapped lips- was his makeup messed up, or did his silicone injections cause an infection?

British bimbos- the one they worked on (Jessica?) was pleasantly good natured and fairly realistic, but her friend was freaky looking. She seemed to have her eyebrows hiked up so high that her hairline was literally only an inch or so above them. These 2 finance their surgeries with income as sugar babies or cam girls, right?

Nose lady looked like a case for Dr. Pimple Popper for a few seconds there. Good result, and she and her family seemed really sweet.

WTF has Dubrow done to his face? And as long as he was going to go the face lift/cheek implant route, why didn't he fix his ugly nose?

Maybe a timing issue - I think she said she saw that Dr 3 weeks before, so if she was cast to be on the show she may have just decided to wait until she saw Dr Nassif.

Nose lady came out well-how long had that infection been in there? No wonder it hurt to touch it. And don't they have plastic surgeons in the U.K.? Why do these people come here? Will the doctors there not do the surgery? I would never travel to Turkey (or chicken NOT funny, Dubrow!) or any other country to have work done. And blonde boy who carries around a cut-out of his dream guy? Yikes! He can't sing or dance. I'll bet he goes to Lebanon (where they specialize in noses) and get the surgery the docs told him NOT to get, and then we'll see him again when his nose falls off (like Michael Jackson) begging the docs to fix him. Sigh.

That stitch allergy that expanded that poor woman's nose was fascinating. At least her surgeon didn't botch her, she was just a rare case. Her nose looked great afterward.

As for the "I want to look like a doll, K-Pop singer, or favorite animal" types, I always fast forward past them. They obviously have issues and I don't like seeing them being treated as  "freak of the week".

Dubrow's face is going to take awhile to settle in, but Dr. Nassif's lift was done beautifully. If he hadn't mentioned it, I wouldn't have realized he got something done.

While the UK has plastic surgeons and National Health Care, I doubt elective plastic surgery is free, like it is when you appear on TV with Dr. Dubrow.

My girlfriend and I were a bit surprised they used staples to close the butt lift and were wondering what sort of scar that would leave.

We also thought the surgical scenes this week were more graphic than usual with less blurring of what was happening. Is this a trend on the new season?

Are you sure it's free?  I thought the patients paid for their procedures, and the only "perk" was that they got to be on tv

I watched Botched Up Bodies on Netflix which is British. I remember them saying elective surgery is private pay. That show holds nothing back, its graphic from the get go. NOthing, but nothing was blurred. I saw things..... I am recovering from surgery but my wound seems like nothing. I would never get plastic surgery unless I had to.

My bad, I found an old article that said the patients pay for surgery, but, they do get paid for being on the show, which goes to offset part of the cost.

I wonder if the casting people from this show have feelers into other plastic surgeons. Like "refer us your weirdest cases and we will give you a finders fee".

I wondered the same thing. He can't really sing or dance. I looked up Olli on the internet and he's made several videos about his journey to look like the K-Pop singer. Perhaps he makes a boatload of cash from that..

I think I’m done with this show. Too many Idiots who want endless plastic surgeries to look like someone else. Also so many boob jobs gone wrong. I think if they went back to that botched by nature thing I might watch but not interested in any more British woman who “adore” surgery.

Yeah, I wish they'd cut out the train wreck stories. It's giving these delude fame whores a platform. I'd rather see someone rejected from surgery because they have just a too complicated case because I'm sure that happens a lot.

I record the shows so I can skip the famewhores, the segments where the docs hang out and usually the reunion with family, which we all know is fake as hell. I like the before and after comparisons the best, but they go SO fast.

I appreciated that all the clients were fairly reasonable, when the doctors warned them of the possible disasters.

I thought the pretty brunette with Aimi (the plastic-y bimbo who wanted a bigger bum) was her daughter at first. Aimi needs to hit the gym.

I was going to criticize Infected Implant Lady's saggy midriff, but actually it looked pretty good for post-9 kids.

The Lebanese guy still looked very weird, to me. Those ladies/fans need to watch out, he seems to be an accident magnet.

Ok so- Lebanese nose guy-his nose was better- but living in an area where there are many Lebanese/Arabic people I can say that his nose was not large enough for his face. In many Lebanese families a nose job is a ritual when the child grows up (mostly for the girls). I'm glad he could breathe better but the nose still was too small- I know Dr. Paul did the best he could. As for U.K. big booty lady how do you gain weight in your "nun"? WTF?  I guess I'm old but I've never heard that word before to describe that area of the body. And how would she know? Did someone complain?

The only way the surgery addicts would be interesting is if they had to go to therapy and the results were summarized on the show.

One guy, maybe in the first season, was referred to a mental health practitioner.  I wonder why they don't do that more?

I always wondered why the crazies applied when it is clear that the doctors won't do anything to make them more grotesque and will only help those who want to reverse the surgeries.

Then I realized... this show is like American Idol.  These folks have passed a couple of layers of screening.  By making it to the doctors, they probably figure (or have been lead to believe) they are in the "we want to help you" category.
