So what was all that "release the Negan" nonsense Chris Hardwick was going on about last week on Talking Dead? Is he supposed to be some kind of secret weapon? Negan was nothing without his group of neanderthals.

ASZ suffered a lot of damage during All Out War, but they rebuilt it during the time jumps.
