I do feel so badly for Jace (and Marissa, Kaiser, and Ensley- they didn’t ask to be here). 
 

I shared here before many years ago that Jace’s situation reminds so much of Mrs B (who was caregiver to my sister and grandfather) and how she cared for her grandson K. Mrs B died in 2011 and I still miss her. K is doing okay last I heard- he left Chicago (thank god), we had a special relationship for many years, but he got in legal trouble and cut me out of his life (due to shame I think). I still have nothing but love for him. He was a wonderful kid. 
 

Jace may be able to lean on those years of stability with Barb when things get rough in the future. It hits close to home for me.

All dragon drinks come with coconut milk!  It’s not like she’s making a healthy decision for him, Starbucks did it!

I saw this on the news. So both Marissa and Jace didn’t want to be there. How old is Marissa now, 15(?) she was a bit older than Jace no?

Those poor innocent children (and thanks to their POS parents, probably not that innocent any longer). Some kids really draw the short stick in life and it totally sucks.
